Abstract

本发明公开了一种可伸缩扳手，包括卡扣、挂环、推杆和弹簧，所述卡扣右侧连接有外壳，且外壳右侧设置有卡头，所述外壳内部镶嵌有滑轨，所述挂环下方设置有把手，所述扳手杆左侧固定有扳手头，所述扳手头左侧设置有盒盖。本发明的一种可伸缩扳手，设有第一滑块，可在需要的时候用手指推出，能根据用户的需要任意调节力臂长度，适用范围广，在不方便使用第一滑块的时候也可通过按下尾部的按钮来使扳手头慢慢伸出，且收纳扳手头后体积缩小，节约了空间，锁紧环可在扳手头伸长到合适长度后锁紧扳手杆，避免使用的时候发生滑动导致扳手滑落产生意外，把手处设置有挂环，可在不使用的时候悬挂起来，方便收纳。

本发明涉及机械工具技术领域，具体为一种可伸缩扳手。
背景技术
扳手是一种常用的安装与拆卸工具，利用杠杆原理拧转螺栓、螺钉、螺母和其他螺纹紧持螺栓或螺母的开口或套孔固件的手工工具，扳手通常在柄部的一端或两端制有夹持螺栓或螺母的开口或套孔，使用时沿螺纹旋转方向在柄部施加外力，就能拧转螺栓或螺母。但是，现有的扳手，结构过于简单，大多数采用直板垂直设计，不能根据用户的需要任意调节力臂长度，适用范围窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可伸缩扳手，以解决上述背景技术中提出的不能根据用户的需要任意调节力臂长度，适用范围窄的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种可伸缩扳手，包括卡扣、挂环、推杆和弹簧，所述卡扣右侧连接有外壳，且外壳右侧设置有卡头，所述外壳内部镶嵌有滑轨，所述挂环下方设置有把手，所述推杆右侧连接有第一滑块，所述第一滑块右侧固定有按钮，所述弹簧左侧设置有锁紧环，所述锁紧环左侧安装有第二滑块，所述第二滑块左侧设置有阻尼圈，所述阻尼圈左侧连接有扳手杆，所述扳手杆左侧固定有扳手头，所述扳手头左侧设置有盒盖。
优选的，所述卡扣和盒盖内部均安装有磁铁装置。
优选的，所述滑轨左端设置有限位块。
优选的，所述把手表面设置有吸汗层。
优选的，所述盒盖为可旋转装置，且旋转角度范围为0-180度。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该可伸缩扳手，设有第一滑块，可在需要的时候用手指推出，能根据用户的需要任意调节力臂长度，适用范围广，在不方便使用第一滑块的时候也可通过按下尾部的按钮来使扳手头慢慢伸出，且收纳扳手头后体积缩小，节约了空间，锁紧环可在扳手头伸长到合适长度后锁紧扳手杆，避免使用的时候发生滑动，导致扳手滑落产生意外，把手设处置有挂环，可在不使用的时候悬挂起来，方便收纳。

请参阅图1，本发明提供的一种可伸缩扳手，包括卡扣1、挂环5、推杆7和弹簧10，卡扣1右侧连接有外壳2，卡扣1和盒盖16内部均安装有磁铁装置，可确保在盒盖16闭合后不会轻易松开，且外壳2右侧设置有卡头4，外壳2内部镶嵌有滑轨3，滑轨3左端设置有限位块，确保扳手杆14不会因为过度滑动而产生脱落，挂环5下方设置有把手6，把手6表面设置有吸汗层，推杆7右侧连接有第一滑块8，第一滑块8右侧固定有按钮9，弹簧10左侧设置有锁紧环11，锁紧环11左侧安装有第二滑块12，左侧设置有阻尼圈13，阻尼圈13左侧连接有扳手杆14，扳手杆14左侧固定有扳手头15，扳手头15左侧设置有盒盖16，盒盖16为可旋转装置，且旋转角度范围为0～180度。
工作原理：使用该可伸缩扳手时，先松开锁紧环11，旋转拆卸盒盖16，拇指按住第一滑块8并向前推动，推杆7推动第二滑块12，弹簧10收缩，第二滑块12通过扳手杆14推动扳手头15伸出，当扳手头15伸出至所需长度后，固定锁紧环11，或者用手指阶段性的按压按钮9，扳手头15即可根据按钮9所按的次数伸出固定长度；使用完成后，松开锁紧环11，弹簧10伸长，第二滑块12在弹簧10的作用下缓慢收回扳手杆14，进而收回扳手头15，最后旋紧盒盖16。

1.一种可伸缩扳手，包括卡扣（1）、挂环（5）、推杆（7）和弹簧（10），其特征在于：所述卡扣（1）右侧连接有外壳（2），且外壳（2）右侧设置有卡头（4），所述外壳（2）内部镶嵌有滑轨（3），所述挂环（5）下方设置有把手（6），所述推杆（7）右侧连接有第一滑块（8），所述第一滑块（8）右侧固定有按钮（9），所述弹簧（10）左侧设置有锁紧环（11），所述锁紧环（11）左侧安装有第二滑块（12），所述第二滑块（12）左侧设置有阻尼圈（13），所述阻尼圈（13）左侧连接有扳手杆（14），所述扳手杆（14）左侧固定有扳手头（15），所述扳手头（15）左侧设置有盒盖（16）。
