Abstract
本发明公开一种生物质秸秆混合型环保燃料的制作方法,属于燃料技术领域,解决棉秆和玉米秸秆制成的生物质碳热值低、易结渣、利用价值不高等缺点。具体制作步骤:1)粉碎:将棉秆和玉米秸秆用粉碎机粉碎成锯末状物料;2)加入添加剂混合:将棉秆粉、玉米秸秆粉加入添加剂按照一定比例混合均匀;3)烘干:放入烘干机在一定温度下烘干至水分10%左右;4)塑化制棒:用制棒机在一定温度下挤压成型塑化制棒;5)碳化:再放入碳化炉内在一定温度下碳化,制成热值较高的无烟环保生物质秸秆混合碳棒。

技术领域
本发明属于燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种生物质秸秆混合型环保燃料的制作方法。
背景技术
棉秆和玉米秸秆是两种大量常见的生物质秸秆,目前使用方式有:有的直接用来当柴火燃烧做饭,有的直接在地里燃烧做肥料,造成环境污染,甚至影响到飞机的起降;较好的处理方式是制成的机制生物质秸秆碳,但其热值较低、易结渣,应用范围受限,利用价值不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生物质秸秆混合型环保燃料制作方法,解决了现有技术制作的机制生物质秸秆碳热值低、易结渣、利用价值不高等问题。本发明所采用的技术方案是将棉秆粉、玉米秸秆粉、焦炭粉、和石英砂粉按照一定比例混合均匀后烘干、塑化制棒、碳化,制成热值较高的无烟环保生物质秸秆混合碳棒。本发明的有益之处在于取材方便、工艺流程简单,解决环境污染问题。

具体实施方式
按图1流程图所示,依次进行以下五道工序:
1、粉碎:将棉秆和玉米秸秆用粉碎机粉碎成锯末状物料;
2、加入添加剂混合:将棉秆粉35-40份、玉米秸秆粉35-40份,加入添加剂:焦炭粉15-20份、石英砂粉3-5份,混合均匀,做成混合物料;如果物料太干,混合时需要加水至水分含量10%以上;
3、烘干:将混合物料放入烘干机在150℃左右(140℃-160℃)烘干至水分10%左右(8%-10%);
4、塑化制棒:将烘干的混合物料加入制棒机,用制棒机在280℃左右(270℃-290℃)挤压成型塑化制棒;
5、碳化:将塑化棒放入碳化炉内在400℃左右(390℃-410℃)碳化。
经过以上五道工序,即制成热值较高的无烟环保生物质秸秆混合碳棒。

1.一种生物质秸秆混合型环保燃料的制作方法,其特征在于将棉秆和玉米秸秆用粉碎机粉碎成锯末状物料,棉秆粉35-40份、玉米秸秆粉35-40份,加入添加剂:焦炭粉15-20份、石英砂粉3-5份,混合均匀后放入烘干机在150℃左右(140℃-160℃)烘干至水分10%左右(8%-12%),用制棒机在280℃左右(270℃-290℃)挤压成型塑化制棒,再放入碳化炉内在400℃左右(390℃-410℃)碳化。
