Abstract
本发明提供了一种圆柱型空气净化器,包括圆形底座、设置在底座上的椭圆形机壳、设置在机壳内的净化部件和设置在机壳顶部的控制系统,机壳可在底座上进行旋转运动,机壳的底部四周设置了进气网,上部设置了圆形的出气口,顶部设置了出气网,净化部件包括过滤组件、风阀和空气流道,过滤组件的外观为同心椭圆柱,从外层到内层依次为HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤层和光触媒过滤网,在过滤组件的内部设置有紫外灯,控制系统包括控制模块和控制面板,还设置有负离子发生器。本发明空气净化器具有圆柱型的外观,设计美观,净化效率高,可应用于室内空气净化。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化器领域,涉及一种圆柱型空气净化器。
背景技术
随着室内装修污染及室外雾霾污染的不断加重,人们对空气质量尤其是室内空气质量越来越重视,空气净化器是一种高效净化空气装置,可应用于室内空气净化,为人们提供一个无污染的室内居住和工作环境,目前商品化的空气净化器品种多样,但是存在净化效率不高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种空气净化器,该空气净化器具有圆柱型的外观,设计美观,净化效率高,可应用于室内空气净化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种圆柱型空气净化器,包括圆形底座(1)、设置在底座上的椭圆形机壳(2)、设置在机壳内的净化部件(3)和设置在机壳顶部的控制系统(4),所述机壳(2)可在底座(1)上进行旋转运动,所述机壳(2)的底部四周设置了进气网(5),上部设置了圆形的出气口(6),顶部设置了出气网(7),所述净化部件(3)包括过滤组件(8)、风阀(9)和空气流道(10),所述过滤组件(8)的外观为同心椭圆柱,从外层到内层依次为HEPA过滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和光触媒过滤网(13),在所述过滤组件的内部设置有紫外灯(14),所述控制系统(4)包括控制模块(15)和控制面板(16)。
优选的,空气净化器还设置有负离子发生器(17)。
优选的,所述光触媒过滤网(13)为表面喷涂了纳米光触媒薄膜的铝质多孔网。
优选的,所述控制模块(15)设置于所述机壳(2)内部上方位置。
优选的,所述控制面板(16)设置于所述机壳(2)的顶部。
本发明空气净化器的工作原理为:室内空气经过机壳底部四周的进气网(5)进入空气净化器内部,首先经过过滤组件(8),依次经过HEPA过滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和光触媒过滤网(13),对空气进行了多层过滤和光催化净化,达到净化空气的目的,洁净空气随后进入风阀(9),风阀可控制空气的流动方向,使其经过不同的空气流道(10),可分别通过出气口(6)或出气网(7),出气口(6)设计成圆形,在机壳旋转运动时,出气口的风向也随之变化,达到旋转出风的目的,具有了电风扇的效果。同时该空气净化器还设置了负离子发生器,进一步提高净化效果。
本发明的有益效果有:
(1)本发明空气净化器具有圆柱型的外观,设计美观;
(2)本发明空气净化器的过滤组件设计了多层过滤网,对空气进行了过滤和光催化净化,达到净化空气的目的,同时空气净化器还设置了负离子发生器,净化效率高;
(3)本发明空气净化器设计了风阀和两个空气流道,可智能控制出风位置,如果从圆形出气口出风,则可以达到电风扇的效果。

为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图与实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,一种圆柱型空气净化器,包括圆形底座(1)、设置在底座上的椭圆形机壳(2)、设置在机壳内的净化部件(3)和设置在机壳顶部的控制系统(4),所述机壳(2)可在底座(1)上进行旋转运动,所述机壳(2)的底部四周设置了进气网(5),上部设置了圆形的出气口(6),顶部设置了出气网(7),所述净化部件(3)包括过滤组件(8)、风阀(9)和空气流道(10),所述过滤组件(8)的外观为同心椭圆柱,从外层到内层依次为HEPA过滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和光触媒过滤网(13),所述光触媒过滤网(13)为表面喷涂了纳米光触媒薄膜的铝质多孔网,在所述过滤组件的内部设置有紫外灯(14),所述控制系统(4)包括控制模块(15)和控制面板(16),所述控制模块(15)设置于所述机壳(2)内部上方位置,所述控制面板(16)设置于所述机壳(2)的顶部,空气净化器还设置有负离子发生器(17)。
本实施例空气净化器的工作原理为:室内空气经过机壳底部四周的进气网(5)进入空气净化器内部,首先经过过滤组件(8),依次经过HEPA过滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和光触媒过滤网(13),对空气进行了多层过滤和光催化净化,达到净化空气的目的,洁净空气随后进入风阀(9),风阀可控制空气的流动方向,使其经过不同的空气流道(10),可分别通过出气口(6)或出气网(7),出气口(6)设计成圆形,在机壳旋转运动时,出气口的风向也随之变化,达到旋转出风的目的,具有了电风扇的效果。同时该空气净化器还设置了负离子发生器,进一步提高净化效果。
本实施例空气净化器具有圆柱型的外观,设计美观,净化效率高,可应用于室内空气净化。

1.一种圆柱型空气净化器,包括圆形底座(1)、设置在底座上的椭圆形机壳(2)、设置在机壳内的净化部件(3)和设置在机壳顶部的控制系统(4),其特征在于:所述机壳(2)可在底座(1)上进行旋转运动,所述机壳(2)的底部四周设置了进气网(5),上部设置了圆形的出气口(6),顶部设置了出气网(7),所述净化部件(3)包括过滤组件(8)、风阀(9)和空气流道(10),所述过滤组件(8)的外观为同心椭圆柱,从外层到内层依次为HEPA过滤网(11)、活性炭过滤层(12)和光触媒过滤网(13),在所述过滤组件的内部设置有紫外灯(14),所述控制系统(4)包括控制模块(15)和控制面板(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述圆柱型空气净化器,其特征在于:还设置有负离子发生器(17)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述圆柱型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述光触媒过滤网(13)为表面喷涂了纳米光触媒薄膜的铝质多孔网。
4.根据权利要求1所述圆柱型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述控制模块(15)设置于所述机壳(2)内部上方位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述圆柱型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述控制面板(16)设置于所述机壳(2)的顶部。
