Abstract
本发明公开了一种组装式背光结构,包括背光子单元和矩阵板,背光子单元安装在矩阵板上,背光子单元的数量设置在一个以上,背光子单元在矩阵板上呈矩阵排列,背光子单元正面的中间位置设置有凹槽,凹槽内放置有LED灯条,背光子单元的背面设置有反射层,背光子单元上还设置有卡扣,卡扣共设置有三个,三个卡扣呈三角形排布,矩阵板上设置有有卡扣相对应的卡口孔,背光子单元通过卡扣卡扣在矩阵板的卡口孔上。本发明采用组合式,将多个背光子单元拼合成背光,能够根据显示屏实际需要灵活的更改背光板的尺寸,能够兼容所有尺寸所有厂商的背光板,从而使背光产品单一,成本降低且做的薄型化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,具体是一种组装式背光结构。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD),为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备。目前显示器件市场基本都是LCD显示为主,但因LCD本身不发光,它只是显示图形或是它对光线调制的结果。因此需要背光源才能使液晶显示屏正常显示,背光源是位于液晶显示器背后的一种光源,它的发光效果将直接影响到液晶显示模块(LCM)视觉效果。目前背光源的设计基本上有侧入式和直下式两种。
直下式背光是将灯条置于LCD的正下方与屏平行的底板上,光线直接从底部射出,经过扩散板和扩散片、棱镜片等光学膜片优化光线,提供均匀的面光源。侧入式背光是将灯条置于LCD的侧边的边框上,光线通过背板折射后从屏射出经过背板和扩散片、棱镜片等光学膜片优化光线,提供均匀的面光源。现在市场上液晶显示器的屛尺寸从1.44~110inch存在诸多尺寸,对于每一种尺寸的屏幕都需要配备相同尺寸的背光,且同一个尺寸对于不同的背光板厂商不同也各有差异,这不仅造成了整个背光体系匹配的成本高,机型繁多复杂,而且在生产过程中很容易造成资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组装式背光结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种组装式背光结构,包括背光子单元和矩阵板,所述背光子单元安装在矩阵板上,背光子单元的数量设置在一个以上,背光子单元在矩阵板上呈矩阵排列,背光子单元正面的中间位置设置有凹槽,凹槽内放置有LED灯条,所述背光子单元的背面设置有反射层,所述背光子单元上还设置有卡扣,卡扣共设置有三个,三个卡扣呈三角形排布,所述矩阵板上设置有有卡扣相对应的卡口孔,背光子单元通过卡扣卡扣在矩阵板的卡口孔上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述背光子单元尺寸为长10mm,宽10mm;背光子单元的厚度为1.5mm。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述凹槽的深度为0.6mm,凹槽的尺寸为长2mm,宽2mm。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述反射层的厚度为0.1mm,反射层为反射材料层或者镀银涂布层中的一种。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述背光子单元的正面涂布有扩散粒子或者雾化结构。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述矩阵板材质为MCPCB板、PCB板和金属附铜板中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用组合式,将多个背光子单元拼合成背光,能够根据显示屏实际需要灵活的更改背光板的尺寸,能够兼容所有尺寸所有厂商的背光板,从而使背光产品单一,成本降低且做的薄型化。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种组装式背光结构,包括背光子单元1和矩阵板2,所述背光子单元1安装在矩阵板2上,背光子单元1的数量设置在一个以上,背光子单元1在矩阵板2上呈矩阵排列,所述背光子单元1尺寸为长10mm,宽10mm;背光子单元1的厚度为1.5mm,背光子单元1正面的中间位置设置有凹槽3,凹槽3的深度为0.6mm,凹槽3的尺寸为长2mm,宽2mm;凹槽3内放置有LED灯条,所述背光子单元1的背面设置有反射层,所述反射层的厚度为0.1mm,反射层为反射材料层或者镀银涂布层中的一种;所述背光子单元1的正面涂布有扩散粒子或者雾化结构;
所述背光子单元1上还设置有卡扣4,卡扣4共设置有三个,三个卡扣4呈三角形排布,卡扣4用于固定背光子单元1;所述矩阵板2材质为MCPCB板、PCB板和金属附铜板中的一种,所述矩阵板2上设置有有卡扣4相对应的卡口孔,背光子单元1通过卡扣4卡扣在矩阵板2的卡口孔上;所述LED灯条和背光子单元1都通过SMT技术加工到矩阵板2上。
本发明的工作原理是:
LED灯条发出的光通过新型背光子单元1,形成一个大范围的面光源,根据实际尺寸需要进行拼贴组装不同尺寸的背光子单元1,通过多个背光子单元1形成多个面光源的矩阵排列,拼接成背光的状态。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

1.一种组装式背光结构,其特征在于,包括背光子单元(1)和矩阵板(2),所述背光子单元(1)安装在矩阵板(2)上,背光子单元(1)的数量设置在一个以上,背光子单元(1)在矩阵板(2)上呈矩阵排列,背光子单元(1)正面的中间位置设置有凹槽(3),凹槽(3)内放置有LED灯条,所述背光子单元(1)的背面设置有反射层,所述背光子单元(1)上还设置有卡扣(4),卡扣(4)共设置有三个,三个卡扣(4)呈三角形排布,所述矩阵板(2)上设置有有卡扣(4)相对应的卡口孔,背光子单元(1)通过卡扣(4)卡扣在矩阵板(2)的卡口孔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式背光结构,其特征在于,所述背光子单元(1)尺寸为长10mm,宽10mm;背光子单元(1)的厚度为1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组装式背光结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽(3)的深度为0.6mm,凹槽(3)的尺寸为长2mm,宽2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组装式背光结构,其特征在于,所述反射层的厚度为0.1mm,反射层为反射材料层或者镀银涂布层中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组装式背光结构,其特征在于,所述背光子单元(1)的正面涂布有扩散粒子或者雾化结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组装式背光结构,其特征在于,所述矩阵板(2)材质为MCPCB板、PCB板和金属附铜板中的一种。
