本发明公开了一种羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法,涉及羊养殖技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)一次水洗:(2)清洗剂清洗;(3)二次水洗;(4)撒施杀菌粉剂;(5)三次水洗。本发明所述清洗方法不仅能显著除去药浴池的难闻气味,改善药浴池的使用环境;还能有效杀灭药浴池内附着的病菌,避免影响下次药浴效果或使健康养只感染病菌,从而保证药浴效果。

本发明涉及羊养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法。
背景技术:
羊体外寄生虫是危害羊健康生长的主要病害之一。为了降低体外寄生虫的发病率和在发病期间进行有效治疗,养殖场需要采用药浴方式来防治羊体外寄生虫。由于羊身上还附着有排泄物,因此药浴后的药浴池不仅味道难闻,而且包含大量病菌,必须对药浴池进行彻底清洗。而传统的水冲洗方法无法从根源上除味和杀灭病菌,从而影响下次药浴效果和养殖场的卫生环境。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不仅能除味,还能有效杀灭病菌的羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)一次水洗:用沸水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min;
(2)清洗剂清洗:用40-50℃清洗剂浸泡药浴池15-30min,浸泡结束后将清洗剂排出药浴池;
(3)二次水洗:用50-60℃温水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min;
(4)撒施杀菌粉剂:将杀菌粉剂按3-5g/m2均匀撒施在药浴池内,并暴晒1-2天;
(5)三次水洗:用0-5℃冷水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min,再用沸水冲洗药浴池5-10min;
所述清洗剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:粉煤灰5-10份、砻糠灰3-6份、改性聚氧化乙烯2-4份、陶瓷微粉1-2份、茶籽粉1-2份、磷酸氢二钠0.5-1份、柠檬酸钠0.3-0.5份、水100-150份;
所述杀菌粉剂由质量比2:1:0.5的漂白粉、食盐和硫磺混合而成。
所述改性聚氧化乙烯经聚氧化乙烯改性而成,其改性方法为:将聚氧化乙烯加入3-5倍重量份水中,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入氢化蓖麻油和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至35-40℃,并加入羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸,保温混合15min后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末,即得改性聚氧化乙烯。
所述聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸的质量比为15-20:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
聚氧化乙烯经过上述改性处理,在降低其水溶液粘性的同时增强其絮凝作用,从而提高其对污物的吸附效果。
所述氢化蓖麻油使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
氢化蓖麻油经过上述预处理,不仅增强其与有机高分子物质的相容性,还能大大提高其水溶性。
所述氢化蓖麻油、聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶的质量比为10-15:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述清洗方法操作简便,与传统水冲洗法相比,不仅能显著除去药浴池的难闻气味,改善药浴池的使用环境;还能有效杀灭药浴池内附着的病菌,避免影响下次药浴效果或使健康养只感染病菌,从而保证药浴效果。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)一次水洗:用沸水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10min;
(2)清洗剂清洗:用40-50℃清洗剂浸泡药浴池30min,浸泡结束后将清洗剂排出药浴池;
(3)二次水洗:用50-60℃温水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10min;
(4)撒施杀菌粉剂:将杀菌粉剂按3g/m2均匀撒施在药浴池内,并暴晒2天;
(5)三次水洗:用0-5℃冷水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10min,再用沸水冲洗药浴池10min。
清洗剂的制备:由8份粉煤灰、3份砻糠灰、2份改性聚氧化乙烯、1份陶瓷微粉、1份茶籽粉、0.5份磷酸氢二钠、0.3份柠檬酸钠和150份水加热至回流状态保温混合15min后制成。
杀菌粉剂由2份漂白粉、1份食盐和0.5份硫磺混合而成。
改性聚氧化乙烯的制备:将20份聚氧化乙烯加入3倍重量份水中,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入0.5份氢化蓖麻油和0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至35-40℃,并加入0.5份羧甲基纤维素钠、0.3份水解聚马来酸酐和0.1份聚天门冬氨酸,保温混合15min后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末,即得改性聚氧化乙烯。
氢化蓖麻油的预处理:将15份氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入0.5份聚季铵盐和0.2份瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波频率2450MHz、功率700W的微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
实施例2
(1)一次水洗:用沸水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10min;
(2)清洗剂清洗:用40-50℃清洗剂浸泡药浴池30min,浸泡结束后将清洗剂排出药浴池;

氢化蓖麻油的预处理:将15份氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入0.4份聚季铵盐和0.3份瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波频率2450MHz、功率700W的微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
实施例3
按照实施例1和实施例2所述清洗方法对同批药浴后的羊药浴池进行清洗,并测定其清洗效果。
结果显示,实施例1和实施例2的清洗方法对药浴池中的病菌杀灭率分别为99.5%和99.3%,并且清洗后的药浴池基本无异味。

(1)一次水洗:用沸水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min;
(2)清洗剂清洗:用40-50℃清洗剂浸泡药浴池15-30min,浸泡结束后将清洗剂排出药浴池;
(3)二次水洗:用50-60℃温水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min;
(4)撒施杀菌粉剂:将杀菌粉剂按3-5g/m2均匀撒施在药浴池内,并暴晒1-2天;
(5)三次水洗:用0-5℃冷水冲洗药浴池两遍,每遍10-15min,再用沸水冲洗药浴池5-10min;
所述清洗剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:粉煤灰5-10份、砻糠灰3-6份、改性聚氧化乙烯2-4份、陶瓷微粉1-2份、茶籽粉1-2份、磷酸氢二钠0.5-1份、柠檬酸钠0.3-0.5份、水100-150份;
所述杀菌粉剂由质量比2:1:0.5的漂白粉、食盐和硫磺混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法,其特征在于:所述改性聚氧化乙烯经聚氧化乙烯改性而成,其改性方法为:将聚氧化乙烯加入3-5倍重量份水中,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,再加入氢化蓖麻油和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至35-40℃,并加入羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸,保温混合15min后以10℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合10min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末,即得改性聚氧化乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法,其特征在于:所述聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、水解聚马来酸酐和聚天门冬氨酸的质量比为15-20:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3。
4.根据权利要求2所述的羊体外寄生虫防治用药浴池的清洗方法,其特征在于:所述氢化蓖麻油使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将氢化蓖麻油以5℃/min的升温速度升温至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至0-5℃保温静置30min,并再次微波处理5min,所得混合物以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后研磨成粉末。
