本发明涉及一种粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签,它能集成多参数实时检测功能,发挥更大的作用。包括:通过蓝牙4.0传输数据的通信控制模块、提供工作电源的纽扣电池及与通信控制模块连接的传感器单元,该通信控制模块包括存贮了ID序列号和实时检测信息的存贮单元。所述通信控制模块为nRF51822芯片。所述传感器是温湿度传感器、压力传感器、加速度计和/或气体传感器。本发明大大提高了物流运输过程中的信息化程度与管理水平,实现对物流周转箱运送的全流程记录与监控。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国零售企业数量、物流配送规模逐年递增,物流周转箱的使用量越来越大,随之而来的是周转箱管理成本越来越高,周转箱丢失的现象普遍存在。特别是大批量的周转箱出入库作业,如果完全通过人工进行清点、记录,其工作量会很大,企业不得不投入较高的人工成本,差错也难以避免。同时,对于一些高价值货物的运输,既需要保证其完整性,也需要保证其高品质,并且一些货物如生鲜食品、药品、化学品等对运输条件具有严格要求。因此迫切需要一种能够快捷、低成本的用于周转箱的定位与流转监控的方法,以提高作业效率与货物安全,对运输全过程跟踪记录。
目前绝大多数物流周转箱是通过贴标签(条形码、二维码或无源RFID)来实现运输全过程中的跟踪记录。条码标签和二维码标签,使用的都是光扫描,扫描器和标签之间,不能有任何物理遮挡,且必须通过人工扫描,速度慢,效率低;RFID标签使用的电磁场扫描,扫描器和标签之间可以有遮挡,但受RFID标签读取设备天线的距离和方向性限制的影响,漏检的几率还是存在的。
由于这三种标签本身都不储存数据,信号读取器必须要与数据库相连,根据所读出的身份码,到预先建立好的数据库中进行查阅,因此灵活性差;其次,由于条码和RFID的读取方式的特点,读取距离都非常有限;第三,这三种标签都不支持外接传感器,无法对货物运输过程中的温、湿度等情况进行实时监测。这些局限性,大大限制了它们的作用的发挥。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签,它能集成多参数实时检测功能,发挥更大的作用。
本发明的粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签,其特征是包括:通过蓝牙4.0传输数据的通信控制模块、提供工作电源的纽扣电池及与通信控制模块连接的传感器单元,该通信控制模块包括存贮了ID序列号和实时检测信息的存贮单元。
所述通信控制模块为nRF51822芯片。
所述传感器是温湿度传感器、压力传感器、加速度计和/或气体传感器。
本发明的物流标签基于蓝牙4.0协议,读取距离更大,漏检率大大降低;且灵活性更大,可不断地定时发送ID序列号和实时检测信息,能对货物运输过程存在的各种意外情况进行监测,如检测物流过程的温、湿度条件是否符合货物要求,是否受严重碰撞挤压等情况,从而保证物流运输过程中的安全、可靠、高品质。通过本地与远程服务器进行存储与信息共享,大大提高了物流运输过程中的信息化程度与管理水平,实现对物流周转箱运送的全流程记录与监控。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明的物流周转电子标签是一种可以很方便地粘贴在周转箱表面、集成多参数实时检测功能的基于蓝牙4.0技术的有源物流标签。参看图2,在结构上,该标签包括作为工作电源的纽扣电池1、通过蓝牙4.0传输数据的通信控制模块2与传感器单元3,传感器是温湿度传感器、压力传感器、加速度计和/或气体传感器,可根据需求采用,能提供诸如压力、气味、温度、湿度、加速度等监测信息,传感器单元与通信控制模块相连接,传感器获取的周转箱内信息通过通信控制模块输出。
通信控制模块基于蓝牙4.0技术,蓝牙4.0技术的主要特点是:一省电,极低的运行和待机功耗可以使一粒纽扣电池连续工作数年之久;二低成本和跨厂商移动互联,与众多移动设备(手机,PAD等)无需配对即可实现互联互通,只要两个设备在有效通信范围内,就可以自动完成通信;三10~20米远距离数据读写,读写简单可靠,价格低廉。将基于蓝牙4.0技术的有源物流标签与物流周转箱进行结合,能够在物流周转箱内整合进多个传感器与无线通信功能,实现系统的集成。其工作系统结构如图1,具体过程是:
蓝牙4.0芯片nRF51822自带数据存贮单元,存储的信息可以反复读写,且无需到预先建立的数据库中进行查阅,因而使用灵活方便;
标签不断地定时发出包含ID序列号以及温湿度,电池电量等实时检测信息的无线信号;
读取设备通过读取这些信息,判读标签发出的信号强弱以及读取的先后顺序来实现被监测对象在物流过程中的特征身份识别和出入库、上下车、温湿度等状态监测;
通过本地与远程服务器进行存储与信息共享,可大大提高物流运输过程中的信息化程度与管理水平,实现对物流周转箱运送的全流程记录与监控。
与传统的标签不同,本发明的物流标签的读取距离为蓝牙4.0技术的读写距离,其为10~20米,可大大降低漏检的概率。本发明以自动读取方式管理周转箱的物流运输作业,可对货物运输过程存在的各种意外情况进行监测,如检测物流过程的温、湿度条件是否符合货物要求,是否受严重碰撞挤压等情况,从而保证物流运输过程中的安全、可靠、高品质。不仅速度快,可以大大提高效率,还可以节省劳动力成本,具有使用灵活方便,建设成本低的优点。

1.一种粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签,其特征是包括:通过蓝牙4.0传输数据的通信控制模块、提供工作电源的纽扣电池及与通信控制模块连接的传感器单元,该通信控制模块包括存贮了ID序列号和实时检测信息的存贮单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘贴于周转箱表面的物流标签,其特征是:所述通信控制模块为nRF51822芯片。
