Abstract

本发明公开了一种固定窗，包括外框、内框、玻璃和压线，外框和内框均为封闭的四边形，玻璃固定在内框上，内框的外侧壁边缘与外框的内侧壁边缘相对应，压线与内框相配合。设有内框，且玻璃安装在内框上，从而当玻璃在内框上安装完成后可以进行上胶，然后再将内框靠入外框内，最后进行压线安装。由此，该固定窗在安装过程中，在内框上完成对玻璃的安装以及其他相关处理，因此，避免了在建筑外侧对玻璃进行密封处理，保证了操作的安全性，且方便安装，提高安装效率。

本发明属于一种窗户，尤其是涉及一种固定窗。
背景技术
现有的玻璃窗在安装时，先将窗扇固定安装在建筑上，然后再安装玻璃。玻璃安装完成后，需要在建筑外侧对玻璃进行上胶，使得玻璃具有防水的效果，从而使得在上胶过程中危险系数较大，不便于施工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固定窗，能够解决上述问题中的至少一个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供了一种固定窗，包括外框、内框、玻璃和压线，外框和内框均为封闭的四边形，玻璃固定在内框上，内框的外侧壁边缘与外框的内侧壁边缘相对应，压线与内框相配合。
本发明的有益效果是：设有内框，且玻璃安装在内框上，从而当玻璃在内框上安装完成后可以进行上胶，然后再将内框靠入外框内，最后进行压线安装。由此，该固定窗在安装过程中，在内框上完成对玻璃的安装以及其他相关处理，因此，避免了在建筑外侧对玻璃进行密封处理，保证了操作的安全性，且方便安装，提高安装效率。
在一些实施方式中，内框包括底框、第一窗框、第二窗框和加强件，第一窗框和第二窗框分别固定在加强件的相对两侧，加强件与底框固定，玻璃设于底框与第一窗框之间或底框与第二窗框之间。由此，方便内框各部件的加工成型，以及方便玻璃的安装。
在一些实施方式中，固定窗还包括连接件，底框和加强件通过连接件连接，连接件为隔热元件。由此，设有连接件，可以方便底框和加强件的连接固定，连接件为隔热元件，可以实现防火隔热的效果。
在一些实施方式中，固定窗还包括装饰盖，装饰盖卡设在内框外侧。由此，设有装饰盖，可以提高固定窗的整体性。
在一些实施方式中，底框包括底边和本体，底边和本体为一体成型结构，本体与加强件位于底边的同侧，底边的两端边缘分别与第一窗框、第二窗框的边缘平齐。由此，方便底框与加强件的连接，以及方便玻璃的安装固定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1：本发明的固定窗，包括外框、内框1、玻璃2和压线，外框和内框1均为封闭的四边形，玻璃2固定在内框1上，内框1的外侧壁边缘与外框的内侧壁边缘相对应，压线与内框1相配合。其中，外框、内框1和压线均为铝型材，方便成型加工，且可以减轻固定窗的整体重量；当内框1靠入到外框后，可以通过螺栓将两者进行固定，再安装压线，可以对玻璃2进行密封和提高固定窗的整体性。
内框1包括底框11、第一窗框12、第二窗框13和加强件14，第一窗框12和第二窗框13分别固定在加强件14的相对两侧，加强件14与底框11固定，玻璃2设于底框11与第一窗框12之间或底框11与第二窗框13之间。
在实际生产过程中，为了方便第一窗框12和第二窗框13两者与加强件14的连接，第一窗框12和第二窗框13的一端均设有卡勾，卡勾可以卡在加强件14的边缘，方便各部件的定位。当第一窗框12、第二窗框13和加强件14三者定位完成后，第一窗框12和第二窗框13两者均通过螺栓与加强件14加强固定。
固定窗还包括连接件4，底框11和加强件14通过连接件4连接，连接件4为隔热元件。底框11和加强件14均设有卡槽，连接件4的两端分别卡设在相应的卡槽内进行固定；连接件4为两个，提高连接强度，以及起到很好的防火隔热效果。
固定窗还包括装饰盖3，装饰盖3卡设在内框1外侧，装饰盖3为两个。为了方便装饰盖3的安装固定，在第一窗框12和第二窗框13上开设有卡勾，在装饰盖3上对应设有卡勾，两者扣合即可实现相应装饰盖3余第一窗框12或第二窗框13的配合。同时，为了方便装饰盖3与加强件14的配合，在加强件14的边缘设有凹槽，装饰盖3设有勾边，使得勾边能够勾设在凹槽内，实现了装饰盖3的安装固定。
底框11包括底边111和本体112，底边111和本体112为一体成型结构，本体112与加强件14位于底边111的同侧，底边111的两端边缘分别与第一窗框12、第二窗框13的边缘平齐。由此，方便底框与加强件的连接，以及方便玻璃的安装固定。
装饰盖3的外侧边缘与内框1、外框的边缘相平齐。由此，方便该固定窗在清洗，避免在清洗时伤到操作者。

1.固定窗，其特征在于，包括外框、内框(1)、玻璃(2)和压线，所述外框和内框(1)均为封闭的四边形，所述玻璃(2)固定在内框(1)上，所述内框(1)的外侧壁边缘与外框的内侧壁边缘相对应，所述压线与内框(1)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定窗，其特征在于，所述内框(1)包括底框(11)、第一窗框(12)、第二窗框(13)和加强件(14)，所述第一窗框(12)和第二窗框(13)分别固定在加强件(14)的相对两侧，所述加强件(14)与底框(11)固定，所述玻璃(2)设于底框(11)与第一窗框(12)之间或底框(11)与第二窗框(13)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定窗，其特征在于，还包括连接件(4)，所述底框(11)和加强件(14)通过连接件(4)连接，所述连接件(4)为隔热元件。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的固定窗，其特征在于，还包括装饰盖(3)，所述装饰盖(3)卡设在内框(1)外侧。
5.根据权利要求3所述的固定窗，其特征在于，所述底框(11)包括底边(111)和本体(112)，所述底边(111)和本体(112)为一体成型结构，所述本体(112)与加强件(14)位于底边(111)的同侧，所述底边(111)的两端边缘分别与第一窗框(12)、第二窗框(13)的边缘平齐。
6.根据权利要求4所述的固定窗，其特征在于，所述装饰盖(3)的外侧边缘与内框(1)、外框的边缘相平齐。
