本发明涉及一种空气自动净化系统,可广泛应用于室内空气污染防治中。
背景技术
空气质量的好坏反映了空气污染程度,它是依据空气中污染物浓度的高低来判断的。空气污染是一个复杂的现象,在特定时间和地点空气污染物浓度受到许多因素影响。空气污染的主要污染物有:烟尘、总悬浮颗粒物、可吸入颗粒物、细颗粒物、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、臭氧及挥发性有机化合物。
洁净大气是人类赖于生存的必要条件之一,但是,随着工业及交通运输业的不断发展,大量的有害物质被排放到空气中,改变了空气的正常组成,使空气质量变坏。空气质量不仅关乎人类生存质量,而且也深深影响着地球上其他的生物。因此我们要自觉维护环境保护义务,努力提高人类生活水平,不断改善空气质量。目前,缺乏有效的室内空气污染防治设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸附效率高、风阻系数小、净化效果好、产生新的有益空气、起保护作用的空气自动净化系统。
为了达到上述目的,本发明空气自动净化系统,包括箱体,安装在箱体外侧底部上的万向轮,安装在箱体下部侧面上的进风口,靠近进风口安装在箱体内部的活性碳吸附过滤网,安装在箱体内部的静音涡轮风机,安装在箱体内部的雾化区隔板,位于雾化区内并安装在箱体内侧底部上的超声波雾化器,位于超声波雾化器上方并依次安装在箱体内部的纯净水容器、雾化风机,安装在箱体中部的纳米光触媒网,安装在纳米光触媒网上的数个紫外线灯管,安装在箱体上部的出风口,与雾化区相接延伸至箱体上部并安装在箱体内侧面上的雾化管道,安装在箱体上部出风口处的负氧离子发生器。

本发明空气自动净化系统,其工作原理是:首先,通过静音涡轮风机,将普通或有害空气通过进风口吸入,经过蜂窝状活性碳吸附过滤网,蜂窝状活性碳吸附过滤网是在聚氨酯泡棉上载附粉状活性炭制成,其含碳量在35%~50%,具有活性炭高效的吸附性能,吸附效率高,风阻系数小,能耗低,可在一定风量下除臭、除异味,净化环境,具有很好的净化效果,去除挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯和空气中的污染物,对空气中的PM2.5有害颗粒和可吸入颗粒物PM10进行过滤吸附,实现初步空气净化。然后,经静音涡轮风机将通过过滤的空气送入纳米光触媒网,再次将空气中的有害物质进行过滤。过滤后的空气在紫外线灯管的照射作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解空气中甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物有毒有害气体,能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,超声波雾化器利用电子高频震荡在雾化区中将液态纯净水分子间的分子键打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾,水雾在雾化风机的作用下通过雾化管道送至出风口,在雾化过程中将释放大量的负离子,其与空气中漂浮的烟雾、粉尘等产生静电式反应,使其沉淀,同时还能有效去除甲醛、一氧化碳、细菌等有害物质,使空气得到净化,减少疾病的发生,并调节房间的湿度使人体感到舒适。最后,经过活性炭吸附过滤及纳米光触媒网过滤和紫外灯管照射杀菌过的空气与超声波雾化产生的水雾在气流的作用下经过负氧离子发生器混合通过出风口送出,通过负氧离子发生器生成对人体健康有益的小粒径负离子有益空气。
