碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂及其制备方法,涉及渔具技术领域,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香。本发明添加剂的配方工艺新颖,原料成本低,利用该添加剂制作的鱼竿整体性能卓越,具有优良的品质,有助于提高鱼竿的成品品质。

碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及渔具技术领域,具体涉及一种碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,垂钓已经成为人们一种重要的娱乐、休闲活动,竞技钓鱼也如火如荼的频繁开展,目前市场上的鱼竿绝大部分是碳纤维钓竿,均是采用无梭纺碳纤维纵向布制管,经浸树脂固化而制造的,用于钓竿生产方面的碳纤维含量多少,直接决定钓竿的价值和品位,一般含碳量为30%、90%左右,用碳纤维制造的钓竿具有轻、坚实、抗拉强度高的特点,现有的制造鱼竿用材料虽然已经具有了优异的抗张强度、屈服强度和伸长率等机械性能,但是其抗静电性能、韧性和耐老化性能不高,在使用过程中还是具有限制诸多限制,为了提高碳纤维鱼竿的各方面性能,在进行碳纤维鱼竿生产的时候对原料进行适当的改造有利于提升鱼竿的品质。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,该添加剂的配方工艺新颖,原料成本低,利用该添加剂制作的鱼竿整体性能卓越,具有优良的品质。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香;
上述复合材料添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙投入混合机中,在转速为500r/min、温度为40~60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声10~15min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香进行反应,用300~400℃的温度反应30~45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在80-95℃,密炼20-25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
本发明的有益效果是:该添加剂的配方工艺新颖,原料成本低,利用该添加剂制作的鱼竿整体性能卓越,具有优良的品质,有助于提高鱼竿的成品品质。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体示例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香;
上述复合材料添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙投入混合机中,在转速为500r/min、温度为40℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声15min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香进行反应,用400℃的温度反应30分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在95℃,密炼20min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
实施例2:
碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香;
上述复合材料添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙投入混合机中,在转速为500r/min、温度为50℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声14min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香进行反应,用350℃的温度反应40分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在90℃,密炼23min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为85℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
实施例3:
碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香;
上述复合材料添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙投入混合机中,在转速为500r/min、温度为60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声15min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香进行反应,用400℃的温度反应30~45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在95℃,密炼25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为90℃℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。

1.碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂,其特征在于:由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香。
2.碳纤维鱼竿用复合原料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、特氟龙投入混合机中,在转速为500r/min、温度为40~60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声10~15min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、香豆酮茚树脂、松香进行反应,用300~400℃的温度反应30~45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、吐温60、吐温20、司班80放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在80-95℃,密炼20-25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
