The shape and material of the body 10 are selected according to the application requirements. In this embodiment, a groove extending along the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102 is provided in the body 10. Preferably, one sidewall of the body 10 is protrusively provided with a support protrusion 11. The support protrusion 11 extends toward the bottom of the primary locking portion 20 and faces the bent side arm 225, which will be described below, to support the primary locking portion 20 to prevent the primary locking portion 20 from being excessively pressed down. In an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting protrusion 11 is disposed on the supporting wall 40 at one side of the supporting base 12. The support wall 40 is protrudingly provided on one side of the support base 12. The support wall 40 has a height lower than the mounting sidewall 30. In this embodiment, the support wall 40 includes an inclined end surface 401. The inclined end surface 401 is located at the connection position of the supporting wall 40 and the primary locking portion 20, and is inclined from top to bottom in a backward manner, so that the connection strength between the supporting wall 40 and the primary locking portion 20 is enhanced, and the supporting wall 40 and the primary locking portion 20 are prevented from being broken when being subjected to a large external force. Preferably, a side wall of the body 10 is further provided with a limit notch 402. The limit notch 402 is used to limit the movement of the third stopper 42 described below. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the spacing notch 402 is provided on the support wall 40 on one side of the support base 12.

In addition, the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102 means that the connection section 102 is plugged "forward". If not otherwise specified, "both sides" refer to both sides in the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102 or both sides in the axial direction of the connection terminal 102. The "one side" refers to a side of the connection terminal 102 on which the mounting sidewall 30 is not provided, the "other side" refers to a side of the connection terminal 102 on which the mounting sidewall 30 is provided, and the "one side" is opposite to the "other side". The term "set end" or "fixed end" as used herein means that the end is fixedly connected to another component or fixedly disposed on a component. By "free end" is meant that the end is not connected to other components or is capable of movement. "upper portion", "upper surface" or "top" refers to the upper side of the connection terminal 102 that mates with the blocking structure within the housing 101, i.e., the orientation of the connection terminal 102 with the primary latching portion 20. "lower", "lower" or "bottom" as opposed to "upper", "upper" or "top" refers to the orientation of the body 10 that the connection terminal 102 has. The "inner side of the mounting side wall 30" refers to a side toward the primary locking portion 20. The "outer side of the mounting side wall 30" refers to a side facing away from the primary latch portion 20. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the "transverse direction" refers to a direction perpendicular to the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102, and a plane formed by the "transverse direction" and the "plugging direction" is parallel to the support base 12, i.e., the transverse direction is a left-right direction as shown in fig. 12.
Referring to fig. 4, 11 and 12, the first blocking portion 22 is protruded from the end of the connecting portion 21, it is noted that the first blocking portion 22 may be protruded from the body 10, for example, the end of the first blocking portion 22 is protruded from two sidewalls of the body 10, or protruded from the bottom of the groove of the body 10, the first blocking portion 22 is protruded from the connecting portion 21 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the protruding arrangement of the first blocking portion 22 on the connecting portion 21 can facilitate the manufacturing, obtain a greater receiving capacity to make the groove of the body 10 have a greater receiving space, and other advantages, as indicated by the angle in fig. 4, the first blocking portion 22 is arranged along the direction (the direction indicated by the arrow T1) having an obtuse angle α with the inserting direction of the connecting terminal 102, that is, the inserting direction of the first blocking portion 22 is arranged above the body 10, and the direction (the extending direction and the direction indicated by the arrow T2) having an obtuse angle with the mounting capacity of the first blocking portion 22, that the first blocking portion 22 is arranged above the body 10, and the first blocking portion 22 can be mounted in the direction having an obtuse angle α with the elastic pressure-bearing capacity of the first blocking portion 102.
The first blocking portion 22 has a set end 221 and a free end 222. The setting end 221 of the first stopper 22 is provided on the connecting portion 21. The free end 222 of the first stop 22 is at a maximum height relative to the body 10 to press down relative to the body 10 in abutment with a locking or stop structure within the housing 101.
Preferably, the first blocking portion 22 further includes a parallel section 223 and an inclined section 224. The upper surfaces of the parallel section 223 and the inclined section 224 may have areas and shapes that are matched and abutted with the blocking structure in the housing 101. The parallel section 223 is disposed parallel to the support base 12. In the present embodiment, one end (i.e., the front end) of the parallel section 223 is disposed on the connection part 21 through the set end 221. The parallel section 223 can bear the transmitted pressure of the inclined section 224 to prevent the excessive pressure from being transmitted to the set end 221, thereby making the connection of the first blocking portion 22 more stable. In addition, the parallel section 223 can increase the contact area between the primary locking portion 20 and the inner cavity wall of the housing 101, so that the primary locking portion 20 has elasticity and is not prone to lose elastic deformation. Preferably, one side of the parallel section 223 is disposed to be opposite to the supporting protrusion 11 on the body 10. The inclined section 224 is provided on the other end (or rear end) of the parallel section 223. The inclined section 224 extends along a direction forming an obtuse angle with the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102. The inclined section 224 has a length greater than that of the parallel section 223 to enable a greater range of motion when a force is applied.
Preferably, the first blocking portion 22 further has a bent side arm 225. The bending side arm 225 is formed by bending one side of the first blocking portion 22 toward a direction close to the support base 12. Preferably, the bending side arm 225 is disposed to be flush with both ends of one side of the parallel section 223 and the inclined section 224, that is, the front end of the bending side arm 225 is spaced from the connection part 21. The bending side arm 225 can further enhance the pressure bearing capacity of the first stopper 22, and prevent the first stopper 22 from being forced to arch up and bend. Preferably, the portion of the bending side arm 225 disposed at one side of the flat plate segment 223 is opposite to the supporting protrusion 11 on the supporting base 12.
Preferably, the other side of the first blocking portion 22 is further protrusively provided with a limiting portion 226. The limiting portion 226 extends toward the other side of the connection terminal 102. The stopper 226 is configured to be inserted into a stopper hole 32 of the mounting sidewall 30. The position-limiting portion 226 may be a protrusion or a rod. The limiting portion 226 is matched with the limiting hole 32, so that the first blocking portion 22 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the first blocking portion 22 is pressed down or pulled up by a blocking structure in the shell 101 in an overlarge range. Preferably, the distance from the limiting portion 226 to the free end 222 of the first blocking portion 22 is smaller than the distance from the setting end 221, that is, the moment arm from the free end 222 to the limiting portion 226 is smaller than the moment arm from the setting end 221 to the limiting portion 226, so that the first blocking portion 22 can have larger pressure bearing capacity.
Preferably, the primary locking portion 20 is provided thereon. In one embodiment of the present invention, is an inwardly (or downwardly) recessed portion provided in the primary latch portion 20. In another embodiment of the present invention, it is an outward (or upward) protrusion provided on the primary locking portion 20. Reinforcing structures such as protruding ribs may also be provided.
Preferably, the free end 222 of the first blocking portion 22 is further provided with a guiding groove 228. The guide groove 228 is gradually deepened in the opposite direction to the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102. The width of the guide slot 228 is selected based on the blocking structure within the housing 101. The extended length and maximum depth of the guiding groove 228 are selected according to the force applied by the guiding groove 228 and the blocking structure in the housing 101. Preferably, the guide groove 228 is formed by punching.
Preferably, the first blocking part 22 further includes protruding platforms 229 disposed at both sides of the guide groove 228, respectively. The free end 222 of the first blocking portion 22 also has a blocking surface 2291. The blocking surface 2291 is perpendicular to the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102. In the present embodiment, the blocking surface 2291 is disposed perpendicular to the supporting base 12, so as to have a larger contact area when being blocked by the blocking structure in the housing 101 and make it more difficult for the first blocking portion 22 to exit the blocking of the blocking structure.
Referring to fig. 13, preferably, a stop protrusion 2201 protrudes from the other side of the free end 222 of the first blocking portion 22. The stop tab 2201 is configured to extend into a stop notch 33, described below, of the mounting sidewall 30. The stop protrusion 2201 serves to stop the free end 222 from being depressed too far and damaged. Preferably, the stopping protrusion 2201 is disposed flush with the outer side of the mounting sidewall 30, so as to avoid the protrusion length being insufficient to easily slide off the stopping notch 33, and to make the connection terminal 102 flat and easy to assemble. Preferably, the upper surface of the stop protrusion 2201 is coplanar with the upper surface of the projection platform 229, thereby facilitating manufacturing and enabling convenient installation mating of the mating connection structure. In the example shown in fig. 12, stop projection 2201 projects laterally leftward from first stop 22 and extends laterally beyond mounting sidewall inner side surface 301.
In this embodiment, the guide slot 228 is formed by stamping a single piece of brass plate. The brass plate has uniform thickness and smooth edge. The edge of the brass plate is recessed to form the guide groove 228, and the protruding platforms 229 are formed on both sides of the guide groove 228. With reference to fig. 2 to 12, the retaining protrusion 23 protrudes from the front end of the connecting portion 21. The anti-backing protrusion 23 is used to prevent the plug part 50 from supporting the plug part 50 when the plug part 50 is backed by a large resistance, so that the plug part 50 can overcome the large resistance to realize plug-in.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a transverse gap (not numbered) is disposed between the primary locking portion 20 and the mounting sidewall 30, and the transverse gap is uniformly disposed along the plugging direction of the connection terminal 102. The lateral clearance allows the primary lock portion 20 to have a margin for expansion when expanded by heat or the like. In addition, the transverse clearance can facilitate the manufacture of the primary locking portion 20, in particular by being bent in a single piece by stamping.
With continued reference to fig. 2-12, the mounting sidewall 30 is disposed on the other side of the support base 12. The installation side wall 30 is set to have a height suitable for forming corresponding holes and grooves to support the primary locking portion 20. The mounting sidewall 30 is adapted to fit with a slot in the housing 101, so that the connecting terminal 102 can only be mounted in the housing 101 in a correct manner with the supporting base 12 down and the primary locking portion 20 up, thereby preventing the connecting terminal 102 from being mounted in an incorrect manner and from being damaged by the housing 101 when the connecting terminal 102 is unnecessarily pressed.
In this embodiment, the mounting sidewall 30 has a first supporting hole 31 formed therein. The first supporting hole 31 cooperates with the first protrusion 211 on the connecting portion 21 to support the connecting portion 21. Preferably, the first supporting hole 31 is in clearance fit with the first protrusion 211, so that the manufacturing of the connection terminal 102 is easier, that is, the bending is easier, and the first protrusion 211 has a larger movement margin.
The inner side of the mounting side wall 30 is further provided with a limiting hole 32. The position-limiting hole 32 cooperates with the position-limiting portion 226 of the first blocking portion 22 to further support the primary locking portion 20. The center of the position-limiting hole 32 is set to be a distance from the free end 222 of the first blocking part 22 to the setting end 221 in a direction parallel to the support base 12, i.e. the moment arm from the free end 222 to the center of the position-limiting hole 32 is smaller than the moment arm from the setting end 221 to the center of the position-limiting hole 32. Preferably, the spacing hole 32 has a front edge. The front edge, i.e. the wall of the limiting hole 32, is close to the wall of the insertion part 50. The front edge of the position-limiting hole 32 is arranged to contact the position-limiting part 226 when the first blocking part 22 is pressed down by force, so as to prevent the position-limiting part 226 from being over-biased.
Preferably, the mounting side wall 30 is further provided with a stop notch 33 or a stop groove. The stop notch 33 cooperates with the stop protrusion 2201 to prevent the free end 222 of the first blocking portion 22 from being pressed down excessively so that the free end 222 loses elastic deformation capability. The stopper groove is opened along a moving path of the stopper protrusion 2201. The opening depth of the locking recess 33 or locking recess is selected according to the safe pressing-down amplitude of the free end 222. Preferably, the stopper notch 33 makes the protrusion extension length of the stopper protrusion 2201 longer, so that the stopper protrusion 2201 can be stably supported without slipping off. In this embodiment, the stop notch 33 is formed by a stop hole wall provided on the mounting side wall 30; the height of the bottom edge of the stop hole wall is set such that when the bottom edge of the stop hole wall contacts the stop protrusion 2201, the bottom edge of the stop hole wall prevents the first stopper 22 from being over-biased.
Preferably, the mounting sidewall 30 further defines a second supporting hole 34. The second support hole 34 is used to support a second stopper 41 described below. It is further clear that the second support hole 34, the stopper notch 33, the stopper hole 32, and the first support hole 31 are arranged in order along the insertion direction of the connection terminal 102. The second support hole 34, the stopper hole 32, and the first support hole 31 may be blind holes or through holes, respectively, that are opened from the inside to the outside of the mounting side wall 30. Preferably, the second supporting hole 34, the limiting hole 32 and the first supporting hole 31 may be formed as through holes respectively extending from the inner side to the outer side of the mounting sidewall 30, so that the corresponding protruding portion has a longer extension length and a better stable limiting performance.
The mounting sidewall 30 is further provided with an inner recess 311 at a lower portion of the first support hole 31. The inner recess 311 is recessed from the outer side to the inner side of the mounting side wall 30, that is, from the mounting side wall 30 to the opposite support wall 40, by punching. When supporting the first protrusion 211 of the connecting portion 21, the inner recess 311 not only has a larger mechanical bearing capacity, but also makes the first protrusion 211 less likely to slip off. With reference to fig. 2 to 12, the second stopping portion 41 is protrudingly disposed on the supporting wall. The height of the second blocking portion 41 from the supporting base 12 is smaller than the height of the first blocking portion 22 from the supporting base 12, so that the connection terminal 102 has an upper space to accommodate a blocking structure in the housing 101 for blocking the first blocking portion 22. The second blocking portion 41 is used for cooperating with a secondary blocking structure in the housing 101 to achieve secondary locking of the connection terminal 102, so as to further improve the stable installation performance of the connection terminal 102. In this embodiment, the second blocking portion 41 is bent from one side of the supporting base 12 to the other side. Preferably, the second blocking portion 41 has a protrusion 411. The protrusion setting portion 411 is extended along the other side toward the support base 12. The protrusion 411 is inserted into the second support hole 34. Preferably, the protrusion 411 is disposed to be flush with the outer side of the mounting sidewall 30, so that the second blocking portion 41 obtains stable pressure-bearing performance, and the outer side of the mounting sidewall 30 is flat and easy to mount.
With reference to fig. 2 to 12, the third blocking portion 42 is disposed on the supporting base 12. The third blocking portion 42, the second blocking portion 41 and the first blocking portion 22 are sequentially arranged along the insertion direction of the connection terminal 102. The third blocking portion 42 is disposed opposite to the rear portion of the second blocking portion 41. The projection area of the third blocking portion 42 on the cross section of the connection terminal 102 is larger than that of the second blocking portion 41, so that the third blocking portion 42 has a larger contact area when being abutted with a secondary blocking structure in the housing 101, and the stability of the connection terminal 102 arranged in the housing 101 is improved. Preferably, the third stopping portion 42 is bent from the other side of the supporting base 12 to the one side. The third stopping portion 42 extends into the limiting notch 402 on one side of the supporting base 12, so that the third stopping portion 42 is not easy to move and has stability.
With continued reference to fig. 2 to 12, the plug portion 50 is used for plug-in mating with a female terminal or a socket. The shape and specification of the insertion part 50 are selected according to the insertion requirement. The socket 50 may be provided in a cylindrical shape. Preferably, the insertion part 50 is formed by punching a metal plate to form a rectangular column. In this embodiment, the metal plate is brass with a uniform thickness. The tip of the insertion part 50 may be provided in a triangular pyramid shape or a conical shape. In this embodiment, the tip of the insertion part 50 is a quadrangular pyramid. The rear end of the insertion part 50 is provided with a retaining part 51. The retaining portion 51 is disposed opposite to the retaining protrusion 23 of the primary locking portion 20. The retaining protrusion 23 and the retaining portion 51 are arranged along the plugging direction of the connection terminal, and the retaining portion 51 and the retaining protrusion 23 are matched to realize that the plugging portion 50 has high pressure-bearing capacity when being subjected to high resistance.
With continued reference to fig. 11, reference numeral 405 denotes the inner side of the supporting wall 40. With continued reference to fig. 12 and 13, the supporting portion extends from the first blocking portion 22 in the transverse direction and extends to beyond the inner side surface 301 of the mounting sidewall or the inner side surface 405 of the supporting wall, that is, the supporting portion can protrude towards both sides to be supported by the mounting sidewall 30 and/or the supporting wall 40, so that the supporting portion can be supported by the mounting sidewall 30 or the supporting wall 40 without being supported by welding, so as to enhance the pressure-bearing capacity of the supporting portion. In this embodiment, the supporting portion includes the bent sidewall 225, the limiting portion 226 and the stopping protrusion 2201.
With continued reference to fig. 2 to 7, fig. 9, fig. 11 and fig. 12, the connecting portion 60 is disposed at the rear portion of the body 10. The connecting portion 60 is used for connecting a wire. The shape and structure of the connecting portion 60 are selected according to the winding and mounting requirements.
Preferably, the connection terminal 102 is made in one piece by stamping. The connection terminal 102 is made of any conductive material, such as iron, steel, or an alloy. In the present embodiment, the connection terminal 102 is made of a brass plate material having a uniform thickness by punching to form a single piece. The connecting terminal 102 made of brass does not reach the bearing strength required by the product, and the material cost is saved.
Compared with the prior art, the connecting terminal 102 has high mechanical strength and strong bearing capacity, so that the connecting terminal can be stably installed in the shell. Preferably, the connecting terminal 102 of the present invention is integrally formed of brass, which not only saves the manufacturing cost, but also obtains a satisfactory mechanical strength. The mounting sidewall 30 of the connection terminal 102 not only provides a correct mounting direction, but also provides corresponding holes and notches for supporting other components. In addition, the limiting hole 32 formed on the mounting side wall 30 provides a stress supporting point for the first blocking portion 22, and the force arm of the free end of the first blocking portion 22 is made to be shorter, so that the free end can bear larger pressure. One side of the first blocking part 22 is provided with a bent side wall 225, which can further prevent the first blocking part 22 from arching and bending. In addition, the primary locking part 20 of the connecting terminal is matched with the second blocking part and the third blocking part to form a secondary locking structure, so that the stable installation performance is further improved. The front portion of the primary locking portion 20 of the connection terminal is provided with a backstop protrusion 23 to provide support when the insertion portion 50 is subjected to a large pressing force.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents or improvements that are within the spirit of the present invention are intended to be covered by the following claims.
