Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for structuring and interacting a BIM non-geometric information database, wherein the method comprises the following steps: deriving an ODBC database from a building information model generated by the REVIT platform; carrying out structuring processing on the ODBC database by using a screening/classifying rule set in a screening/classifying rule editor; integrating the structured ODBC database and uploading the integrated ODBC database to a to-be-examined nuclear region of a non-geometric information cloud server; editing and modifying the data uploaded to the to-be-examined nuclear area at the mobile terminal, and issuing the modified data to a public area; the data published to the public area is transmitted back to the building information model. The invention can structure the database derived from the building information model, and can ensure that all relevant parties in the whole life cycle of the building can perfect and modify the non-geometric information in the building information model by means of cloud storage and multi-terminal input, and provide a data interface for calling the non-geometric information in the building information model on the basis.

Technical Field

Background

The ODBC database is complete, but the data structuring needs to be developed secondarily based on the database. The IFC format file is a general format and focuses on the transmission of the geometric information model. This results in the fact that the non-geometric information in the BIM must be bought in a large heap of expensive and unusable software and data acquisition and structuring must be done once for each piece of software.
