Technical Field

Background
The xanthan gum is far stronger than other polymers in the aspects of viscosity increasing, thickening, salt resistance, pollution resistance and the like, has obvious effects on the aspects of slurry treatment, well completion fluid, tertiary oil recovery and the like in drilling of oceans, beaches, high halogen layers and permafrost soil layers, and has obvious effects on the aspects of accelerating drilling speed, preventing collapse of oil wells, protecting oil and gas fields, preventing blowout, greatly improving oil recovery rate and the like.
At present, xanthan gum is a solid powder product, is generally dissolved in water before use, and can be used for mud liquid preparation in petroleum drilling after being fully dissolved, but because the xanthan gum has extremely strong hydrophilicity, if the xanthan gum is directly added into water and is not fully stirred, the outer layer absorbs water and expands into a micelle, so that water is prevented from entering the inner layer, the xanthan gum is not easy to dissolve, a wrapping phenomenon is easy to generate, the dissolving time is long, and the use is inconvenient; the xanthan gum batching is big in dust in the use, pollutes the environment, is unfavorable for human health, and simultaneously, the dust is at the settlement in-process, adheres to on equipment and the circuit around, has the potential safety hazard, reduces the life of equipment around.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a xanthan gum liquid dispersion which has long-term uniformity, stability, no precipitation, good fluidity, uniform dispersion and convenient use.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a method for preparing xanthan gum liquid dispersion with short process, low cost and high efficiency.
The first purpose of the invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: the xanthan gum liquid dispersion comprises the following components in percentage by weight: xanthan gum is not more than 65%, organic bentonite is 1-5%, alcohol is 0.5-3%, the balance is mineral oil, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%.
The xanthan gum liquid dispersoid also comprises 1-5 percent by weight of emulsifier, and the sum of the weight percent of the components is 100 percent.
Wherein the mineral oil is a dispersion carrier; the emulsifier can improve the liquid fluidity; the organic bentonite provides suspension property and prevents precipitation; the alcohol and the organic bentonite act together to increase the dispersion effect of the xanthan gum in the mineral oil, so that the xanthan gum liquid dispersion is uniform and stable for a long time and does not precipitate.

(1) weighing raw materials: weighing the following components in percentage by weight: xanthan gum is not more than 65%, organic bentonite is 1-5%, alcohol is 0.5-3%, the balance is mineral oil, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%;
(2) preparation of colloidal dispersion: mixing and stirring the weighed mineral oil and the weighed organic bentonite, adding the weighed alcohol during stirring, and uniformly dispersing the organic bentonite in the mineral oil to form a colloidal dispersion;
(3) to make a finished xanthan gum liquid dispersion: and uniformly mixing the prepared colloidal dispersion with the weighed xanthan gum to prepare a finished product xanthan gum liquid dispersion.
Further, the raw materials in the step (1) are weighed, and the emulsifier with the weight percentage of 1-5% is also included, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%;

The organic bentonite is an inorganic mineral/organic ammonium compound, takes bentonite as a raw material, and is prepared by inserting an organic covering agent through an ion exchange technology by utilizing the lamellar structure of montmorillonite in the bentonite and the characteristic that the lamellar structure can be swelled and dispersed into colloidal clay in water or an organic solvent. The organic bentonite can form gel in various organic solvents, oils and liquid resins, and has good thickening property, thixotropy, suspension stability, high-temperature stability, lubricity, film-forming property, water resistance and chemical stability.
The invention has the advantages that: (1) the xanthan gum liquid dispersoid is uniform, stable and non-precipitating for a long time, has good fluidity and is uniformly dispersed; (2) because the xanthan gum is in a liquid form, the mass percentage of the solid matter is more than 45%, when the xanthan gum is used, the xanthan gum liquid dispersoid is mixed with water, the xanthan gum can be quickly dissolved in the water, the wrapping phenomenon can not be generated, the time for preparing the xanthan gum solution is greatly shortened, and the xanthan gum solution is convenient and quick; (3) when in use, the dust can not be generated, and the dust-free, pollution-free, healthy and environment-friendly effects are achieved; (4) the preparation method of the xanthan gum liquid dispersion has the advantages of short flow, low cost, high efficiency and rapidness.

Example 1: the xanthan gum liquid dispersion comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of xanthan gum, 1% of organic bentonite, 0.5% of alcohol and the balance of mineral oil, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%.

1. The xanthan gum liquid dispersion is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: xanthan gum is not more than 65%, organic bentonite is 1-5%, alcohol is 0.5-3%, the balance is mineral oil, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%.
2. The xanthan gum liquid dispersion according to claim 1, further comprising 1-5% by weight of an emulsifier, the sum of the weight percentages of the components being 100%.
3. A process for the preparation of a xanthan gum liquid dispersion, characterised in that it comprises the steps of: (1) weighing raw materials; (2) preparing a colloidal dispersion; (3) preparing a finished product xanthan gum liquid dispersoid; wherein,
(1) weighing raw materials: weighing the following components in percentage by weight: xanthan gum is not more than 65%, organic bentonite is 1-5%, alcohol is 0.5-3%, the balance is mineral oil, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%;
(2) preparation of colloidal dispersion: mixing and stirring the weighed mineral oil and the weighed organic bentonite, adding the weighed alcohol during stirring, and uniformly dispersing the organic bentonite in the mineral oil to form a colloidal dispersion;
(3) to make a finished xanthan gum liquid dispersion: and uniformly mixing the prepared colloidal dispersion with the weighed xanthan gum to prepare a finished product xanthan gum liquid dispersion.
