本发明提供一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法，其特征是：包括基础面料层，所述基础面料层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其组织结构为提花双层组织，其中一层组织采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ18.2tex*2进行交织，另一层组织则采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ14.5tex进行交织；在所述基础面料层的下方设有吸附层，在基础面料层的上方设有浮雕装饰层，所述浮雕装饰层内部设有空腔，且在空腔里设有高矮不一的软性支撑管，使浮雕装饰层形成立体的凹凸面；在浮雕装饰层的表面设有水晶石透明镀层。本发明的有益特点是：透气性好，弹性好，尤其具有装饰性强的浮雕效果，且表面凹凸起伏自然平滑，设计新颖独特，具有较好的市场前景。

背景技术
立体感面料一直是时尚界的宠儿，凹凸精致的立体感能凸显休闲女装的风格，延伸了面料在时尚休闲服装上的应用。该产品在设计理念上也是借鉴了这种风格特点，并将立体凹凸的效果发挥到提花组织上，形成几何纹样的凹凸，更具浮雕效果,同时在面料上设有浮雕装饰层，进一步突出面料的立体感。可以说，该面料的开发不仅可以用于服装领域，还可以用纺织品装饰面料领域等。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的主要目的是提供一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法。
本发明的技术方案为：一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法，其特征是：包括基础面料层，所述基础面料层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其组织结构为提花双层组织，其中一层组织采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ18.2tex*2进行交织，另一层组织则采用采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ14.5tex进行交织；在所述基础面料层的下方设有吸附层，在基础面料层的上方设有浮雕装饰层，所述浮雕装饰层内部设有空腔，且在空腔里设有高矮不一的软性支撑管，使浮雕装饰层形成立体的凹凸面；在浮雕装饰层的表面设有水晶石透明镀层。
进一步，在所述基础面料层上设有直筒式透气孔。
进一步，所述水晶透明镀层的厚度为0.2nm-160nm。
进一步，所述软性支撑管(32)的两端直径大于中间直径。

本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。
一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法，其特征是：包括基础面料层（1），所述基础面料层(1)由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其组织结构为提花双层组织，其中一层组织采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ18.2tex*2进行交织，另一层组织则采用采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ14.5tex进行交织；在所述基础面料层(1)的下方设有吸附层(2)，在基础面料层(1)的上方设有浮雕装饰层(3)，所述浮雕装饰层(3)内部设有空腔(31)，且在空腔(31)里设有高矮不一的软性支撑管(32)，使浮雕装饰层(3)形成立体的凹凸面；在浮雕装饰层(3)的表面设有水晶石透明镀层(4)。
进一步，在所述基础面料层上设有直筒式透气孔(11)。

进一步，所述软性支撑管(32)的两端直径大于中间直径。
如图1所示，本发明的一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法，采用双层提花组织结构来进行设计，巧妙的将具有装饰效果的纹样与单双层组织相结合，实现面料的立体浮雕效果，设计新颖独特。本发明，因浮雕装饰层内设有空腔，且在空腔内设有软性支撑管，一是起到造型效果，此层可通过高低不同长度的软性支撑管，将面料的表面成为凹凸面，充分体现了其立体感；二是起到缓冲效果，当面料受到一定的冲击力时，软性支撑管会起到移动的缓冲作用。其中在基础面料层上设有直筒式透气孔，当作为服装面料时，人体产生一定的热气或汗水口，可通过此孔进入到浮雕装饰层的空腔中，再次通过挤压散发的外界。在浮雕装饰层的表面设有水晶石透明镀层，一方面是是为了保护浮雕装饰层，另一方面是为了起到防护、绝缘，装饰等目的。

1. 一种纯棉立体浮雕效果面料的制作方法，其特征是：包括基础面料层（1），所述基础面料层(1)由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其组织结构为提花双层组织，其中一层组织采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ18.2tex*2进行交织，另一层组织则采用采用经纱CJ7.3tex*2和纬纱CJ14.5tex进行交织；在所述基础面料层(1)的下方设有吸附层(2)，在基础面料层(1)的上方设有浮雕装饰层(3)，所述浮雕装饰层(3)内部设有空腔(31)，且在空腔(31)里设有高矮不一的软性支撑管(32)，使浮雕装饰层(3)形成立体的凹凸面；在浮雕装饰层(3)的表面设有水晶石透明镀层(4)。
