本发明公开了一种太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、充放电电路;其特征在于,所述灯头包括第一壳体和与第一壳体配合的第二壳体,所述第二壳体具有通孔,所述灯头内还具有LED灯珠安装板、与所述LED灯珠安装板固定连接的散热板、固定在散热板上的多个第一散热翅片,所述LED灯珠安装板上安装有多个LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠穿过所述第二壳体的通孔。本发明设置了一套水冷系统,实现了灯头蓄电池的同时散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种太阳能路灯。
背景技术
随着LED技术和新能源技术的进步,太阳能路灯的使用越来越广泛,但是配合太阳能电池发电的蓄电池和LED光源在使用时,都存在一个较大的问题,就是散热问题。使用状态下的高温往往减少了灯头和蓄电池的使用寿命,并且不利于蓄电池发挥最大工作效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种太阳能路灯。
技术方案:一种太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、充放电电路;所述灯头包括第一壳体和与第一壳体配合的第二壳体,所述第二壳体具有通孔,所述灯头内还具有LED灯珠安装板、与所述LED灯珠安装板固定连接的散热板、固定在散热板上的多个第一散热翅片,所述LED灯珠安装板上安装有多个LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠穿过所述第二壳体的通孔。
进一步地,所述第一壳体包括外壁和内壁,所述外壁和内壁之间形成空腔,所述外壁上具有第一进液口和第一出液口;所述灯杆的顶部固定有储液容器,所述储液容器具有第二进液口和第二出液口,所述储液容器内存储有导热液体,所述储液容器内还固定有多个第二散热翅片;所述储液容器形成有开口向上的凹槽,所述蓄电池放置在所述凹槽内,所述储液部的顶部还通过固定支架固定有挡板,所述档板上安装有水泵,所述第二出液口和水泵之间通过第一管路连接,所述水泵和第一进液口之间通过第二管路连接,所述第一出液口和第二进液口之间通过第三管路连接。
进一步地,所述第一、二、三管路均为软管。
进一步地,所述灯头通过灯头支架固定在灯杆上,所述太阳能电池板通过太阳能电池板支架固定在灯杆上。
进一步地,所述水箱和所述第二散热翅片由铝制成。
进一步地,所述导热液体是水。
进一步地,所述多个第二散热翅片分布在所述储液容器侧面。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,设置了一套水冷散热系统,并且实现灯头和蓄电池散热的一体化。

一种太阳能路灯,包括灯杆1、灯头5、太阳能电池板3、控制器、蓄电池、充放电电路;所述灯头5包括第一壳体5.1和与第一壳体5.1配合的第二壳体5.2,所述第二壳体5.2具有通孔,所述灯头内还具有LED灯珠安装板5.3、与所述LED灯珠安装板5.3固定连接的散热板5.4、固定在散热板5.4上的多个第一散热翅片5.5,所述LED灯珠安装板5.3上安装有多个LED灯珠5.6,所述LED灯珠穿过所述第二壳体5.2的通孔5.2.1。所述第一壳体包括外壁和内壁,所述外壁和内壁之间形成空腔5.1.3,所述外壁上具有第一进液口5.1.1和第一出液口5.1.2;所述灯杆的顶部固定有储液容器6,所述储液容器6具有第二进液口6.1和第二出液口6.2,所述储液容器内存储有导热液体,所述储液容器内还固定有多个第二散热翅片8;所述储液容器形成有开口向上的凹槽6.3,所述蓄电池7放置在所述凹槽6.3内,所述储液部的顶部还通过固定支架9.1固定有挡板9,所述档板9上安装有水泵10,所述第二出液口6.2和水泵10之间通过第一管路连接,所述水泵和第一进液口5.1.1之间通过第二管路连接,所述第一出液口5.1.2和第二进液口6.1之间通过第三管路连接。所述第一、二、三管路均为软管。所述灯头通过灯头支架4固定在灯杆上,所述太阳能电池板通过太阳能电池板支架2固定在灯杆上。所述水箱和所述第二散热翅片由铝制成。所述导热液体是水。所述多个第二散热翅片分布在所述储液容器侧面。可选地,可以在第二壳体下方设置透镜部,从而获得更好地照明效果。
通过水泵带动冷却液的循环,由于第二散热翅片的面积大,且由铝制成,散热快,因此储液部的液体能够始终保持较低的温度,实现对蓄电池的冷却,并且循环经过灯头的液体可以实现对灯头的冷却,从而保持蓄电池和灯头始终在非高温的状态下工作。控制方式可以设置成水泵随着路灯同步开启和关闭。也可以在灯头内设置温度传感器,当温度传感器的测量值大于设定阈值时,控制器控制水泵开启。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (7)

1.一种太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、充放电电路;其特征在于,所述灯头包括第一壳体和与第一壳体配合的第二壳体,所述第二壳体具有通孔,所述灯头内还具有LED灯珠安装板、与所述LED灯珠安装板固定连接的散热板、固定在散热板上的多个第一散热翅片,所述LED灯珠安装板上安装有多个LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠穿过所述第二壳体的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述第一壳体包括外壁和内壁,所述外壁和内壁之间形成空腔,所述外壁上具有第一进液口和第一出液口;所述灯杆的顶部固定有储液容器,所述储液容器具有第二进液口和第二出液口,所述储液容器内存储有导热液体,所述储液容器内还固定有多个第二散热翅片;所述储液容器形成有开口向上的凹槽,所述蓄电池放置在所述凹槽内,所述储液部的顶部还通过固定支架固定有挡板,所述档板上安装有水泵,所述第二出液口和水泵之间通过第一管路连接,所述水泵和第一进液口之间通过第二管路连接,所述第一出液口和第二进液口之间通过第三管路连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述第一、二、三管路均为软管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述灯头通过灯头支架固定在灯杆上,所述太阳能电池板通过太阳能电池板支架固定在灯杆上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述水箱和所述第二散热翅片由铝制成。
6.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述导热液体是水。
