Information pushing method, information pushing device and terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of terminals, in particular to an information pushing method, an information pushing device and a terminal.
Background
At present, short message contact between terminals is only simple interactive display of texts or pictures, and communication between terminals is generally only basic interactive operation and display of dialing and answering, so that the existing terminals lack feelings in communication between people.
Therefore, how to make the communication between the terminals more emotional and humanized becomes a problem to be solved at present.

Based on the technical problems, the invention provides a new technical scheme, which can make the communication between the terminals more emotional and humanized.
In view of the above, an aspect of the present invention provides an information pushing method for a terminal, including: setting a target event according to a preset condition; and when the target event is detected to occur, pushing information to a specified terminal so that the specified terminal displays the information according to the communication event initiated by the terminal.
In the technical scheme, by setting the target event for the preset condition, the preset information can be pushed to the appointed terminal when the target event occurs, namely the preset condition is met. For example, the predetermined condition may be a predetermined date that is a birthday of a friend and the target event may be a birthday of a friend today. Therefore, the target event can be flexibly set according to factors such as the actual user demand of the terminal, the user preference of the appointed terminal and the like, the diversity demand of the user is met, and the communication between the terminals is more emotional and humanized.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, before the pushing information to the designated terminal, the method further includes: and selecting the information according to the received setting command.
In the technical scheme, the information pushed to the appointed terminal comprises but is not limited to characters, static pictures, dynamic pictures, network links, instruction options, audio and/or videos, and the source of the pushed information comprises but is not limited to the terminal and/or the network, so that a user of the terminal can perform various personalized selections according to the requirements and conditions of the user, the user of the appointed terminal can receive various information, and the user experience is greatly improved. For example, when the parent buys a gift on the internet, a motion picture entitled "happy festival of the parent" is pushed to a call ending interface of the parent's terminal after the call with the parent is ended, and a network link named "get gift" is attached, and the link is the website of the purchased gift. For another example, when a friend is on a birthday, the terminal may be pushed with an existing picture, or may be set to download a picture with a happy theme to push the picture to the friend, or may push a network link named "get gift", and the friend may download the picture with the happy theme by clicking the link.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the predetermined condition includes predetermined contact information, a predetermined schedule and/or other predetermined parameters; and the communication event is an audio call event, a video call event or a short message event.
In the technical scheme, the predetermined conditions can be various, for example, predetermined time (such as birthday information of a contact person), a predetermined schedule (such as a memo in the terminal) and the like, and the plurality of predetermined conditions can be used alone or in combination. For example, the predetermined condition is set to predetermined contact information, that is, the birthday of friend a, on the day of the birthday of the friend (that is, the target event "the current date is the birthday of the friend" occurs), and the predetermined condition is satisfied, and when information is transmitted to friend a, the terminal may be caused to add a picture with a theme of birthday happiness to the transmitted information.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the pushing information to the specified terminal specifically includes: and pushing the information to the appointed terminal before the appointed terminal responds to the communication event initiated by the terminal, in the process of responding to the communication event or after the communication event is processed according to the received setting command.
In the technical scheme, the terminal can directly push information to the appointed terminal when the preset condition is met, or can push information to the appointed terminal in the process that the terminal initiates a communication event to the appointed terminal or after the communication event is finished after the preset condition is met, so that the flexibility and the practicability of information pushing are enhanced.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, before the designated terminal displays the information, the method further includes: acquiring the use state of the appointed terminal; determining the time for the designated terminal to display the information according to the use state, wherein when the communication event is an audio call event or a video call event, the determining the time for the designated terminal to display the information according to the use state specifically includes: and according to the acquired use state of the designated terminal, determining that the information is displayed before the designated terminal answers the audio call or the video call, in the process of answering the audio call or the video call and/or after the audio call or the video call is ended.
In the technical scheme, the use state of the designated terminal can be acquired from the designated terminal, and the time suitable for pushing the information is selected according to the use state. The use state of the designated terminal comprises a state that the earphone is used and a state that the earphone cannot be used, and the state that the earphone is not used is caused by the following reasons: the headset is being used, the speaker is being used, or the earpiece is in an on state but too far away from the user. The terminal can judge the use state of the terminal by directly detecting whether an external earphone is connected or whether a loudspeaker is used. In addition, in the prior art, when the handset is in the on state, the terminal may detect whether the handset is being used by the user by providing a sensor such as a temperature sensor or an infrared sensor on or inside the display screen. For example, when the terminal senses that the temperature of the human body is within the preset distance range through the temperature sensor, the actual distance between the display screen and the human body can be measured through the infrared sensor, when a user is in a call process, if the actual distance is greater than ten centimeters, it can be judged that the use state of the terminal is that the user does not use a receiver to answer the call, namely, the user can see the display screen of the terminal in the call process, and when the push party terminal obtains the use state of the receiving party terminal, information push can be carried out. Therefore, by acquiring the use state of the appointed terminal, a proper time can be selected for information pushing, and the experience of a user receiving information is improved. Meanwhile, information pushing can be carried out at the most appropriate time by judging the use state of the terminal, so that the information pushing is more humanized, and the practicability is improved. For example, when a call is made, the use state of the mobile phone of the other party is detected, when the other party is detected to answer the mobile phone through the earphone, the other party can see the interface in the call, at this time, information can be pushed to the other party in the call, if the other party is detected to be using the receiver of the mobile phone to make a call, the other party cannot watch the call interface, at this time, the information can be pushed to the other party after the call is finished.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: a reminding unit 312 for reminding a user whether to push information to a designated terminal; and the pushing unit 304 is further configured to: and when a push command of a user is received, pushing information to the specified terminal.
In the technical scheme, when the preset condition is met or whether the preset condition is not judged to be met, a prompt can be sent to a user firstly, and the user determines whether to push the information or not. Therefore, the user can master the push time of all events, and inconvenience caused by automatic push of the events is avoided. For example, when a friend is birthday, a happy birthday picture is automatically pushed to the other party in a call, the user does not remember the birthday of the other party, embarrassment of both parties can be caused, and if a prompt and an inquiry are sent to the user before the picture is pushed, the embarrassment can be well avoided, the information pushing is more practical and more humanized.

In addition, the information pushing device 300 is further configured to remind the user whether to push preset information, and push the preset information when receiving a pushing command from the user.
Through the technical scheme, the preset conditions can be flexibly set, the opportunity of information pushing is mastered, the diversity requirements of users are met, communication between the terminals is more emotional and humanized, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 5A and 5B are diagrams illustrating pushing information to a designated terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5A, when a predetermined condition "birthday of a girlfriend" is satisfied, before a call, a picture with a happy birthday theme and a text with a happy birthday content "congratulatory grandmother" are pushed to an interface before the call is answered at a mobile phone terminal of the girlfriend, that is, a designated terminal.
As shown in fig. 5B, after the call is ended, a picture with a theme as a gift is pushed to the call ending interface of the mobile phone of the girl, a text with a content of "your husband sends a mysterious gift to you and gets the bar soon" is pushed, a network link "getting" is pushed at the same time, and a preset website can be accessed by clicking "getting" to read and/or download information.
