Abstract

本发明尤其涉及消防设备所用那种用高驱动压力运作的驱动组件,它包括一批平行并联的蓄液器。本发明的目的是提供一种能输出足够大的驱动气流的新型驱动组件。为此,蓄液器至少分为可选择地能与至少一个充以高压的驱动气体储罐(4,5)相连的两组(2,3),该至少一个驱动气体储罐配置得在开始阶段与第一组而在随后阶段与另一组蓄液器相连。

Description

消防设备所用驱动组件
本发明涉及一种驱动组件,尤其是消防设备所用那种用高驱动压力运作的组件,该驱动组件包括一批平行并联的蓄液器。
在芬兰专利申请第931405号所包括的内容中,上述驱动组件是靠以高压充入日常称为气瓶的那种压缩气体储罐中的气体而将蓄液器中的液体驱赶出来。于是,在仅将液体输出的开始阶段之后,该驱动气体就陆续混合在液体中。
按标准所制气瓶的一个问题是其出口阀小,因此,流出的气流不够大。气流大是必须的,因为在灭火过程开始时首先要求液流大,同样,稍微次要的要求是能长时间输出冷却水。
本发明的目的在于提供一种消除上述弊病并能有效灭火的新型驱动组件。
按照本发明提供一种消防设备所用那种用高驱动压力运作的驱动组件,该驱动组件包括一批并联的且能连接于至少一个充以高压驱动气体的驱动气体储罐的蓄液器,其特征在于:所述蓄液器至少分为可选择地能与所述至少一个充以高压的驱动气体储罐相连的两组,该至少一个驱动气体储罐配置得在开始阶段与第一组蓄液器相连,在随后阶段与另一组蓄液器相连。
在随后阶段期间,开始阶段那组蓄液器的接头最好关闭。
下面,参照附图所示推荐实施例。对本发明作更详尽的说明。
在图中,驱动组件以标号1标示。驱动组件1包括两组,蓄液器,最好分别是专利申请第931405号所述及图中标为2与3那种类型。每一组可如图示那样包括3个蓄液器。
两个其初始充气压力可为200巴的气瓶,标号为4与5。气瓶4与5可经由阀门6而与蓄液器组2通连,并经由阀门7而与蓄液器组3通连。
当因火警而启动驱动组件1时,开始只将阀门6与7中的一个例如阀门6向蓄液器组2敞开。在此第一阶段,气瓶4与5二者仅将蓄液器组2中的液体驱出而通过该组的输出管8输往整个驱动组件1的输出管10。
当气瓶4与5中的压力已降至一预定值如130巴时,此前敞开的阀门6关闭,而此前关闭的阀门7敞开,尽管气瓶4与5中的驱动压力已然降低且还持续下降,但这些手段却能有效地将蓄液器组3中的液体经由该组的输出管9而排往驱动组件1的输出管10。
当起先敞开的阀门6关闭,大量气体已流入各蓄液器2的上部,而在阀门6关闭时这些气体依然带有相当高如130巴的压力。在气瓶4与5驱排各蓄液器3之同时,截留在各蓄液器2中的气体继续扩入其中并将其排空。
按此方式,就能有效利用相对较少的气瓶来将相对较多的蓄液器中之液体驱出。一个组件大体上可包括两组以上蓄液器,另外也可设想在第二阶段使起先敞开的阀门6至少继续部分地敞开。

Claims (2)

1.一种消防设备所用那种用高驱动压力运作的驱动组件,该驱动组件包括一批并联的且能连接于至少一个充以高压驱动气体的驱动气体储罐(4,5)的蓄液器,其特征在于:所述蓄液器至少分为可选择地能与所述至少一个充以高压的驱动气体储罐相连的两组(2,3),该至少一个驱动气体储罐配置得在开始阶段与第一组蓄液器相连,在随后阶段与另一组蓄液器相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动组件,其特征在于:当与另一组蓄液器(3)相连的接头(7)敞开时,与开始阶段那组蓄液器(2)相连的接头(6)配置得关闭。
