The door 3 is rotatably provided on the door support 11 around the rotation center axis, and the door 3 is adapted to open or close the tub 2. Thus, the user can conveniently place the clothes to be washed into the barrel body 2 or take out the washed clothes from the barrel body 2 by opening the door body 3, and the clothes in the barrel body 2 can be washed by closing the barrel body 2.
The push plate 4 can be switched between a first state and a second state, and the push plate 4 is respectively connected with the door body 3 and the barrel body 2 in the first state so that the barrel body 2 drives the door body 3 to rotate. That is, in the first state, the push plate 4 is connected to the door 3 and the push plate 4 is connected to the tub 2, so that the tub 2 rotates the door 3, thereby washing laundry better.
Here, it can be appreciated that the connection of the push plate 4 to the door 3 and the tub 2, respectively, in the first state includes a mechanical connection or a connection by attraction of a magnet, etc.
The push plate 4 is spaced apart from at least one of the door 3 and the tub 2 in the second state of the push plate 4. In other words, in the second state, the push plate 4 may be spaced apart from the door 3, the push plate 4 may be spaced apart from the tub 2, or the push plate 4 may be spaced apart from both the door 3 and the tub 2. This can reduce vibration and sloshing of the washing machine 100 during laundry washing, better satisfying the user's needs.
Here, the rotation center axis of the tub 2 is collinear with the rotation center axis of the door 3, so that the door 3 and the tub 2 can be rotated around the rotation center axis in synchronization. The rotation center axis may be perpendicular to the axis of the tub 2, and the rotation center axis is coplanar with the axis of the tub 2.
According to the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the push plate 4 is switched between the first state and the second state, so that the vibration of the tub 2 is prevented from being transmitted to the door 3, the shaking and vibration of the door 3 are reduced, and the requirements of users are better met.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, one of the door body 3 and the door body support 11 is provided with a rail groove 31, the rail groove 31 may extend in a direction surrounding the rotation center axis, and the other of the door body 3 and the door body support 11 is provided with a slide shaft 32, the slide shaft 32 being slidable along the rail groove 31. By the engagement of the slide shaft 32 and the rail groove 31, the door body 3 can be rotated on the door body support 11, and the transmission of vibration can be reduced to some extent.
For example, the door body 3 may be provided with a rail groove 31 extending in a direction surrounding the rotation center axis, and the door body support 11 may be provided with a slide shaft 32 slidable along the rail groove 31. The door body support 11 may be provided with a rail groove 31 extending in a direction surrounding the rotation center axis, and the door body 3 may be provided with a slide shaft 32 slidable along the rail groove 31. The specific arrangement positions and arrangement modes of the sliding shaft 32 and the track groove 31 can be adaptively set according to actual needs.
Further, a rolling bearing 321 is provided on the sliding shaft 32, an inner ring of the rolling bearing 321 is connected with the sliding shaft 32, so that connection between the rolling bearing 321 and the sliding shaft 32 can be realized, and an outer ring of the rolling bearing 321 is movably provided in the track groove 31. By providing the rolling bearing 321, sliding of the slide shaft 32 along the rail groove 31 can be smoothly achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door body support 11 is provided with a rail groove 31, the rail groove 31 extends in a direction around the rotation center axis, and the door body 3 is provided with a slide shaft 32, and the slide shaft 32 is slidable along the rail groove 31. By this, the sliding of the door 3 on the door support 11 can be achieved by the cooperation of the sliding shaft 32 with the rail groove 31, providing an advantageous condition for better washing of laundry.
Further, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the door body support 11 includes: the track cover 111 and the track plate 112 are fixedly stacked and mounted on the track cover 111 at opposite positions of the track plate 112, and the track groove 31 is formed on the track plate 112. That is, the rail plate 112 and the rail cover plate 111 are arranged in a stacked manner, and the relative positions of the rail plate 112 and the rail cover plate 111 are fixed, and the rail groove 31 is formed on the rail plate 112.
The sliding shaft 32 is provided with a rolling bearing 321, an inner ring of the rolling bearing 321 is connected with the sliding shaft 32, an outer ring of the rolling bearing 321 is movably arranged in the track groove 31 and abuts against the door body support 11, and the door body support 11 is provided with a yielding groove for spacing the inner ring of the rolling bearing 321 from the track cover plate 111. Thereby, sliding of the door body 3 on the door body support 11 is facilitated.
The track cover plates 111 may be stacked on the inner side or the outer side of the track plate 112, and the track cover plates 111 and the track plate 112 may be fixed by screw connection.
In addition, the track groove 31 may be defined by the track cover plate 111 and the track plate 112 together, and the track groove 31 may be used to accommodate the rolling bearing 321.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the door body support 11 may be provided with one or a plurality of track grooves 31 arranged at intervals, and the sliding shaft 32 includes a plurality of track grooves 31 in one-to-one correspondence. Thereby, sliding of the door body 3 on the door body support 11 can be achieved, thereby providing an advantage in reducing vibration and shaking of the washing machine 100.
Specifically, the door body support 11 may be provided with a rail groove 31, and the sliding shaft 32 corresponds to the rail groove 31. Thus, by the cooperation of the sliding shaft 32 and the rail groove 31, the sliding of the door body 3 on the door body support 11 can be realized.
The door body support 11 may be provided with a plurality of track grooves 31 arranged at intervals, and the slide shaft 32 may include a plurality of track grooves 31 in one-to-one correspondence. Thereby, the smoothness of the sliding of the door body 3 on the door body support 11 can be improved, which is beneficial to reducing vibration and shaking.
The rail groove 31 may be an arc groove extending in the up-down direction.
Referring to fig. 6 and 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the push plate 4 is relatively fixedly installed on the tub 2, the rail groove 31 extends in the up-down direction, and the push plate 4 has a pushing portion 41, the pushing portion 41 being located below the slide shaft 32 and adapted to push the slide shaft 32 upward. Thereby, the sliding shaft 32 can be pushed to move upwards by the push plate 4, so that the synchronous rotation of the tub 2 and the door 3 can be realized.
The push plate 4 is in the second state when the slide shaft 32 is positioned at the lower end of the rail groove 31. The push plate 4 is spaced apart from at least one of the door 3 and the tub 2 in the second state of the push plate 4. This may reduce vibration of the washing machine 100 during laundry washing.
Further, when the tub 2 is at the lower limit position, an angle between a line L1 of the rotation center shaft and the pushing part 41 and a line L2 of the rotation center shaft and the lower end of the rail groove 31 is in a range of 0 ° to 5 °. In other words, when the tub 2 is at the lower limit position, the projection of the rotation center axis on the plane passing through the axis of the tub 2 and perpendicular to the rotation center axis is a point whose angle between the line L1 of the pushing part 41 and the line L2 of the point with the lower end of the rail groove 31 is in the range of 0 ° to 5 °. Here, the pushing part 41 is located at the same side of the tub 2 as the corresponding rail groove 31.
That is, when the tub 2 is at the lower limit position, the push plate 4 is separated from the slide shaft 32, i.e., the push plate 4 is not in contact with the slide shaft 32, and at this time, the push plate 4 is positioned under the slide shaft 32, and when the tub 2 is rotated by 0 ° to 5 °, the push plate 4 is in contact with the slide shaft 32, the slide shaft 32 can be pushed to slide upward along the rail groove 31 by the push plate 4, thereby synchronously rotating the tub 2 and the door 3.
The washing machine 100 further includes an electric push rod 5, and the rotation of the tub 2 about the rotation center axis may be pushed by the electric push rod 5.
The included angle can be 0 degree, 1 degree, 2 degrees, 3 degrees, 4 degrees or 5 degrees and the like, and the included angle can be adaptively set according to actual needs.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the door body 3 is provided with door body supports 11 on both left and right sides, and both left and right ends of the door body 3 are slidably connected to the corresponding door body supports 11. Thereby, the door 3 can be rotated more smoothly with respect to the door support 11, thereby advantageously reducing vibration and shaking of the washing machine 100.
Referring to fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, push plates 4 are provided at both left and right sides of the tub 2. Therefore, the corresponding sliding shafts 32 on the door body 3 can be respectively pushed by the push plates 4 on the left side and the right side, so that the sliding shafts 32 can slide along the track grooves 31, and the synchronous rotation of the barrel body 2 and the door body 3 is realized.
One or more pushing plates 4 are disposed on the left and right sides of the barrel body 2, for example, the number of pushing plates 4 disposed on one side (for example, the left side or the right side of the pushing plate 4) of the barrel body 2 may be one, two, three, etc., so that the door body 3 can be pushed to rotate by the pushing plates 4 better.
A specific embodiment of the washing machine 100 according to the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The door body 3 rotates on the track grooves 31 fixed on the left side and the right side of the washing machine box body (for example, the supporting frame 1) through four sliding shafts 32 and four rolling bearings 321; the door body 3 is pushed by pushing plates 4 fixed on the left and right sides of the tub body 2. When the electric push rod 5 pushes the barrel body 2 to rotate, the barrel body 2 and the door body 3 rotate together to wash under the action of the push plates 4 on the left side and the right side.
The door body 3 is fixed to the door body supports 11 on the left and right sides by four slide shafts 32 and four rolling bearings 321. The door body 3 can rotate up and down along the arc track groove 31 on the door body support 11.
Two pushing plates 4 are respectively fixed on the left side and the right side of the barrel body 2, when the electric push rod 5 is electrified, the barrel body 2 starts to rotate, and after the barrel body 2 rotates for 3 degrees, the pushing plates 4 on the left side and the right side can support the door body 3 to move upwards along the track groove 31 in a rotating mode. When the tub 2 rotates downward, the door 3 rotates downward along the rail groove 31 under the self weight of the door 3. When the lowest point of the track groove 31 is reached, the door body 3 stops rotating, and the barrel body 2 continues to rotate downwards for 3 degrees and then stops. Separation of the tub 2 and the door 3 (referred to as separation of the push plate 4 from the slide shaft 32) is achieved.
Four slide shafts 32 are fixed to the door body 3, four rolling bearings 321 are assembled in the rail grooves 31, the rail cover 111 is pressed against the rolling bearings 321, and the rail grooves 31 and the rolling bearings 321 are fastened to the slide shafts 32 by screws and the rail plates 112. The push plates 4 at the left side and the right side are fixed on the barrel body 2 by using screws, the electric push rod 5 is fixed on the supporting frame 1 by using screws, and one movable end of the electric push rod 5 is fixed on the barrel body 2.
The operation of the washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Specifically, in order to achieve 720 ° washing, the tub 2 and the door 3 are required to rotate together about the rotation center axis. At this time, the electric push rod 5 is electrified to push the barrel body 2 to rotate. When the tub 2 rotates by 3 °, the push plates 4 on the left and right sides can support the door 3 to move upward along the rail groove 31 together. The separation of the barrel body 2 and the door body 3 is realized. The vibration of the barrel body 2 is prevented from being transmitted to the door body 3, and the shaking and vibration of the door body 3 are reduced.
720 ° washing means that the laundry in the tub 2 can perform 720 ° washing, specifically, when the tub 2 rotates 360 ° around the axis of the tub 2, the laundry in the tub 2 can perform 360 ° washing along with the tub 2, and when the tub 2 rotates a predetermined angle (e.g., 45 °) around the rotation center axis, the laundry in the tub 2 can finish 360 ° turning along with the tub 2, thereby achieving 720 ° washing of the laundry. The predetermined angle of rotation of the tub 2 about the rotation center axis may be adaptively set according to actual needs.
The door body 3 is fixed to the rail groove 31 via the slide shaft 32 and the slide bearing 321, and moves along a specific trajectory; the initial position of the barrel body 2 is separated from the door body 3, when the barrel body 2 rotates for 3 degrees, the push plates 4 on two sides of the barrel body 2 can contact the door body 3 and push the door body 3 to rotate together, so that the vibration of the barrel body 2 is prevented from being transmitted to the door body 3, and the shaking and vibration of the door body 3 are reduced. The rotation center axis of the tub 2 and the rotation center axis of the door 3 are collinear, and the tub 2 and the door 3 rotate around the rotation center axis together for washing. The operation of the washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is thus completed.
