Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑钢型材配方,涉及建筑材料领域,该塑钢型材配方采用PVC为基料,采用硬脂酸钾为稳定剂,提高塑钢的稳定性,采用硅藻土和氧化铝作为填充剂,提高了塑钢的强度和力学性能,采用单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯为紫外线吸收剂,大幅度提高了塑钢抗日晒腐蚀的能力,提高了塑钢型材的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种塑钢型材配方。
背景技术
塑钢型材是指用于制作门窗用的PVC型材。塑钢型材是被广泛应用的一种新型的建筑材料,由于其物理性能如刚性、弹性、耐腐蚀,抗老化性能优异,通常用作是铜、锌、铝等有色金属的佳代用品。现有的塑钢型材大多采用传统的材料制造,导致塑钢型材的强度一般,且耐紫外线能力较差,长时间受日照会加快腐蚀,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种力学性能好且使用寿命长的塑钢型材的配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种塑钢型材配方,其特征在于,该塑钢型材配方包括如下质量份数的原料:75~88份PVC,12~19份硬脂酸钾,6~9份硅藻土,8~12份氧化铝,3~7份单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
有益效果:该塑钢型材配方采用PVC为基料,采用硬脂酸钾为稳定剂,提高塑钢的稳定性,采用硅藻土和氧化铝作为填充剂,提高了塑钢的强度和力学性能,采用单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯为紫外线吸收剂,大幅度提高了塑钢抗日晒腐蚀的能力,提高了塑钢型材的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
该塑钢型材配方包括如下质量份数的原料:75份PVC,19份硬脂酸钾,9份硅藻土,12份氧化铝,3份单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
实施例2:
该塑钢型材配方包括如下质量份数的原料:82份PVC,15份硬脂酸钾,7份硅藻土,10份氧化铝,5份单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
实施例3:
该塑钢型材配方包括如下质量份数的原料:88份PVC,12份硬脂酸钾,6份硅藻土,8份氧化铝,7份单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
按照上述配方比例调配好原材料后,可将原料加热成液体,由注塑机内将原料注塑成塑钢型材的形状即可。该塑钢型材不仅力学性能好,而且耐紫外线照射能力佳,使用寿命长。
