The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
It is noted that when referring to ordinal numbers such as "first", "second", etc., in embodiments of the disclosure, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise, it should be understood to be used for differentiation only.
With the continuous development of internet technology, various types of social software have become a very important social tool for users. Instant Messaging (IM) in social software is the most popular communication method on the internet at present.
The instant messaging system is software for two or more people to use network to transmit text message, file, voice or video instantly by instant messaging technology. Instant messaging has grown to today and is accepted by most netizen users. The user can use a great amount of instant messaging software to realize communication and communication with friends, colleagues, classmates or clients and the like no matter in life or work, and the user can know the current state of the user to be communicated or communicated through the instant messaging software; such as: busy status, online status or offline status, etc., and instant messaging software is becoming one of the indispensable social tools in users' daily lives because instant messaging requires less time to transmit emails and is more convenient than making phone calls.
In the related art, a plurality of user states are provided in social software to meet the needs of different users, such as: online status, busy status, offline status, or away status, etc. In an example, when a user conveniently receives and can timely reply chat information sent by other users through social software, the user state in the social software can be set to be an 'online state'; if the user cannot reply the chat information sent by other users through the social software in time, the user state in the social software needs to be manually changed from the just set 'online state' to the 'busy state', and the mode requiring user operation causes the operation of the user to be troublesome and the user experience to be poor.
According to the method and the device, the keyword in the chat information sent by the user is obtained, the user state information corresponding to the keyword is determined according to the preset mapping table, and then the current state information of the user is actively changed into the user state information determined according to the preset mapping table, so that the user does not need to manually change the current state information of the user, the process of switching the user state information is simple, and the user experience is effectively improved.
The method mentioned in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to a terminal device, which may be a Personal Computer (PC), a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart phone, an e-reader, a notebook computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and other devices with a network function.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a user status changing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101-S104:
in step S101, chat information sent by the first user through the social software is acquired.
In daily life, terminal users increasingly use social software for communication, and the social software is a terminal service and allows two or more people to transmit text information, voice information and video information instantly by using a network.
Many chat messages contain keywords that are relevant to the current status of the user. For example, in the chat content, i.e., "i want to open a meeting", the "opening" is a keyword related to the current state of the user, and the current state of the user can be changed to the "leaving state" according to the keyword.
The obtaining of the chat information sent by the first user through the social software may be implemented as: and chat information is sent through a chat window of the social software.
The chat window can be a chat window of social software of a client version, and can also be a chat window of social software of a webpage version.
In step S102, keywords in the chat message are extracted.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for extracting keywords in chat information, which comprises the following steps:
recognizing text information included in the chat information;
detecting whether the text information contains words contained in a preset keyword table or not;
and when detecting that the text information contains words contained in the preset keyword table, determining the words as keywords.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, words in text information in chat information may be detected word by word, and when a word is included in a preset keyword table, whether a word composed of words connected to the word is included in the preset keyword table is detected.
For example: the keywords stored in the preset keyword table may be: sleep, work, meeting, etc. Assuming that the chat message sent by the first user is "i want to sleep", each word in the chat message may be sequentially detected, and first detecting whether "i" is included in the preset keyword list, by detecting that "i" is not included in the preset keyword list, further detecting whether the 'main' is included in the preset keyword table, detecting whether the 'main' is not included in the preset keyword table, and then continuously detecting whether the 'sleep' is included in the preset keyword table, by detecting that "sleep" is included in the preset keyword list, at this time, detecting whether "sleep" is included in the preset keyword list, by detecting that 'sleep' is contained in the preset keyword list and further detecting whether 'sleep' is contained in the preset keyword list, by detecting that the 'sleeping' is not included in the preset keyword table, at this time, the 'sleeping' can be determined as the keyword.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, word segmentation may be performed on text information by using a word segmentation technique to obtain a word segmentation set, and then each word in the word segmentation set is detected, that is, whether each word in the word segmentation set is included in a preset keyword table is determined, and when a word is detected to be included in the preset keyword table, the word is determined to be a keyword.
The word segmentation is to segment the text sequence into meaningful words.
For example: the keywords stored in the preset keyword table may be: sleep, work, meeting, etc. Suppose that the chat message sent by the first user is "i want to sleep", the word of "i want to sleep" is cut first, and the obtained participle set is [ i, want to sleep, go to sleep ]. Detecting each participle in the participle set in sequence, firstly detecting whether the 'me' is contained in a preset keyword list, and detecting that the 'me' is not contained in the preset keyword list; further detecting whether the 'important' is contained in the preset keyword list or not, and detecting that the 'important' is not contained in the preset keyword list; then, whether the sleep is contained in the preset keyword list or not is continuously detected, and the sleep is contained in the preset keyword list through detection; whether the 'sleeping' is contained in the preset keyword table or not is further detected, and the 'sleeping' can be determined to be the keyword by detecting that the 'sleeping' is not contained in the preset keyword table.
The detection process may employ a sequential detection method, i.e., sequentially detecting each word, or a parallel detection method, i.e., simultaneously detecting each word.
It should be noted that the chat message sent by the first user may include: multimedia contents such as characters and pictures. To extract the keywords in the chat message, the text message in the chat content is first extracted.
In this embodiment, the text information included in the chat information may be obtained directly as the recognition result for the chat content of which the type is a character in the chat information, or may be obtained as the recognition result by performing image recognition on the chat information of the picture type, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In one implementation mode, the terminal device extracts keywords from received chat information sent by the first user through social software, and sends the chat information to the receiving party. In another implementation manner, the terminal device may extract a keyword from the received chat information sent by the first user through the social software, and send the chat information to the receiving party.
In step S103, determining first user status information corresponding to the keyword according to a preset mapping table, where the preset mapping table includes: and the corresponding relation between the keywords and the first user state information.
After the keywords in the chat information are extracted, the state information of the first user corresponding to the keywords can be determined according to a preset mapping table, that is, the current real-time state information of the first user is determined.
Table 1 is a schematic diagram of a preset mapping table provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, where in table 1, the preset mapping table includes: the chat system comprises a keyword and first user state information, wherein the keyword is a word appearing in the chat information by the first user.
TABLE 1
Keyword | First user status information |
Night-time safety | Offline state |
Conference for meeting | Out of state |
…… | …… |
Work by | Busy state |
For example: when the chat information sent by the first user through the social software is that "i want to work", and after the chat information that "i want to work" is obtained, the extracted keyword is "work", and at this time, the keyword "work" is used as an index, and the table 1 is queried, so that the state information of the first user is in a busy state.
The preset mapping table in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be pre-stored in advance, or may be set by a user according to a requirement of the user.
In step S104, the current status information displayed in the social software by the first user is changed to the first user status information.
Continuing with the above example, after looking up table 1 and obtaining that the first user status information is "busy status", no matter what kind of information the first user currently displays in the social software, the first user status information needs to be changed to "busy status".
For example: the current state information displayed in the social software by the first user is 'online state', and then the 'online state' is changed into 'busy state'; or, if the current status information displayed in the social software by the first user is "stealth status", the "stealth status" is changed into "busy status".
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a user state changing method, which includes: obtaining chat information sent by a first user through social software, and further extracting keywords in the chat information; and determining first user state information corresponding to the keyword according to a preset mapping table, wherein the preset relation table comprises: the corresponding relation between the keywords and the first user state information; and finally, changing the current state information displayed in the social software by the first user into the first user state information. The current real-time state information of the user can be determined according to the extracted keywords in the chat information, and the current state information displayed in the social software by the user is changed according to the current real-time state information, so that the current state information displayed in the social software by the user is not required to be manually changed by the user, the state information switching process is simple, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
However, in the related art, once a user changes his/her current state information, the changed state information is displayed to other users of the social software.
In practical applications, a user may not or does not want to reply to chat information sent by a specific user through social software in time.
For example: when the user A uses the social software to communicate with other users, the user A may simply not be able to reply to the chat information sent by the user B through the social software in time, and for the user C, the user A may reply to the chat information sent by the user C through the social software in time.
In view of the above problems, the embodiment of the present disclosure may determine the user state that the user wants to present to each of the other users by referring to the chat information sent by the user to each of the other users, thereby avoiding the global consistency of the user state, implementing personalized user state display, and improving the satisfaction of the user.
As shown in fig. 2, the step S101 may be implemented as: step S1011; the step S104 may be implemented as: step S1041.
In step S1011, chat information sent by the first user to the second user through the social software is acquired.
In step S1041, the current status information displayed by the first user to the second user in the social software is changed into the first user status information, so that the second user sees the current status information of the first user as the first user status information in the social software.
For example: the first user is: a, a user; the second user is: and B, user. The current state displayed by the user A in the social software is an 'online state', when the user A uses the social software to communicate with the user B, the chat information sent by the user A to the user B is 'i want to work', the current state information which the user A wants to present to the user B is a 'busy state' by extracting the keywords in the chat information and looking up the table 1, and at the moment, the current state information displayed to the user B by the user A in the social software is changed from the 'online state' to the 'busy state', so that the user B sees the current state information of the user A in the social software as the 'busy state'.
For another example: the first user is: a, a user; the second user is: the B user and the third user are: and C, user. The current state displayed by the user A in the social software is an 'online state', when the user A uses the social software to communicate with the user B and the user C, the chat information sent by the user A to the user B is 'I want to work', the chat information sent by the user A to the user C is 'I want to meet', the current state information which the user A wants to present to the user B in the social software is 'busy state', the current state information which the user A wants to present to the user C in the social software is 'away state', and the current state information displayed to the user B in the social software by the user A is changed from 'online state' to 'busy state', so that the user B sees the current state information of the user A in the social software as 'busy state'; and changing the current state information displayed to the C user by the A user in the social software from the 'online state' to the 'away state', so that the C user sees the current state information of the A user as the 'away state' in the social software.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: obtaining chat information sent to a second user by a first user through social software, and extracting keywords in the chat information; and determining first user state information corresponding to the keyword according to a preset mapping table, and further changing the current state information displayed to the second user by the first user in the social software into the first user state information, so that the second user can see the current state information of the first user as the first user state information in the social software. The current state information displayed to the second user by the first user through the social software is only changed, and the current state information displayed to other users by the first user through the social software is not changed, so that the global consistency of the current state information of the first user is avoided, the personalized current state information is displayed, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
In practical application, social software may also have a group chat communication mode, and at this time, a user may not or does not want to reply chat information sent by a certain group chat user through the social software in time.
For example: when the a user uses the social software to communicate with other users, the a user may not or does not want to reply to the group chat information sent by the group chat user through the social software, and for the E user, the a user may reply to the chat information sent by the E user through the social software.
In this implementation manner, a user status field may be added for each chat object in the social software of the first user, where the user status field is the same as the user status set by the first user in the social software by default, and when the chat object in the social software of the first user views the user status of the first user, what is actually viewed is the user status displayed in the user status field.
Continuing with the above example: the chat object of the user A in the social software is the user B. The user state set by the user a in the social software is "online state", and at this time, what is displayed in the added user state field is "online state", that is, the user state of the user a seen by the user B is "online state". When the chat information sent by the user A to the user B in the social software is that "i want to work", the current state information that the user A wants to present to the user B is in a busy state by extracting the keywords in the chat information and looking up the table 1, at this time, the "online state" displayed in the added user state field is changed into a busy state, and the user B sees that the user state information of the user A is in a busy state in the social software.
In view of the above problems, the embodiment of the present disclosure may determine the user state that the user wants to present to each of the other users who chat individually and each of the group chat users by referring to the chat information sent by the user to each of the other users who chat individually and each of the group chat users, thereby avoiding global consistency of the user state, implementing personalized display of the user state, and improving the satisfaction of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, the step S101 may be implemented as: step S1012; the step S104 may be implemented as: step S1042.
In step S1012, chat information sent by the first user in a group chat through social software is acquired.
In step S1042, the current status information displayed to the group chat user by the first user in the social software is changed into the first user status information, so that the group chat user sees the current status information of the first user as the first user status information in the social software.
For example: the first user is: a, a user; the group chat is carried out as follows: and B group. The current state displayed by the user A in the social software is an 'online state', when the user A uses the social software to communicate with the users in the group B, the group chat information sent by the user A to the group B is 'I want to work', the current state information which the user A wants to present to each group chat user in the group B is 'busy state' by extracting keywords in the group chat information and looking up the table 1, and at the moment, the current state information displayed to each group chat user in the group B by the user A in the social software is changed from 'online state' to 'busy state', so that each group chat user in the group B sees the current state information of the user A in the social software as 'busy state'.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: obtaining chat information sent by a first user in group chat through social software, and extracting keywords in the chat information; and determining first user state information corresponding to the keyword according to a preset mapping table, and changing the current state information displayed to the group chat user by the first user in the social software into the first user state information so that the group chat user sees the current state information of the first user as the first user state information in the social software.
