Abstract

本发明涉及易拉罐盖，具体是一种RPT留片拉环易开盖。包括盖体本体、拉环本体，盖体本体上设置有由环形刻痕线形成的开口区，开口区靠近盖体本体中心一侧的边缘部通过铆固件与拉环本体连接，拉环本体上设置有由手指孔区域形成的留片，留片的左、右边缘与拉环本体之间设置有对称的冲孔；留片的上、下边缘中，其中一侧边缘与拉环本体之间设置有刻痕线。本发明的拉环本体与留片之间的冲孔部位可以通过翻边模具将拉环本体边缘翻边呈卷曲状，手指进入手指孔区域用力打开易拉罐时，拉环内缘因冲孔部位的卷曲状结构可以避免割手指现象发生；留片与拉环本体之间仅有一小段刻痕线，留片翻开方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及易拉罐盖，具体是一种RPT留片拉环易开盖。
背景技术
RPT留片拉环易开盖的核心部件是RPT留片拉环。易开盖采用RPT留片拉环的目的是易拉罐打开时，拉环的指手指孔区域的片体部分能够保留，该片体称之为留片。现有的留片保留方式是在留片边缘与拉环本体之间设置一个缺口，除缺口部位外，留片边缘与拉环本体之间设置刻痕线，且缺口位于留片上部边缘。存在的问题是：留片翻开位置不利于开启；刻痕线沿留片边缘全长布置，留片与拉环本体分离后在拉环本体上的刻痕线残留存在割手指现象。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现RPT留片拉环存在上述问题，而提供一种留片翻开方便，可避免拉环内缘割手指现象发生的RPT留片拉环易开盖。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种RPT留片拉环易开盖，包括盖体本体、拉环本体，盖体本体上设置有由环形刻痕线形成的开口区，开口区靠近盖体本体中心一侧的边缘部通过铆固件与拉环本体连接，拉环本体上设置有由手指孔区域形成的留片，留片的左、右边缘与拉环本体之间设置有对称的冲孔；留片的上、下边缘中，其中一侧边缘与拉环本体之间设置有刻痕线。
采用上述技术方案的本发明，与现有技术相比，其有益效果是：
拉环本体与留片之间的冲孔部位可以通过翻边模具将拉环本体边缘翻边呈卷曲状，手指进入手指孔区域用力打开易拉罐时，拉环内缘因冲孔部位的卷曲状结构可以避免割手指现象发生；留片与拉环本体之间仅有一小段刻痕线，留片翻开方便。
进一步的，本发明的优选方案是：
所述的冲孔呈月牙孔。月牙孔的形状既可以使拉环本体形成圆滑的弧形内缘，又可以加大留片面积，使留片在产品包装方上加以有效利用。
留片下边缘亦即留片靠近拉环本体铆固点一侧边缘与拉环本体之间设置有刻痕线。此刻痕线位置在手指进入手指孔区域时便于留片翻转，有利于手指进入手指孔区域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例详述本发明：
参见图1，一种RPT留片拉环易开盖，由盖体本体1、拉环本体2两部分构成，盖体本体1上设置有由环形刻痕线7形成的开口区6，开口区6靠近盖体本体1中心一侧的边缘部通过铆固件5与拉环本体2连接，拉环本体2上设置有由手指孔区域形成的留片3，留片3的左、右边缘与拉环本体2之间设置有对称的月牙孔4；留片3靠近铆固件5一侧的边缘与拉环本体2之间设置有一段弧形刻痕线8。
留片3上可以印制图案、LOGO、刻字等，在产品包装方上加以有效利用。
打开易拉罐时，手指进入手指孔区域，向下摁压留片3，留片3则通过弧形刻痕线8与拉环本体2分离，并通过其远离铆固件5一侧的边缘与拉环本体2之间的一体结构进行翻转，便于手指牵拉拉环本体2，拉环本体2带动开口区6，使开口区6通过环形刻痕线7脱离盖体本体1，打开易拉罐。

1.一种RPT留片拉环易开盖，包括盖体本体、拉环本体，盖体本体上设置有由环形刻痕线形成的开口区，开口区靠近盖体本体中心一侧的边缘部通过铆固件与拉环本体连接，拉环本体上设置有由手指孔区域形成的留片，其特征在于：留片的左、右边缘与拉环本体之间设置有对称的冲孔；留片的上、下边缘中，其中一侧边缘与拉环本体之间设置有刻痕线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的RPT留片拉环易开盖，其特征在于：所述的冲孔呈月牙孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的RPT留片拉环易开盖，其特征在于：留片下边缘亦即留片靠近拉环本体铆固点一侧边缘与拉环本体之间设置有刻痕线。
