Human bones are irregular, particularly in the ends of long bones, pelvis, spine and the like, fractures or lesions of the parts need to be drilled and fixed on the bones, straight hole drilling can be difficult to a certain extent, and arc-shaped holes can be drilled at the parts which are not shielded.
Patent document CN 1122567 a discloses a device for drilling a curved hole, but the device is used for machining two holes on a bone in two directions, and then the two holes are communicated to realize the machining of the curved hole. Bidirectional punching can only be carried out according to a preset track, the flexibility is low, and the track of the holes is inconvenient to adjust according to different bone properties and different treatment requirements. And the device can only punch a bent hole and cannot punch a straight hole.

The ultrasonic transducer is externally connected with an ultrasonic generator through a lead. Two steering cables 4 are located on opposite sides of the flexible arm 2.

Ultrasonic machining is a tool which utilizes ultrasonic frequency to vibrate in small amplitude, and can utilize a tool head to carry out hammering action on a machined surface so as to gradually crush the surface of a workpiece material; the surface of the workpiece material can be gradually crushed by the hammering effect of the grinding material which is free in the liquid between the workpiece material and the surface to be processed, and the liquid with the grinding material can be added through the liquid through pipe 5, so that the punching efficiency is improved. Of course, in order to further improve the working efficiency, an ultrasonic horn may be added to the vibration perforating device 3, the transducer generates longitudinal vibration of ultrasonic frequency, and the amplitude is amplified by the ultrasonic horn, so as to drive the tool head 7 to perform ultrasonic vibration, impact and polish the surface to be processed.
Preferably, the tool bit 7 has a disc shape. As shown in fig. 2, the front end surface of the tool head 7 is rough, which can improve the punching efficiency, and the front end surface of the tool head 7 is provided with a protrusion 10. The steering cable 4 is connected to the rear end surface of the tool head 7. When a left bent hole needs to be drilled, the left-turning switch 8 is pressed, and at the moment, the motor of the left-side steering cable 4 is controlled to drive the winding shaft to rotate, so that the steering cable 4 is wound back; however, the motor controlling the right steering cable 4 drives the winding shaft to rotate, the steering cable 4 is released, the tool head 7 is rotated to the left, and when the rotation angle is proper, the left-turn switch 8 is closed. If it is desired to further increase the curvature of the bend, the left-turn switch 8 can be pressed again and when adjusted to the appropriate angle, the left-turn switch 8 is closed. When a right-bent hole needs to be punched, the operation method is the same as the above.
The power supply for supplying power to the motor can be a battery built in the handle 1 or an external power supply. The device can be used for drilling a bending hole and a straight hole, and only the flexible arm 2 needs to be moved and the steering inhaul cable 4 does not need to be pulled when the straight hole is drilled.
The invention can be used for drilling curved holes and straight holes, can be used for processing curved holes or arc-shaped holes on bones in a single direction under the combined action of the flexible arm and the steering inhaul cable, can adjust the processing track according to the requirements in the processing process and has strong flexibility.
