Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,包括导体,导体外绕包绝缘层构成线绝缘线芯,两根绝缘线芯对绞构成一对双绞线;双绞线与若干根铝箔线绞合后绕包包带层,包带层外绕包铝箔层;铝箔层外绕包第二包带层,第二包带层外设置护套层;第二包带层与护套层之间设置有电磁屏蔽涂层。本发明数据传输弯曲性好,抗干扰能力强,传输信号衰减少。通过与导体绞合铝箔线,进行内部抗干扰;绝缘线芯外的铝箔层,加强中部抗干扰;设置在外层的电磁屏蔽涂层进行外部抗干扰。通过三层抗干扰系统,保证传输线的顺利传输数据。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗干扰音频数据传输线。
背景技术
随着音频技术和电子设备的高速发展,音频数据传输线得到越来越广泛的使用。人们对音频数据传输线的要求也越来越高,而市场上的一些音频数据传输线的屏蔽效果差,抗干扰能力差。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的是提供一种抗干扰能力强且不影响传输效率的抗干扰音频数据传输线。
本发明的方案如下:一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,包括导体,所述的导体外绕包绝缘层构成线绝缘线芯,两根绝缘线芯对绞构成一对双绞线;所述的双绞线与若干根铝箔线绞合后绕包包带层,所述的包带层外绕包铝箔层;
所述的铝箔层外绕包第二包带层,所述的第二包带层外设置护套层;所述的第二包带层与护套层之间设置有电磁屏蔽涂层。
进一步,所述的电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂35-40份、氟树脂15-19份、三叶橡胶黄酮6-9份、硒粉5-8份、锌钡白3-6份、铝粉4-10份、微晶纤维素11-15份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3-6份、活性白土1-2份、无水硫酸钙1-3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3-4份、乙二醇60-70份、油酸甲酯3-5份、水12-18份、炭黑3-5份。
进一步,所述的电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂38份、氟树脂16份、三叶橡胶黄酮8份、硒粉6份、锌钡白5份、铝粉6份、微晶纤维素13份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份、活性白土1.3份、无水硫酸钙2.6份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3.7份、乙二醇68份、油酸甲酯4份、水15份、炭黑4份。
进一步,所述的电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂37份、氟树脂16份、三叶橡胶黄酮7份、硒粉8份、锌钡白6份、铝粉8份、微晶纤维素12份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4份、活性白土1.8份、无水硫酸钙2.8份、二丁基萘磺酸钠4份、乙二醇65份、油酸甲酯3份、水14份、炭黑5份。
本发明数据传输弯曲性好,抗干扰能力强,传输信号衰减少。通过与导体绞合铝箔线,进行内部抗干扰;绝缘线芯外的铝箔层,加强中部抗干扰;设置在外层的 电磁屏蔽涂层进行外部抗干扰。通过三层抗干扰系统,保证传输线的顺利传输数据。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,包括导体,导体外绕包绝缘层构成线绝缘线芯1,两根绝缘线芯对绞构成一对双绞线;双绞线与若干根铝箔线2绞合后绕包包带层3,包带层外绕包铝箔层4;铝箔层4外绕包第二包带层5,第二包带层5外设置护套层7;第二包带层与护套层之间设置有电磁屏蔽涂层6。
实施例2
电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂38份、氟树脂16份、三叶橡胶黄酮8份、硒粉6份、锌钡白5份、铝粉6份、微晶纤维素13份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份、活性白土1.3份、无水硫酸钙2.6份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3.7份、乙二醇68份、油酸甲酯4份、水15份、炭黑4份。
实施例3
电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂37份、氟树脂16份、三叶橡胶黄酮7份、硒粉8份、锌钡白6份、铝粉8份、微晶纤维素12份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4份、活性白土1.8份、无水硫酸钙2.8份、二丁基萘磺酸钠4份、乙二醇65份、油酸甲酯3份、水14份、炭黑5份。
本发明实施例1中的绝缘层、包带层、护套层均是常规电线、电缆用料。本发明实施例2、3的电磁屏蔽涂层是将各原料搅拌混合即得。

1.一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,其特征在于,包括导体,所述的导体外绕包绝缘层构成线绝缘线芯,两根绝缘线芯对绞构成一对双绞线;所述的双绞线与若干根铝箔线绞合后绕包包带层,所述的包带层外绕包铝箔层;
所述的铝箔层外绕包第二包带层,所述的第二包带层外设置护套层;所述的第二包带层与护套层之间设置有电磁屏蔽涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,其特征在于,所述的电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂35-40份、氟树脂15-19份、三叶橡胶黄酮6-9份、硒粉5-8份、锌钡白3-6份、铝粉4-10份、微晶纤维素11-15份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3-6份、活性白土1-2份、无水硫酸钙1-3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3-4份、乙二醇60-70份、油酸甲酯3-5份、水12-18份、炭黑3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗干扰音频数据传输线,其特征在于,所述的电磁屏蔽涂层由以下重量份原料制成:
