背景技术
食品在加工前用到的清洗装置和每类装置。目前，在食品加工过程中，食材切丝或者切片，多少靠手动完成，手动的操作方法，工人的劳动强度大，切出来的丝或者片不均匀，影响了最终食品质量的稳定性。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种切割装置，包括支腿、分割箱体和气缸，所述分割箱体固定在支腿上，所述分割箱体的顶部设有食材投入口，所述分割箱体的下部设有可活动的分割板，所述分割板的中部设有圆形的切割孔，所述切割孔的四周设有切割丝固定柱，所述分割板上设有把手，所述分割箱体的正下方设有出料导板，所述分割箱体上还设有可以活动的水平切刀一和水平切刀二，所述水平切刀一和水平切刀二上设有把手，所述水平切刀一到水平切刀二的距离为30厘米，所述气缸固定在分割箱体上，所述气缸的顶杆上固定有三角板，所述三角板的底部固定有立柱，所述立柱的底部固定有圆形压板，所述食材投入口的形状为圆形，所述水平切刀二到分割板之间的距离为5厘米，所述压板的直径小于食材投入口的直径。
