Abstract
本发明公开了一种保温‑绿化‑结构一体化屋面板,它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁形成的H型预制构件。所述两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁;所述坡型腹板采用倒槽型夹芯板的结构形式,其夹心材料为开口向下的石膏基秸秆纤维砼空心条板,可直接在其上种植花草,同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型H型板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下实现了保温‑绿化‑结构一体化,大大简化了施工,降低了造价。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制屋面板,具体涉及一种保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板。
背景技术
随着绿化技术的进步和生态城市的要求越来越强烈,屋顶绿化的形式越来越多,且方式方法越来越先进多样,这是因为屋顶绿化对城市有非常重大的意义:如美化环境,回归大自然;节能环保,使得建筑物室内冬暖夏凉;营造健康,自然的生活环境;改善城市热岛效应,降低城市排水负荷;吸尘降噪等等。目前,屋顶绿化的方式有多种多样,但都是在屋顶施工完成后再进行屋顶绿化的,所以,不可避免的存在施工工期长,造价高等问题,不利于城镇立体化绿化的发展。同时随着农村面源污染治理的强力推进,桔杆的综合利用已成为国家的重点农业产业开发项目,桔杆建材的开发不仅有利于国家桔杆禁烧,改善空气污染环境,同时还可以增加农民收入,节省资源、实现建筑业的可持续发展。因此,利用我国丰富的秸秆可再生资源,研发新型的绿化--结构一体化屋面板,对于改善城市的绿化环境和发展城市立体绿化具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明目的在于开发一种保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,在实现屋顶绿化的同时,达到简化施工,降低工程造价的目的。
本发明提供了一种保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁形成的H型预制构件,所述坡型腹板为倒槽型密肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁。
所述坡型腹板为底板和等间距设置在底板之上纵向肋梁形成的倒槽型结构,在由底板和纵向肋梁形成的空腔中填充有开口向下的轻质空心条板。
为降低热桥影响,所述坡型腹板中的纵向肋梁材料为轻骨料结构保温砼。
为满足植物生长条件,所述轻质空心条板的材料为石膏基秸秆纤维砼。
为便于排水,所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁中间高,两端低与坡形腹板一起形成坡型屋面。
为保证屋面板的接缝防水,所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁的上部等间距的开有一排圆孔,用于∩型防水板以及屋面板之间的连接与固定。
为防止屋面种植表层的渗水进入室内,所述纵向肋梁和轻质空心条板的底部设置有若干方形排水孔。为保证边梁与框架柱的连接可靠,在所述两条竖直边梁的下部两端设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔。所述屋面板预制完成后,即可在坡型腹板上进行快速无土植物栽培,待植物长成后就自动形成了绿化屋顶。施工时,先将本发明吊装放置在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在预留在边梁端部的横向圆孔中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架柱连接为一体,这时,所述H型板中的边梁就成为了框架梁,同时和框架柱一起形成了密柱型H型板框架结构。本发明为坡型腹板以及两条竖直边梁组成的H型整体预制件,其坡型腹板采用自保温复合砼密肋夹心板结构,所述坡型腹板采用倒槽型夹芯板的结构形式,其夹心材料为开口向下的石膏基秸秆纤维砼空心条板,可直接在其上种植花草,同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型H型板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下实现了保温-绿化-结构一体化,大大简化了施工,降低了造价。附图说明图1是本发明的结构示意图。图2是本发明的横向截面图。图3是本发明的纵向截面图。图4是轻质空心板的立体示意图。
具体实施方式:
如图1--4所示,本实施例公开了一种保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,它为坡型腹板2及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁1形成的H型预制构件,所述坡型腹板2为倒槽型密肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁1为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁。
所述坡型腹板2为底板21和等间距设置在底板之上纵向肋梁22形成的倒槽型结构,在由底板21和纵向肋梁22形成的空腔中填充有开口向下的轻质空心条板23。
为降低热桥影响,所述坡型腹板中的纵向肋梁22的材料为轻骨料结构保温砼。
为满足植物生长条件,所述轻质空心条板23的材料为石膏基秸秆纤维砼。

1.一种保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁形成的H型预制构件,所述坡型腹板为倒槽型密肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:所述坡型腹板为底板和等间距设置在底板之上纵向肋梁形成的倒槽型结构,在由底板和纵向肋梁形成的空腔中填充有开口向下的轻质空心条板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:所述坡型腹板中的纵向肋梁材料为轻骨料结构保温砼,轻质空心条板的材料为石膏基秸秆纤维砼。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁中间高,两端低与坡形腹板一起形成坡型屋面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁的上部等间距的开有一排圆孔,用于∩型防水板以及屋面板之间的连接与固定,下部两端开有若干圆孔,用于和端柱的连接与固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温-绿化-结构一体化屋面板,其特征在于:所述纵向肋梁和轻质空心条板的底部设置有若干方形排水孔。
