Abstract

本申请公开了基于公共场所空气质量保证方法及其调控装置。本申请的基于公共场所空气质量保证方法,包括在建筑物的窗口或者通气系统的进气口安装空气净化功能模块;通过该空气净化功能模块对公共场所建筑,例如医院、银行等的空气进行除尘净化,从而提高空气质量。本申请的方法,利用空气净化功能模块对进入建筑物室内的空气进行净化,一方面保障了进入空气的干净,另一方面,通过溢出效应,避免了灰尘等细小颗粒从门窗缝隙进入建筑物室内,保障了室内空气质量。

技术领域
本申请涉及公共场所建筑空气净化领域,特别涉及基于公共场所空气质量保证方法及其调控装置。
背景技术
公共场所,例如车站、码头、影院、商场、医院、学校、银行、宾馆、办公室等需要大风量置换的场所,对空气质量要求相对较高。特别是医院,既要保障空气流通,又要保障各科室或者诊疗室之间相对隔离。以上这些公共场所建筑物,其除尘的方法,一方面是采用大量的清洁人员保持地面整洁,这需要极大的人工成本;另一方面,采用大功率的通风换气设备,对室内空气进行实时的更新。无论采用哪种方法,都需要耗费巨大的使用成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供基于公共场所空气质量保证方法及其调控装置。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供了基于公共场所空气质量保证方法,包括在建筑物的窗口或者通气系统的进气口安装空气净化功能模块;空气净化功能模块由绝缘外框和安装在绝缘外框内的多层结构的电离子场净化层,以及位于电离子场净化层表面的绝缘滤网层构成;绝缘外框由绝缘型材制成;电离子场净化层由若干个相互平行的条状金属导电片组成,并且每个金属导电片分别封装在绝缘材料中,在其一端预留接电口,相邻两个金属导电片分别连接电源的正极和负极,所有条状金属导电片垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面设计,条状金属导电片之间由绝缘隔片支撑,形成垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面的风道;绝缘滤网层由带滤孔的绝缘材料制成;绝缘外框的侧壁上设置有与市电连通的电路,其中所有连接电源正极的条状金属导电片并联在一起,所有连接电源负极的条状金属导电片并联在一起。
需要说明的是,本申请的方法,主要是利用空气进入建筑物的通道,例如通气系统的进风口、窗户等,在这些地方安装空气净化功能模块,利用空气净化功能模块对进入建筑物室内的空气进行除尘、灭菌净化。
基于公共场所空气质量保证的调控装置,包括通风系统,在通风系统的进风口安装有空气净化功能模块;空气净化功能模块由绝缘外框和安装在绝缘外框内的多层结构的电离子场净化层,以及位于电离子场净化层表面的绝缘滤网层构成;绝缘外框由绝缘型材制成;电离子场净化层由若干个相互平行的条状金属导电片组成,并且每个金属导电片分别封装在绝缘材料中,在其一端预留接电口,相邻两个金属导电片分别连接电源的正极和负极,所有条状金属导电片垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面设计,条状金属导电片之间由绝缘隔片支撑,形成垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面的风道;绝缘滤网层由带滤孔的绝缘材料制成;绝缘外框的侧壁上设置有与市电连通的电路,其中所有连接电源正极的条状金属导电片并联在一起,所有连接电源负极的条状金属导电片并联在一起。
因此,本申请的有益效果在于:本申请的方法,利用空气净化功能模块对进入建筑物室内的空气进行净化,一方面保障了进入空气的干净,另一方面,通过溢出效应,避免了灰尘等细小颗粒从门窗缝隙进入建筑物室内,保障了室内空气质量。

具体实施方式
为了使审查员能够进一步了解本申请的目的,现附较佳实施例以详细说明如下,本实施例仅用于说明本申请的技术方案,并非限定本申请。
实施例
本例的基于公共场所空气质量保证的方法,除了在窗户安装空气净化功能模块以外,主要是在现有的通风系统基础上进行改进,如图1所示,包括通风系统1,在通风系统的进风口11安装有空气净化功能模块2;空气经过净化后由出风口12流出,出风口通过管道连通不同的房间。本例的空气净化功能模块,如图2所示,由绝缘外框21和安装在绝缘外框内的多层结构的电离子场净化层,以及位于电离子场净化层表面的绝缘滤网层构成;绝缘外框由绝缘型材制成;电离子场净化层由若干个相互平行的条状金属导电片22组成,并且每个金属导电片分别封装在绝缘材料221中,如图3所示,在其一端预留接电口,相邻两个金属导电片分别连接电源的正极和负极,如图4所示,图中,“+”表示连接正极,“-”表示连接负极。所有条状金属导电片垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面设计,条状金属导电片之间由绝缘隔片222支撑,形成垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面的风道;绝缘滤网层由带滤孔的绝缘材料制成;绝缘外框的侧壁上设置有与市电连通的电路,其中所有连接电源正极的条状金属导电片并联在一起,所有连接电源负极的条状金属导电片并联在一起。图2和图4中所示的空气净化功能模块为方形,但是,本例的空气净化功能模块不仅限于该形成,实际上,空气净化功能模块可以根据不同的使用需求制成任意形状,例如圆形、椭圆形、棱形或其它不规则形状。
本例的用于公共场所建筑物的空气质量调控装置,利用空气净化功能模块对送入建筑物室内的空气进行净化。其主要原理是,空气净化功能模块相邻条状金属导电片分别连接正极和负极,形成电场,利用该电场可以对灰尘、细菌等细小颗粒物进行吸附,达到除尘、灭菌、净化空气的效果。当然,根据不同的需要,还可以在本例的装置基础上还可以添加加热模块、加湿模块或除湿模块等,以实现对建筑物室内空气质量的调控,在此不做具体限定。

Claims (2)

1.基于公共场所空气质量保证方法,其特征在于:包括在建筑物的窗口或者通气系统的进气口安装空气净化功能模块;
所述空气净化功能模块由绝缘外框和安装在绝缘外框内的多层结构的电离子场净化层,以及位于电离子场净化层表面的绝缘滤网层构成;
所述绝缘外框由绝缘型材制成;
所述电离子场净化层由若干个相互平行的条状金属导电片组成,并且每个金属导电片分别封装在绝缘材料中,在其一端预留接电口,相邻两个金属导电片分别连接电源的正极和负极,所有条状金属导电片垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面设计,条状金属导电片之间由绝缘隔片支撑,形成垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面的风道;
所述绝缘滤网层由带滤孔的绝缘材料制成;
绝缘外框的侧壁上设置有与市电连通的电路,其中所有连接电源正极的条状金属导电片并联在一起,所有连接电源负极的条状金属导电片并联在一起。
2.基于公共场所空气质量保证的调控装置,包括通风系统,其特征在于:在所述通风系统的进风口安装有空气净化功能模块;
所述空气净化功能模块由绝缘外框和安装在绝缘外框内的多层结构的电离子场净化层,以及位于电离子场净化层表面的绝缘滤网层构成;
所述绝缘外框由绝缘型材制成;
所述电离子场净化层由若干个相互平行的条状金属导电片组成,并且每个金属导电片分别封装在绝缘材料中,在其一端预留接电口,相邻两个金属导电片分别连接电源的正极和负极,所有条状金属导电片垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面设计,条状金属导电片之间由绝缘隔片支撑,形成垂直于绝缘外框围成的平面的风道;
所述绝缘滤网层由带滤孔的绝缘材料制成;
绝缘外框的侧壁上设置有与市电连通的电路,其中所有连接电源正极的条状金属导电片并联在一起,所有连接电源负极的条状金属导电片并联在一起。
