The water quality detection sensor mainly comprises two parts, namely an induction detection sensor head and a signal conditioning circuit. The sensing detection sensing head comprises a substrate and a water quality detection unit arranged on the substrate, wherein the water quality detection unit is a key part of the water quality detection sensor and is mainly manufactured according to the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of various different substances. The signal conditioning circuit is mainly used for denoising, amplifying and visualizing the signals generated by the induction detection part. The water quality detection sensors can be classified into three main categories according to the application discipline, namely chemical water quality detection sensors, biological water quality detection sensors and physical water quality detection sensors, and the physics can be classified into biological water quality detection sensors and resonance type water quality detection sensors.

The embodiment provides a water quality detection sensor structure, as shown in fig. 1-2, which comprises a water quality detection unit 1, a waterproof sealing structure 2, a damage device 3 and a substrate, wherein the water quality detection unit 1, the waterproof sealing structure 2 and the damage device 3 are all fixed on the substrate, the waterproof sealing structure 2 is arranged outside the water quality detection unit 1, and the water quality detection unit 1 is arranged in the waterproof sealing structure 2 so as to avoid the water quality detection unit 1 from contacting water before use; the breaking device 3 is built in the waterproof sealing structure 2, and when in use, the breaking device 3 is electrified and breaks the waterproof sealing structure 2. The structure isolates the water quality detection unit 1 from water before use, prevents the sensitivity of the water quality detection unit 1 from being reduced, and prolongs the service life of the water quality sensor.
The water quality detecting unit 1 may include a plurality of electrodes, as shown in fig. 2, and the water quality detecting unit 1 in this embodiment is composed of 3U-shaped electrodes that are sleeved. The electrodes may be of other shapes and other numbers, without limitation. The water quality detection sensor structure can comprise a water quality detection unit array composed of a plurality of water quality detection units 1, the number of the water quality detection units 1 can be adjusted according to actual needs, a waterproof sealing structure 2 and a damage structure are arranged outside each water quality detection unit 1, when the water quality detection sensor structure is used, only one damage structure is electrified, the waterproof sealing structure 2 outside the water quality detection unit 1 is damaged to enable the water quality detection unit 1 to work, after the water quality detection unit 1 fails, the waterproof sealing structure 2 of the other water quality detection unit 1 is damaged, and therefore the water quality detection units 1 in the water quality detection unit array are sequentially used to prevent sensitivity of the other water quality detection units 1 from being reduced or failing, prolong the service life of the water quality detection sensor mechanism and avoid frequent replacement.
In this embodiment, the destruction device 3 is a heating device, such as a resistance wire 32 or a resistance sheet, the waterproof sealing structure 2 is a protective film covered outside the water quality detecting unit 1, and the protective film can be made of materials such as plastic or rubber which are easy to destroy or melt, and has certain tightness, so that water can be well isolated. Specifically, it may be polyethylene, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or the like. The heating device can be contacted with the waterproof sealing structure 2, so that the protective film at the contact position of the heating device is damaged after the heating device is electrified, and water is contacted with the water quality detection unit 1 to detect water quality; the waterproof sealing structure 2 can also be an isolation cover sleeved outside the water quality detection unit 1, so long as the structure can separate the water quality detection unit 1 from water before use and can be damaged by the heating device.

One end of the bimetal 31 is fixedly connected to the base plate, and the other end is a movable end which can be bent by heat, and in order to ensure that the piercing portion 33 can contact with the protective film and pierce the protective film, the piercing portion 33 may be provided at the movable end having the maximum degree of bending. In use, the resistance wire 32 in contact with the bimetal 31 is energized, heating the bimetal 31, bending the bimetal 31 toward the protective film and piercing the protective film by the piercing section 33, so that the water quality detecting unit 1 is in contact with water.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a water quality detection method, in which the water quality detection sensor structure in the above embodiment is put into water, and when in use, the destruction device 3 is electrified and destroys the waterproof sealing structure 2 arranged outside the water quality detection unit 1. When the used water quality detecting unit 1 fails, the waterproof sealing structure 2 of another water quality detecting unit 1 in the water quality detecting unit array composed of a plurality of water quality detecting units 1 can be destroyed by the destruction device 3, so that the water quality detecting unit 1 contacts with water and starts working. The water quality detection method isolates the water quality detection unit 1 from water before use, prevents the sensitivity of the water quality detection unit 1 from being reduced, prolongs the service life of the water quality sensor, avoids frequent replacement, and can improve the reliability of the water quality detection result.
