Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic deburring machine for a piston ring trapezoid surface opening, which comprises a frame and a backboard, wherein the backboard is arranged on the frame through a mounting bracket, a first feeding cantilever and a second feeding cantilever are both arranged on the backboard, one end of the first feeding cantilever is provided with a tail end bracket, one end of the second feeding cantilever is provided with a guide device, a pushing cylinder is arranged on a transmission guide rail, a pushing plate is arranged on the pushing cylinder, the receiving mechanism comprises a first receiving cantilever, a second receiving cantilever and a reverse T-shaped rod, one end of the first receiving cantilever and one end of the second connecting cantilever are fixedly connected with the backboard, the other end of the first receiving cantilever and the other end of the second receiving cantilever are connected with the reverse T-shaped rod, the reverse T-shaped rod is provided with a sliding inclined plane, a miniature motor is arranged on the frame through a supporting seat, a hundred impellers for grinding the piston ring is arranged on the miniature motor, and the guide device comprises a guide lug, a guide inclined plane and a grinding space. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for automatically removing burrs of a workpiece, in particular to a machine for automatically removing burrs of a trapezoid surface opening of a piston ring.
Background
When the trapezoid piston ring is used for machining the trapezoid surface, burrs are generated on edges of the trapezoid surface and the opening surface, and the burrs are arranged on the opening surface to influence the opening gap, so that the trapezoid piston ring does not meet the product requirements. The deburring is relatively complicated because the free opening of the piston ring is small. The existing method for removing burrs on the trapezoid surface opening of the piston ring is as follows: placing the whole rod piston ring on a II-shaped frame, aligning the openings of the piston ring, manually rubbing the piston ring back and forth on the opening surface by using a sand strip, and manually brushing the piston ring back and forth along the opening surface by using a copper brush; in the case of a double-faced piston ring, the above-described actions are repeated, so that it takes about 5 minutes for a rod of double-faced piston ring to remove burrs from the face opening. The problems that exist are: 1. during manual operation, staff can visually observe the opening of the piston ring and bend down to operate; staff can perform operation of removing burrs of the opening of the ladder surface for a long time, and occupational disease risks exist; 2. the sand strips are frequently rubbed and brushed by the hairbrushes, so that the labor intensity of staff is high; 3. the time for removing burrs of the opening of the ladder surface is longer and the efficiency is low; 4. due to manual operation, the open surface of the piston ring is not uniformly stressed when being contacted with a sand strip or a brush, and the quality risk of unclean deburring exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and defects of the prior art, the invention provides the automatic piston ring trapezoidal surface opening burr removing machine which is simple and reasonable in structure, reduces the labor intensity of staff, improves the working efficiency and reduces the defective rate.

the feeding mechanism comprises a first feeding cantilever, a second feeding cantilever, a tail end support, a transmission guide rail and a guiding device, wherein the first feeding cantilever and the second feeding cantilever are arranged on a back plate, the tail end support is arranged at the other end of the first feeding cantilever, the guiding device is arranged at the other end of the second feeding cantilever, the transmission guide rail is further arranged on the back plate, a pushing cylinder is arranged on the transmission guide rail, a pushing plate is arranged on the pushing cylinder, and the guiding device comprises a guiding convex block, a guiding inclined plane and a grinding space;
the material receiving mechanism comprises a first material receiving cantilever, a second material receiving cantilever and a T-shaped pouring rod, one end of the first material receiving cantilever and one end of the second material receiving cantilever are fixedly connected with the backboard, the other ends of the first material receiving cantilever and the second material receiving cantilever are connected with the T-shaped pouring rod, and the T-shaped pouring rod is provided with a sliding inclined plane;
the grinding mechanism comprises a supporting seat and a miniature motor, wherein the miniature motor is arranged on the frame through the supporting seat, and a hundred impellers for grinding burrs of the piston ring are arranged on the miniature motor.
Further, an adjusting sliding table for adjusting the position of the hundred impellers is arranged between the micro motor and the supporting seat.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the elastic force of the piston ring is utilized, and a single-side guiding and single-side flexible vane wheel friction deburring mode is adopted, so that the burr of the trapezoid surface opening is automatically removed, the existing manual deburring operation mode is changed, the automation of deburring the trapezoid surface opening is realized, and the product quality risk caused by uneven stress of manual operation is reduced; the automatic processing device realizes the automatic processing of labor-intensive industries, and has the characteristics of reducing the labor intensity of staff, improving the working efficiency and reducing the defective rate.

The automatic deburring machine for the piston ring trapezoid surface opening comprises a frame 1 and a backboard 2, wherein the backboard 2 is arranged on the frame 1 through a mounting bracket 3, a grinding mechanism is arranged on the frame 1, and a feeding mechanism and a receiving mechanism are arranged on the backboard 2;
the feeding mechanism comprises a first feeding cantilever 4, a second feeding cantilever 5, a tail end support 6, a transmission guide rail 7 and a guide device 8, wherein the first feeding cantilever 4 and the second feeding cantilever 5 are arranged on the back plate 2, the tail end support 6 is arranged at the other end of the first feeding cantilever 4, the guide device 8 is arranged at the other end of the second feeding cantilever 5, the transmission guide rail 7 is further arranged on the back plate 2, a pushing cylinder 9 is arranged on the transmission guide rail 7, a pushing plate 10 is arranged on the pushing cylinder 9, and the guide device 8 comprises a guide convex block 18, a guide inclined surface 19 and a grinding space 20;

The two ends of a square rod loaded with a whole-rod piston ring are respectively placed on a guide device 8 and a tail end bracket 6, the piston ring is inversely hung on the square rod, the open end of the piston ring faces upwards, after equipment is started, a pushing plate 10 is driven by a pushing cylinder 9 to push the piston ring on the square rod to the guide device 8, one side of the open end of the piston ring is guided by a guide lug 18, the other side of the open end of the piston ring extends to a grinding space 20 through a guide inclined plane 19, a hundred-wheel 17 arranged in the grinding space 20 instantly grinds the other side of the open end of the piston ring, and burrs caused by trapezoid surface machining on an open surface are removed; because the cylinder continuously advances, the piston rings are fed into the guide device one by one, and the piston rings are ground by the grinding mechanism, so that the effect of removing burrs on the openings of the ladder faces of the whole rod is achieved; the piston ring enters a free falling state after burrs are removed, falls on the inverted T rod 13, slides to the bottom through the inclined surface of the inverted T rod 13, and an operator takes down the whole piston ring rod on the material receiving mechanism after finishing grinding the whole rod. The piston ring self elasticity is utilized, and the mode of friction deburring of the unilateral guiding and unilateral flexible vane wheel 17 is adopted, so that the burr of the trapezoid surface opening is automatically removed, the existing manual deburring operation mode is changed, and the automation of deburring of the trapezoid surface opening is realized.
An adjusting sliding table 21 for adjusting the position of the hundred impellers 17 is further arranged between the micro motor 16 and the supporting seat 15, an inclined pad 22 is further arranged between the adjusting sliding table 21 and the micro motor 16, the adjusting sliding table 21 enables equipment to adapt to different piston rings, and the inclined pad 22 reduces vibration between the motor and the adjusting sliding table 21 and prolongs service life. The inverted T-shaped rod 13 is also provided with a guide block 24, and the guide block 24 is used for placing a square rod, so that an operator can conveniently take a piston ring after finishing grinding.
