Abstract
The invention relates to a filter assembly capable of being cleaned on line, which comprises a plurality of filter elements, wherein water outlets of the filter elements are communicated and arranged side by side, the inside of each filter element is hollow and forms a hollow cavity, the filter assembly also comprises a control member for closing the water outlets, a plug head for closing the opposite ends of the water outlets of each filter element, an air duct and an air supply unit, which are communicated with the plug head and can introduce air into the hollow cavity, and an on-line controller, when the on-line cleaning is needed, the on-line controller gives a command to the control member to block the water outlets, the air supply unit starts to supply air, the air and water mixed pressure in the hollow cavity is instantaneously greater than the pressure of water outside the filter element, and the air and water mixed pressure is outwards flushed from the side wall of the filter element, so that the filter element is flushed. The invention can carry out online reverse air washing on the filter assembly on the premise of not disassembling the filter assembly, thereby quickly recovering the membrane flux of the filter assembly, and has simple operation, convenient implementation and very practical use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of sewage treatment equipment, and particularly relates to a filter assembly capable of being cleaned on line.
Background
As is well known, the sewage treatment machine mainly separates particles and harmful impurities in sewage from water through the filter element assembly, so that the separated water can meet the requirement of continuous use, and therefore, the filter element assembly is very important.
Most of the existing filter element assemblies are analyzed from the efficiency and effect of water outlet of machine equipment, and once the production requirement is lower, the periphery of the filter element assemblies are blocked, then the machine equipment is stopped, and the filter element assemblies are removed for replacement or cleaning.
Obviously, the above-described machine device has the following significant drawbacks:
1) The machine equipment can not be cleaned on line, so that the machine equipment is repeatedly stopped and started, the actual working efficiency is affected, and the service life of the machine equipment is greatly reduced.
2) The filter element assembly is inconvenient to replace, so that the working strength of operators is increased, the cost of sewage treatment is obviously increased, and in short, the filter element assembly is labor-consuming and time-consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved filter assembly which can be cleaned on-line. The device can carry out online reverse air washing on the filter assembly on the premise that the filter assembly is not required to be disassembled, so that the membrane flux of the filter assembly is recovered rapidly, the operation is simple, the implementation is convenient, and the device is very practical.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a filter assembly capable of being cleaned on line, which comprises a plurality of filter elements, wherein water outlets are communicated and arranged side by side, the inside of each filter element is hollow and forms a hollow cavity, the filter assembly also comprises a control part for closing the water outlets, a plug head for closing the water outlets of each filter element, an air duct and an air supply unit, wherein the air duct and the air supply unit are communicated with the plug head and can guide air into the hollow cavity, and the on-line controller gives a command to the control part when the on-line controller is required to be cleaned on line, the water outlets are blocked, the air supply unit starts to supply air, the air and water mixed pressure in the hollow cavity is instantaneously higher than the pressure of water outside the filter element, and the air and water mixed pressure in the hollow cavity is outwards flushed from the side wall of the filter element, so that the filter element is washed.
Preferably, the air supply unit supplies air at intervals and is communicated with the on-line controller, the on-line controller gives instructions to the air supply unit, and the air supply and the air stopping are repeated to complete repeated reverse air washing of the filter element.
Preferably, the filter element is arranged vertically, the water outlet is positioned at the top of the filter element, and the plug is positioned at the bottom of the filter element.
According to a specific implementation and preferred aspect of the invention, the plug is provided with an air supply channel and an air tap, two ends of the air duct are respectively communicated with the air tap and the air supply unit, and the filter assembly further comprises a check valve bead arranged in the hollow cavity and used for blocking the inlet of the air supply channel.
Preferably, the check valve beads can be arranged in the hollow cavity in a vertically movable manner along the length direction of the hollow cavity, and when the hollow cavity is cleaned, the gas pushes the check valve beads open and pushes the check valve beads away from the plug head and squeeze water in the hollow cavity; when the air supply is stopped, the check valve beads can automatically return to the original position under the action of dead weight and block the air supply channel. The purpose of using a check valve bead in this example is two: 1) Blocking the air supply channel to prevent water leakage; 2) The instant pressure is enhanced, the impact force is improved, and the cleaning of the filter element is facilitated.
According to yet another specific and preferred aspect of the present invention, the valve stop bead extends along the length of the hollow cavity and is disposed in clearance fit with the inner wall of the hollow cavity.
Preferably, the check valve bead comprises a body extending along the length direction of the hollow cavity and hemispheres positioned at two ends of the body, wherein the sphere center of the hemispheroids is fit with the center of the end face of the body, and the diameter of the body is equal to that of the hemispheroids.
Further, an avoidance groove for avoiding the hemispheroids is formed in the top of the plug, and the air supply channel is communicated with the avoidance groove.
In addition, the filter component also comprises a joint which is provided with a plurality of branches and is used for communicating the air duct with the air supply channel. The multiple filter elements can be synchronously backwashed.
Preferably, the control member is disposed at the end of the water outlet.
Further, the upper end parts of the filter elements are arranged flush, and the lower end parts of the filter elements form a cone body which takes the filter element in the middle as the center and gradually reduces the outer diameter from top to bottom. The flush arrangement of the upper end part is convenient for the convergence and communication of the water outlets; the arrangement of the lower end part enables the lengths of the hollow cavities to be unequal, so that mutual interference among a plurality of filter elements is reduced during cleaning, the cleaning effect is improved, and meanwhile, the concentrated guiding and discharging of filtered residues are facilitated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention can carry out online reverse air washing on the filter assembly on the premise of not disassembling the filter assembly, thereby quickly recovering the membrane flux of the filter assembly, and has simple operation, convenient implementation and very practical use.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment relates to a filter assembly capable of on-line cleaning, which comprises a plurality of filter elements 1, the water outlets 10 of which are communicated and arranged side by side, wherein the inside of each filter element 1 is hollow and forms a hollow cavity 11, the filter assembly further comprises a control member 2 for closing the water outlets 10, a plug head 3 for closing the water outlets 10 of each filter element 1 at opposite ends, an air duct 4 and an air supply unit 5, which are communicated with the plug head 3 and can introduce air into the hollow cavity 11, and an on-line controller 6, when on-line cleaning is required, the on-line controller 6 gives a command to the control member 2 to block the water outlets 10, the air supply unit 5 starts to supply air, the air and water mixing pressure in the hollow cavity 11 is instantaneously greater than the pressure of water outside the filter element 1, and the side wall of the filter element 1 is flushed outwards, so that the flushing of the filter element 1 is realized.
Specifically, the filter element 1 is vertically arranged, the water outlet 10 is positioned at the top of the filter element 1, and the plug 3 is positioned at the bottom of the filter element 1.
The control member 2 is arranged at the end of the water outlet 10.
In this example, be equipped with air feed channel 30 and air cock 31 on chock plug 3, air duct 4 both ends are linked together with air cock 31 and air feed unit 5 respectively, and the filter unit still includes setting up the check valve pearl 7 that is used for blockking up air feed channel 30's entry in cavity 11.

Further, an avoidance groove 32 avoiding the hemisphere is arranged at the top of the plug head 3, and the air supply channel 30 is communicated with the avoidance groove 32.
When cleaning, the gas pushes the check valve bead 7 open, and pushes the check valve bead 7 away from the plug head 3 and extrudes water in the hollow cavity 11; when the air supply is stopped, the check valve beads 7 can automatically return to the original position under the action of dead weight, and the air supply channel 30 is blocked.
The purpose of using a check valve bead in this example is two: 1) Blocking the air supply channel to prevent water leakage; 2) The instant pressure is enhanced, the impact force is improved, and the cleaning of the filter element is facilitated.
Meanwhile, the air supply units 5 are in interval type air supply and are communicated with the on-line controller 6, the on-line controller 6 gives instructions to the air supply units 5, and the air supply and the air stopping are repeated, so that the filter element 1 is subjected to repeated reverse air washing.
In addition, the filter assembly further comprises a connector 8 provided with a plurality of branches and communicating the air duct 4 with the air supply channel 30 (air tap 31). The plurality of filter elements 1 can be synchronously backwashed.
In this example, the upper end portions of the plurality of filter elements 1 are arranged flush, and the lower end portions thereof form a tapered body which is centered on the filter element 1 in the middle and gradually becomes smaller in outer diameter from top to bottom. The flush arrangement of the upper end is convenient for the convergence and communication of the water outlet 10; the arrangement of the lower end part enables the lengths of the hollow cavities 11 to be unequal, so that mutual interference among a plurality of filter elements 1 during cleaning is reduced, the cleaning effect is improved, and meanwhile, the concentrated guiding and discharging of filtered residues are facilitated.
