技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑信息化施工方法,更具体的说,是涉及一种基于谷歌地球和BIM模型的施工调查方法。
背景技术
在工程建设行业,尤其是铁路或公路工程,项目投标前或中标后的施工调查非常重要,为了绘制各类平面布置图、征地拆迁图,以前使用各种光学测绘仪器进行外业调查,现在GPS和RTK应用较为广泛。而这两种方式都需要走很多路程,消耗大量人力、物力,甚至受地理条件的限制或当地居民的干扰,不能完成户外调查。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,而提供能够提高施工调查效率和准确性,保证调查质量,降低成本的一种基于谷歌地球和BIM模型的施工调查方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
本发明的一种基于谷歌地球和BIM模型的施工调查方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:建立BIM模型;
步骤2:模型定位;
步骤3:模型导入谷歌地球;
步骤4:在谷歌地球中浏览模型。
进一步的,步骤1中建立的BIM模型为主体结构的BIM模型。
本发明的有益效果:(1)在山高林密、人迹罕至的地区可以顺利实施施工调查,投入的人力、物力、设备大幅减小,并且优质高效快速的完成施工调查工作;(2)针对征地拆迁中居民不配合,不允许实地勘察,无法绘制征地拆迁图等难题,利用该技术可轻松实现征地拆迁调查工作。

具体实施方式
结合附图所示对本发明的具体实施方式说明如下:一种基于谷歌地球和BIM模型的施工调查方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:建立BIM模型,根据设计二维图纸,建立主体结构的BIM模型,包括桩基、承台、桥墩、梁体等等比例模型;
步骤2:模型定位,通过设计图纸中原有地面结构物和谷歌地球卫星拍摄照片中的同一结构物位置重叠的方式对模型进行定位;
步骤3:模型导入谷歌地球,通过草图大师、Revit、Navisworks等软件将模型转换为谷歌地球软件可以加载的KML或KMZ格式的文件,并用谷歌地球打开;
步骤4:在谷歌地球中浏览模型,观察建筑结构所处地理环境,查看模型与现有建筑的相对位置,完成施工调查。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

步骤1:建立BIM模型;
步骤2:模型定位;
步骤3:模型导入谷歌地球;
步骤4:在谷歌地球中浏览模型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于谷歌地球和BIM模型的施工调查方法,其特征在于:步骤1中建立的BIM模型为主体结构的BIM模型。
