Technical Field
The invention relates to a ditching fertilizer applicator, in particular to a ditching fertilizer applicator which is suitable for ditching and fertilizing in a forest orchard and can display ditching depth in real time.
Background
Ditching and fertilizing are an important link in the fruit planting process and are important measures for high yield and high quality of fruits. Too deep and too shallow fertilization all have certain influence on the fertilizer absorption of the root system. The depth of a ditch is measured through visual measurement or a ruler when the existing ditching fertilizer applicator ditches, the operation is complex, the error is large, the ditching depth cannot be monitored in real time, the stability of the ditching depth is difficult to control, and the ideal ditching depth is difficult to achieve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art, provides a ditching and fertilizing machine which is suitable for a forest orchard and can measure ditching depth in real time, and is convenient to use and simple to operate.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ditching fertilizer applicator capable of displaying ditching depth in real time, which comprises a frame, and a traveling device, a ditching device, a fertilizer applicator and a transmission system which are installed on the frame, wherein the transmission system is respectively connected with the ditching device and the fertilizer applicator, and the ditching fertilizer applicator further comprises:
the ditching depth display device is installed on the rack, the walking device comprises a walking wheel, and the walking wheel is connected with the rack through the ditching depth display device and is positioned at the rear end of one side of the rack.
The ditching fertilizer applicator is characterized in that the ditching depth display device comprises:
the depth plate is arranged on a rear beam of the rack, and a through hole is formed in the depth plate;
one end of the depth display scale penetrates through the through hole, and the other end of the depth display scale is connected with the traveling wheel; and
the elastic resetting piece is installed on the depth display scale and located between the depth limiting plate and the travelling wheel.
The ditching fertilizer applicator is characterized in that the elastic reset piece is a spring, the depth display scale is a cylindrical rod, scale marks are arranged on the surface of the cylindrical rod, the top end of the cylindrical rod penetrates through the through hole, the bottom end of the cylindrical rod is installed on a wheel shaft of the travelling wheel through a connecting piece, the spring is sleeved on the cylindrical rod, and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the depth limiting plate and the connecting piece.
In the ditching fertilizer applicator, the top end of the cylindrical rod is also provided with the split pin, and the split pin is perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical rod.
In the ditching fertilizer applicator, the depth limiting plate is a metal plate.
The ditching fertilizer applicator is characterized in that the fertilizer applying device comprises:
the fertilizer stirring mechanism comprises a fertilizer box arranged at the upper end of the rack, a fertilizer conveying auger and a fertilizer stirring roller are sequentially arranged in the fertilizer box, and the fertilizer conveying auger and the fertilizer stirring roller are respectively connected with the transmission system; and
the upper end of the fertilizer conveying pipe is communicated with the fertilizer box, and the lower end of the fertilizer conveying pipe extends to the ground and is positioned behind the ditching device.
In the ditching fertilizer applicator, the axes of the fertilizer conveying auger and the fertilizer stirring roller are horizontally arranged.
The ditching fertilizer applicator is characterized in that the ditching device comprises a ditching cutter head arranged at the lower end of the other side of the rack, the ditching cutter head is connected with the transmission system, and a plurality of ditching cutters are uniformly distributed on the ditching cutter head.
The ditching and fertilizing machine further comprises a soil covering device, wherein the soil covering device is mounted on the rack and located behind the fertilizer conveying pipe.
In the ditching and fertilizing machine, the soil covering device comprises a pair of soil covering disks which are symmetrically arranged, and the soil covering disks are respectively positioned at two sides of the rear part of the fertilizer conveying pipe.
The invention has the technical effects that:
the invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, can measure the ditching depth in real time in the working process, and has convenient use, simple and convenient operation and various functions.

referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a ditching fertilizer applicator according to an embodiment of the invention, fig. 2 is a main view of the ditching fertilizer applicator according to the embodiment of the invention, fig. 3 is a top view of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a left view of fig. 2. The ditching and fertilizing machine comprises a frame 1, and a traveling device 2, a ditching device 3, a fertilizing device 4 and a transmission system 5 which are arranged on the frame 1, wherein the transmission system 5 is respectively connected with the ditching device 3 and the fertilizing device 4, the traveling device 2 comprises traveling wheels 21, and in the embodiment, the ditching and fertilizing machine further comprises: the ditching depth display device 6 is installed on the rack 1 and connected with the traveling wheel 21, and the traveling wheel 21 is connected with the rack 1 through the ditching depth display device 6 and is positioned at the rear end of one side of the rack 1. The ditching device 3 comprises a ditching cutter head 31 arranged at the lower end of the other side of the rack 1, the ditching cutter head 31 is connected with the transmission system 5, and a plurality of ditching cutters 32 are uniformly distributed on the ditching cutter head 31.
Wherein, fertilizer injection unit 4 includes: the fertilizer stirring mechanism 41 comprises a fertilizer box 411 arranged at the upper end of the rack 1, a fertilizer conveying auger 412 and a fertilizer stirring roller 413 are sequentially arranged in the fertilizer box 411, the axial lines of the fertilizer conveying auger 412 and the fertilizer stirring roller 413 are horizontally arranged, and the fertilizer conveying auger 412 and the fertilizer stirring roller 413 are respectively connected with the transmission system 5; and a fertilizer conveying pipe 42, the upper end of which is communicated with the fertilizer box 411, and the lower end of the fertilizer conveying pipe 42 extends to the ground and is positioned behind the ditching device 3.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view (non-operating state) of a ditching depth display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural view (operating state) of a ditching depth display device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The ditching depth display device 6 of the present invention includes: the depth plate 61 is a metal plate, preferably a flat steel or a steel plate, is mounted on the back beam of the frame 1, preferably welded, and is provided with a through hole, and the depth plate 61 can be used as a scale indicator plate; one end of the depth display scale 62 penetrates through the through hole, and the other end of the depth display scale 62 is connected with the traveling wheel 21; and an elastic reset member 63 installed on the depth indication scale 62 and located between the depth stop plate 61 and the travel wheel 21.
In this embodiment, the elastic reset member 63 is preferably a spring, the depth display scale 62 is preferably a cylindrical rod, the surface of the cylindrical rod is provided with scale marks, the top end of the cylindrical rod passes through the through hole, the bottom end of the cylindrical rod is mounted on the wheel shaft of the traveling wheel through a connecting member 65, the spring is sleeved on the cylindrical rod, and two ends of the spring respectively abut against the depth limiting plate 61 and the connecting member 65. And a cotter pin 64 is further installed at one end of the cylindrical rod penetrating through the through hole so as to limit the depth limiting plate 61 from falling off the depth display scale 62, and the cotter pin 64 is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical rod.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic view of the ditching fertilizer applicator of the invention in an inoperative state, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of the ditching fertilizer applicator of the invention in an operative state. The ditching and fertilizing machine is connected with a tractor in a hanging mode through a three-point suspension device, and before the ditching and fertilizing machine works, a proper amount of farmyard manure is added into the manure box 411. During operation, the ditching and fertilizing machine is hung on a tractor, the tractor is started, the gearbox of the transmission system 5 of the ditching and fertilizing machine is driven through the universal shaft, the ditching cutter head 31 is made to rotate and enter the ground, and the travelling wheels 21 are in contact with the ground under the action of self gravity. Keeping the ditching depth and the rotation speed of the ditching cutter head 31 unchanged, and with the stable forward movement of the tractor, the ditching cutter head 31 is provided with a rectangular ditch which is about 25cm wide and has a certain depth, at the moment, the walking wheel 21 can be profiled and roll along the ground under the pressure action of the elastic reset piece 63 such as a spring, when the ditching depth is shallow, the walking wheel 21 floats upwards, and the spring is compressed; when the ditching depth is deeper, the spring is elongated, and the walking wheel 21 still rolls close to the ground under the action of gravity. The connecting frame 11 at the upper end of the travelling wheel 21 is provided with the depth display scale 62, so that the ditching depth can be recorded at any time. The soil cut up by the blades of the furrowing knives 32 can be discharged to both sides of the rectangular furrows through the fairings on the furrowing knives 32, and the fertilizer falls to the bottom of the furrows through the fertilizer outlet of the fertilizer conveying pipe 42.
When the ditching and fertilizing machine is not in operation, the walking wheels 21 are in contact with the ground 8 under the self gravity, and the springs are in a loose state. Fig. 5 shows that the walking wheels 21 contact the ground 8 under the action of self gravity when the ditching fertilizer applicator is not in operation, the ditching depth is shown as fig. 7 (see the part inside the dotted line frame at the part A in fig. 5), and the scale is shown as 0 cm. Fig. 6 shows that ditching fertilizer distributor is at operating condition, ditching blade disc 31 with fertilizer conveying pipe 42 deepens below 8, walking wheel 21 continues to walk on 8 ground, and the spring on the walking wheel 21 is compressed this moment, and the degree of depth display scale 62 that marks the scale moves upwards, and the ditching degree of depth is shown as fig. 8 (see the inside part of B part dotted line frame in fig. 6), and depth-limiting plate 61 indicates 50cm on the scale of degree of depth display scale 62, and the ditching degree of depth of ditching fertilizer distributor this moment is 50 cm.
The ditching and fertilizing machine of the invention can also comprise a soil covering device 7, wherein the soil covering device 7 is arranged on the frame 1 and is positioned behind the fertilizer conveying pipe 42. The soil covering device 7 comprises a pair of soil covering disks 71 which are symmetrically arranged, and the soil covering disks 71 are respectively positioned at two sides of the rear part of the fertilizer conveying pipe 42. The soil on the two sides of the rectangular ditch is squeezed by the soil covering disc 71 and then backfilled into the opened ditch, so that the ditching and fertilizing machine can finish ditching, fertilizing and soil covering operations at one time.
The ditching fertilizer applicator can measure the ditching depth, is convenient to use, is simple and convenient to operate, and has multiple functions.
