2. The crawler belt is divided into a plurality of regions along the extending direction thereof by printing the pattern paper. In this embodiment, the printing apparatus is divided into four areas, including one area to four areas, and two areas are located on the upper surface of the conveyor belt 31 and the other two areas are located on the lower surface of the conveyor belt during printing. Wherein the area below the flexible printed board 412 is a printing area. And then positioning the four areas or carrying out coordinate positioning to find out a sample placing area and manufacturing a concave area by using an adhesive. When the sample material in one area enters the printing area, the positioning controller of the roller positions the roller, simultaneously cuts off the power supply of the roller, starts the printing unit and starts printing. Meanwhile, sample materials are put in the two areas. And when the printing is finished by one stroke, the printing unit stops acting. At the same time, the first roller 33 is activated to move the conveyor belt 31. At the moment, the sample materials in the two areas are placed completely, and when the sample materials in the two areas enter the printing area, the sample materials in the first area automatically fall off, and the sample materials in the first area sequentially and circularly work.
Sample line printing machine in this application, sample material conveying unit and printing unit coordinate, can realize automatic continuous sample line printing to the sample material as required, have improved work efficiency greatly, are fit for batch large-scale production.
