本发明公开了一种脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,包括:一个平置方形底座,两个踏板,四个下肢固定装置,一个骨盆支持装置,一个胸部支持装置;所述下肢固定装置包括一个支撑杆、环形塑料托以及包覆下肢的粘扣布;所述骨盆固定装置包括一个支撑杆、环形塑料托、椭圆形硬垫以及包覆骨盆用的粘扣布;所述胸部支持装置包括一个支撑杆、环形支撑架、两个矩形金属扶手以及系在金属框上的粘扣布。本发明可矫正脑瘫患儿错误的站立姿势,帮助建立正常的生物力线,建立正常的站立位本体感觉,最终实现脑瘫患儿早日以正常站姿独站。

Description

一种脑瘫儿童站立训练装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脑瘫儿童站立训练装置。
背景技术
脑瘫儿童运动发育较同龄儿童延迟,且经常表现为异常的运动姿势。正常患儿一般一岁可独站独走,脑瘫患儿如若不予以及时正确的治疗,有些甚至一生都不能独站独走,只能在轮椅上度过一生。
有些脑瘫患儿已经可以独站独走,但表现为异常的站立、行走模式,常表现为:髋关节内收屈曲、膝关节屈曲、踝关节屈曲的异常姿态。这种异常的行走模式对患儿骨关节及肌肉反而是一种损害,最终导致全身多处骨关节炎及疼痛。
临床上为了帮助脑瘫患儿早日实现独站功能以及纠正错误的站姿,常予以站立床康复训练,但运用站立床训练时,脑瘫患儿过于依靠后背部站立床和绑带的固定作用,自身的站立能力并没有得到充分的训练。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种纠正效果良好的脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,让脑瘫儿童更多地依靠自身能力以正确站姿站立,帮助建立正常的生物力线,建立正常的站立位本体感觉,最终实现脑瘫患儿早日以正常站姿独站。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种脑瘫儿童用下肢姿势矫正装置,包括:
平置方形底座,
左、右两个踏板,
左、右踏板相连的下肢固定装置,
骨盆支持装置,
胸部支持装置。
优选的,所述下肢固定装置一共4个,左右侧各2个,每侧1个位于膝关节前侧,1个位于小腿后侧,每个都包括:与踏板连续的可伸缩支撑杆、环形塑料托以及环形塑料托内用于包覆下肢的粘扣布。
优选的,所述骨盆支持装置包括:可伸缩支撑杆、环形塑料托、塑料托内椭圆形硬垫以及包覆骨盆的粘扣布。
优选的,所述胸部支持装置包括:支撑杆、环形支撑架、两个矩形金属扶手以及系在金属框上的粘扣布。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细的说明。此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案如下:
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的脑瘫患者站立训练装置,包括:
平置方形底座1,
左、右两个踏板2,
左、右踏板相连的下肢固定装置3、4,
骨盆支持装置5,
胸部支持装置6。
所述踏板2,两踏板之间距离略大于骨盆,使得脑瘫患者站立时髋关节稍外 展,有髋关节内收者可纠正髋关节内收,无髋关节内收者可调整髋关节的股骨头与髋臼位于同心位,更好的促进髋关节正常发育。
所述下肢固定装置3、4,一共四个,左右侧各两个,每侧其中一个位于膝关节前侧4,用于固定膝关节,纠正膝关节屈曲;一个位于小腿后侧3,纠正小腿前倾;每个下肢固定装置都包括:与踏板连续的可伸缩支撑杆、环形塑料托以及环形塑料托内用于包覆下肢的粘扣布,佩戴方便。
所述骨盆支持装置5包括:可伸缩支撑杆12、环形塑料托9、塑料托内椭圆形硬垫11以及包覆骨盆的粘扣布10;通过椭圆形硬垫11向脑瘫患者传递矫正力,纠正髋关节内收,通过粘扣布10将脑瘫患者骨盆固定,预防跌倒。
所述胸部支持装置6包括:支撑杆、环形支撑架、两个矩形金属扶手7以及系在金属框上的粘扣布8;脑瘫患者躯干被固定于两矩形金属扶手7之中,同时予以粘扣布8固定,预防跌倒;患者双手可置于扶手之上,帮助维持躯体平衡。
如图3所示,以同时存在髋关节屈曲、膝关节屈曲、踝关节屈曲的脑瘫患者为例,骨盆支持装置5提供矫正髋关节屈曲的力,膝关节前侧固定装置4提供矫正膝关节屈曲的力,小腿后侧固定装置3提供纠正小腿前倾的力,矫正之后尽量使得脑瘫患者肩、髋、膝、踝位于同一直线上,即人体最佳站立力线。

1.一种脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,其特征在于,包括:
平置方形底座,
左、右两个踏板,
左、右踏板相连的下肢固定装置,
骨盆支持装置,
胸部支持装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,其特征在于,所述下肢固定装置一共4个,左右各2个,每个包括:与踏板连续的可伸缩支撑杆、环形塑料托以及环形塑料托内用于包覆下肢的粘扣布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,其特征在于,所述骨盆支持装置包括:可伸缩支撑杆、环形塑料托、椭圆形硬垫以及包覆骨盆的粘扣布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脑瘫儿童站立训练装置,其特征在于,所述胸部支持装置包括:支撑杆、环形支撑架、两个矩形金属扶手以及系在金属框上的粘扣布。
