Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewing machines, and particularly relates to an automatic control method for backstitch of a sewing machine. The sewing machine solves the problem of how to automatically judge when the backstitch needs to be carried out, thereby achieving the purpose of sewing. (3) when the cloth is sewn to the tail part, the sensor senses whether the cloth leaves the range of the sensor again and the controller reads the state of the sensor again to judge whether the cloth leaves the range of the sensor;

The other is that the controller controls the sewing machine to stop the needle automatically, and the sewing operator presses the backstitch button manually to perform the backstitch sewing action of the tail part, and the control mode is suitable for all sewing operators and is particularly suitable for inexperienced sewing operators. After the back stitching sewing action of the tail part is finished, the whole sewing process is also finished.
The automatic reverse stitching control method solves the problems of cloth waste and low working efficiency caused by too early or too late needle stop when workers control reverse stitching in the prior art.
Further, the sensor 4 is arranged at the feed end of the needle board 3. Of course, other locations on the needle board 3 are possible. The position of the feed end of the needle plate 3 can reduce the influence of dust generated during sewing on the sensor 4. or the controller controls the sewing machine to automatically stop the needle, and the sewing operator manually presses the backstitch button to perform backstitch sewing action during starting;
(2) after finishing the backward sewing action during starting sewing, the controller controls the sewing machine to continue sewing action;
(3) when the cloth is sewn to the tail part, the sensor senses whether the cloth leaves the range of the sensor again and the controller reads the state of the sensor again to judge whether the cloth leaves the range of the sensor;
if the cloth leaves the range of the sensor, the cloth advances by a certain needle number, the certain needle number is the needle number which is set in the step (1) and advances before the automatic backstitch sewing action is carried out, and the backstitch sewing action of the tail part is automatically carried out after the cloth advances according to the set needle number;
