Description

softener composition
Technical Field
the invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a softener composition.
background
In the process of repeated use and repeated washing of the fabric, fibers, especially fine fibers in the fabric are often intertwined and intertwined together and even broken and fall off according to different materials and textile processes. The appearance of the fabric is influenced, the fabric becomes hard and rough, and the overall hand feeling is influenced. The fabric softener can form a cation protective film on the surface of fabric fibers, reduce fiber friction and make clothes soft and smooth.
The raw materials of the fabric softener are mainly quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants, and the cationic products are more, but the fabric softener can be really used for fabric softening and also can be quaternary ammonium salt products with double long chain groups, such as dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (D1821), alkyl ester quaternary ammonium salt (TE), imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt (OM) and the like. The problem of low biodegradation of typical D1281 is a major factor limiting the development thereof. With the increasing environmental awareness, alkyl ester quaternary ammonium salts and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts are becoming popular trends in the market. More and more manufacturers use it as a major ingredient in fabric softening. The compatibility, dispersibility, biodegradability, non-yellowing property and rewettability of the representative alkyl ester quaternary ammonium salt are all stronger than those of D1281, but the softness is different from that of D1281.
according to the invention, by combining the use condition of domestic market, the cationic starch with higher substitution degree and the specific quaternary ammonium salt are applied to the softener in a matching way, and more detailed research is carried out on the auxiliary softening effect of the softener. The cationic starch addition range is optimized and a better combination is preferred.
Patent CN200910242913.3 discloses a fabric care softener containing cationic polymer and quaternary ammonium salt, which only shows a structural formula of modified starch and does not describe the degree of substitution, starch source and other aspects in detail.
Patent 201510960094.1 discloses an environment-friendly fabric softener containing ester quaternary ammonium salt, thickener, etc. The cationic starch only contains esterquat cationic surfactant and is not compounded with cationic starch.

From the test results, the cationic starch of the invention can be compounded with quaternary ammonium salts such as dipalmitate ethyl hydroxyethyl methyl sulfate amine, dipalmitate ethyl dimethyl methyl ammonium sulfate and dipalmitate ethyl dimethyl ammonium methyl sulfate to obviously improve the fabric softening performance.
The compound also has a certain softening effect when being compounded with di (tallow ethyl amide) polyethoxy methyl ammonium methyl sulfate and 1-methyl-2-tallow-3-ethyl amide-imidazoline ammonium methyl sulfate.
Although dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride (D1821) has superior flexibility, it is not easy to prepare a high-concentration product due to its poor biodegradability and antistatic property, and its production cost is high, and it is easily adsorbed by sludge to cause environmental pollution in sewage treatment, and it has been stopped in western european countries such as germany. D1821 is gradually replaced by the quaternary ammonium salt which is easy to biodegrade at home and abroad especially, and the alkyl ester quaternary ammonium salt (difatty ethyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium sulfate, difatty ethyl dimethyl ammonium methyl sulfate or difatty isopropyl dimethyl ammonium methyl sulfate) adopted by the invention has better compatibility, dispersibility, biodegradability, non-yellowing property and rewettability than D1281. According to the invention, the high-substitution cationic starch is compounded with the quaternary ammonium salt, so that the softening effect of the softener can be obviously improved, and the softness is close to that of D1281.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
