Abstract

本发明涉及一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法,具体步骤如下:(1)粗抛光;(2)细抛光;(3)水洗烘干后质检。将不锈钢板材冷冻后使用药液处理,可以减少分子间相对运动,帮助表面形成均匀致密的氧化膜,同时去除不规则锈斑,使板材表面平整,方便打磨,有效减少粗抛光次数,缩短工时,然后使用所述研磨液配合打磨,研磨过程中使用二氧化碳气体保护,可以防止抛光面氧化影响光洁度,进一步减少细抛光次数,缩短工时。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法。
背景技术
不锈钢镜面板是不锈钢板经过研磨和抛光加工后表面平整而具有镜面光泽的不锈钢板。
不锈钢镜面板的制作工艺为粗抛光、细抛光、水洗烘干、质检,加工难度大,粗抛光和细抛光需要反复打磨数十次,费时费力。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)粗抛光
选用普通304不锈钢板,表面去毛刺,液氮冷却至-15℃,减少分子间相对运动,帮助之后表面处理更加均匀,表面喷洒药液处理30s,每平方米喷洒量15-20ml,所述酸液,由2%稀硫酸、1%硝酸、5%稀盐酸按质量比5:3:1均匀混合而成,能够帮助钢板表面生成致密的氧化膜,去除不规则的锈迹,使板材表面平整,减少粗抛光次数,方便打磨;然后直接使用400号、600号砂轮依次清水研磨;
(2)细抛光
将粗抛光过的板材使用机制羊毛毡配合研磨液研磨,研磨过程中使用二氧化碳气体保护,防止抛光面氧化影响光洁度,5组研磨机研磨后即得不锈钢镜面板;所述研磨液,由5%氢氟酸、纳米级三氧化二铝水溶液按质量比10:1均匀混合后使用50kHz超声波乳化30-45分钟后而成;
(3)水洗烘干后质检。
本发明的有益效果:将不锈钢板材冷冻后使用药液处理,可以减少分子间相对运动,帮助表面形成均匀致密的氧化膜,同时去除不规则锈斑,使板材表面平整,方便打磨,有效减少粗抛光次数,缩短工时,然后使用所述研磨液配合打磨,研磨过程中使用二氧化碳气体保护,可以防止抛光面氧化影响光洁度,进一步减少细抛光次数,缩短工时。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)粗抛光

对照组
常规的不锈钢镜面板的制作方法。
使用上述5种方法制作不锈钢镜面板,所用工时及镜面的表面粗糙度结果如表1:

由表1可知,使用本发明方法提供的一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法,大大缩短了生产不锈钢镜面板的时间,提高了企业经济效益,同时粗糙度要求完全合格,质量有保障,然而两个对比实施例因为未做好材料的保护处理导致不能加工出镜面,故实验数据为空。

Claims (1)

1.一种不锈钢镜面板的制作方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)粗抛光
选用普通304不锈钢板,表面去毛刺,液氮冷却至-15℃,表面喷洒药液处理30s,每平方米喷洒量15-20ml,所述酸液,由2%稀硫酸、1%硝酸、5%稀盐酸按质量比5:3:1均匀混合而成;然后直接使用400号、600号砂轮依次清水研磨;
(2)细抛光
将粗抛光过的板材使用机制羊毛毡配合研磨液研磨,研磨过程中使用二氧化碳气体保护,5组研磨机研磨后即得不锈钢镜面板;所述研磨液,由5%氢氟酸、纳米级三氧化二铝水溶液按质量比10:1均匀混合后使用50kHz超声波乳化30-45分钟后而成;
(3)水洗烘干后质检。
