Technical Field

In addition, in the low-temperature humidity stage, an auxiliary steam pipeline with a small pipe diameter can be selected for conveying steam, so that the conveying amount of moisture can be easily controlled when the required humidification amount is small, and the humidity control is stable.

The inside of constant temperature and humidity test case 1 is equipped with stirring fan 4, test case heater 5, humidity transducer 6, temperature sensor 7 and is used for the test case evaporimeter 8 of refrigeration and dehumidification, and the periphery of constant temperature and humidity test case 1 is equipped with heat preservation 15.

Preferably, a steam outlet end of the main steam pipeline 11 extending into the constant temperature and humidity test chamber 1 is connected with a steam distribution pipe 14 for ensuring the uniformity of the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the controller 3 may be electrically connected to the stirrer fan 4, the test chamber heater 5, the humidity sensor 6, the temperature sensor 7, the test chamber evaporator 8, the water temperature heater 9, the water temperature sensor 10, the first switching valve 12, and the precipitation temperature device 13, respectively.

In actual operation, the main steam pipeline 11 may be used for steam circulation in a high temperature and humidity test stage, and the auxiliary steam pipeline 16 may be used for steam circulation in a low temperature and humidity test stage, or may be used for steam circulation in a high temperature and humidity test stage together with the main steam pipeline 11.
When the constant temperature and humidity test box works, the controller 3 can control the test box evaporator 8 to refrigerate and dehumidify and control the test box heater 5 to dynamically heat so that the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 reaches the required temperature and control the water temperature heater 9 in the humidification water tank 2 to dynamically heat so that steam is generated and enters the constant temperature and humidity test box 1, and the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 reaches the required humidity; meanwhile, the controller 3 can also control the size of the steam entering the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 through a switch valve.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a temperature-rise and humidification control method of the constant-temperature and constant-humidity test chamber, which is applied to a temperature-rise and humidification control system of the constant-temperature and constant-humidity test chamber and comprises the following steps:
when the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 performs a low temperature and humidity test on a test product, controlling the temperature in the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 to be stabilized at a first preset temperature value, controlling the water temperature of the humidification water tank 2 to be in a lower temperature range of 20-80 ℃, and controlling the opening and closing of a second switch valve 17 on the auxiliary steam pipeline 16 to stabilize the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test box 1;
step two, in the process that the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 is increased from a first preset temperature value to a second preset temperature value, controlling the water temperature of the humidifying water tank 2 to be gradually increased, and controlling the opening and closing of the second switch valve 17 and/or the first switch valve 12 to enable the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 to be stable; wherein, the process of gradually rising the water temperature is also the humidification preparation process of the next stage;
step three, before the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 needs large humidification quantity, the water temperature in the humidification water tank 2 is controlled in advance, so that the water temperature gradually rises from a lower temperature to a state close to boiling, and advanced preparation of a large amount of humidification operations is completed;
and step four, when the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 needs large humidification amount, opening the first switch valve 12 or simultaneously opening the first switch valve 12 and the second switch valve 17 to enable steam in the humidification water box 2 to quickly enter the constant temperature and humidity test box 1 through the corresponding steam pipeline, and at the moment, the controller 3 controls the water temperature heater 9 to act to realize automatic control of humidification amount.
In this embodiment, the value of the water temperature near boiling may be greater than or equal to 80 ℃ and less than the boiling point.
In the whole control process, the controller 3 can calculate the collected temperature and humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber 1 and the water temperature in the humidification water tank 2 with respective corresponding set values in a PID control mode, output control heating quantity, humidification quantity and refrigeration quantity, and convert the control heating quantity, humidification quantity and refrigeration quantity obtained by PID calculation to execute corresponding control operation.
A detailed description will be given below of a practical example.
When the constant temperature and humidity test box performs a low temperature and humidity test of-35 ℃ on a test product, controlling the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test box to keep 30 Rh% unchanged;
in the process that the temperature in the constant temperature and humidity test box is gradually increased from-35 ℃ to 50 ℃, the temperature of water in the humidifying water tank is controlled to be gradually increased in advance, so that the temperature of water is gradually increased to 95 ℃ to finish the advanced preparation of a large amount of humidifying operations;
when the temperature in the constant temperature and humidity test box is just 50 ℃ and large humidification is needed, the first switch valve is opened, steam in the humidification water tank can enter the constant temperature and humidity test box through the first steam pipeline quickly, and therefore the humidity in the constant temperature and humidity test box can rise to 80 Rh% from 30 Rh% quickly.
In conclusion, the controller can control the temperature of the water in the humidifying water tank to gradually rise to a state close to boiling in advance before the constant temperature and humidity test chamber rises from a low temperature humidity stage to a high temperature humidity stage and needs large humidifying amount, so as to complete the advance preparation of the humidifying operation, when a high-temperature humidity test stage is carried out, steam in the humidifying water tank can quickly enter the constant-temperature constant-humidity test chamber through the steam pipeline, so that the humidity in the constant-temperature constant-humidity test chamber can quickly rise to a humidity value meeting the test requirement, the problem of delayed humidifying response is solved, meanwhile, at the beginning stage of humidity rising, water in the humidifying water tank is not boiled, a large amount of steam cannot enter the constant-temperature and constant-humidity test box when the switch valve is opened, the humidity in the box is prevented from being greatly fluctuated, the problem that the humidity overshoots and deviates greatly at the beginning stage of humidity rising is solved, and the reliability of test data is ensured. In addition, in the low-temperature humidity stage, an auxiliary steam pipeline with a small pipe diameter can be selected for conveying steam, so that the conveying amount of moisture can be easily controlled when the required humidification amount is small, and the humidity control is stable.
