背景技术
地坪机电路系统一般设置一个交流接触器用于启动和控制交流电机,地坪机在使用过程中,经常出现意外停工问题,工人经常不能得知故障问题是由于接通的外接电源出现问题还是机器本身出现问题,从而排查故障难度较大,且十分繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,地坪机电源监控装置,包括电源显示窗口、漏电保护开关、交流接触器、综合保护器、电机和外电源,漏电保护开关和电源显示窗口分别电连接外电源,漏电保护开关的L1、L2、L3接口分别与交流接触器的J1、J2、J3接口相连,交流接触器T1、T2、T3接口分别与综合保护器Z1、Z2、Z3相连,综合保护器U1、U2、U3接口与电机相连,综合保护器A线连接交流接触器A2接口,B线连接交流接触器14NO接口。
交流接触器用于启动和控制交流电机;
综合保护器,对电机进行控制和保护,过载、过流、欠压、过压、欠流、短路、缺相、漏电、相位等综合功能于一身;
漏电保护开关,用来在设备发生漏电故障时以及对有致命危险的人身触电保护,具有过载和短路保护功能,可用来保护线路或电动机的过载和短路;
电源显示窗口,显示接入电源是否正常,电源进入地坪机工作是否正常。从而为工人判定机器故障源头,外接电源是否合适。
在一些实施方式中,还包括控制盒,所述控制盒包括启动模块,启动模块与交流接触器14NO接口及J3接口相连。设置控制盒,控制盒启动模块用于控制交流接触器启动电机,按下启动模块,交流接触器14NO接口及J3接口连通,启动交流接触器并启动电机。
在一些实施方式中,控制盒包括急停模块,所述急停模块与交流接触器13NO接口及J3接口相连。急停模块按下,交流接触器13NO接口及J3接口连通,交流接触器关闭电机。

在一些实施方式中,电源显示窗口设有液晶屏,所述液晶屏显示接入电源电压数值。液晶屏显示接入电源电压数值,可看到接入电源为220v或320v,如果显示负数即为火零线接反。
在一些实施方式中,电源指示灯和工作指示灯分别设有红、绿灯。红灯表示异常,绿灯表示正常。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明地坪机电源监控装置,通过设置电源显示窗口,显示外接电源状态,指示外接电源是否正常,同时指示地坪机工作电源是否正常,同时显示电压读数,辅助判断电源异常故障。

如图1所示,地坪机电源监控装置,包括电源显示窗口、漏电保护开关、交流接触器、综合保护器、电机和外电源,漏电保护开关和电源显示窗口分别电连接外电源,漏电保护开关的L1、L2、L3接口分别与交流接触器的J1、J2、J3接口相连,交流接触器T1、T2、T3接口分别与综合保护器Z1、Z2、Z3相连,综合保护器U1、U2、U3接口与电机相连,综合保护器A线连接交流接触器A2接口,B线连接交流接触器14NO接口。
交流接触器用于启动和控制交流电机;
综合保护器,对电机进行控制和保护,过载、过流、欠压、过压、欠流、短路、缺相、漏电、相位等综合功能于一身;
漏电保护开关,用来在设备发生漏电故障时以及对有致命危险的人身触电保护,具有过载和短路保护功能,可用来保护线路或电动机的过载和短路;
电源显示窗口,显示接入电源是否正常,电源进入地坪机工作是否正常。从而为工人判定机器故障源头,外接电源是否合适。

急停模块保持常开状态,按下急停按钮时,闭合连通。急停模块常驻常开状态,当按下急停按钮时,交流接触器13NO接口及J3接口瞬间连通,交流接触器关闭电机。
电源显示窗口包括电源指示灯和工作指示灯。设置电源指示灯和工作指示灯,电源指示灯指示外接电源是否正常,工作指示灯指示地坪机电路是否正常工作。
电源显示窗口设有液晶屏,所述液晶屏显示接入电源电压数值。液晶屏显示接入电源电压数值,可看到接入电源为220v或320v,如果显示负数即为火零线接反。
电源指示灯和工作指示灯分别设有红、绿灯。红灯表示异常,绿灯表示正常。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明地坪机电源监控装置,通过设置电源显示窗口,显示外接电源状态,指示外接电源是否正常,同时指示地坪机工作电源是否正常,同时显示电压读数,辅助判断电源异常故障。

1.地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,包括电源显示窗口、漏电保护开关、交流接触器、综合保护器、电机和外电源,所述漏电保护开关和电源显示窗口分别电连接外电源,所述漏电保护开关的L1、L2、L3接口分别与交流接触器的J1、J2、J3接口相连,所述交流接触器T1、T2、T3接口分别与综合保护器Z1、Z2、Z3相连,所述综合保护器U1、U2、U3接口与电机相连,所述综合保护器A线连接交流接触器A2接口,B线连接交流接触器14NO接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,还包括控制盒,所述控制盒包括启动模块,所述启动模块与交流接触器14NO接口及J3接口相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,所述控制盒包括急停模块,所述急停模块与交流接触器13NO接口及J3接口相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,所述急停模块保持常开状态,按下急停按钮时,闭合连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,所述电源显示窗口包括电源指示灯和工作指示灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,所述电源显示窗口设有液晶屏,所述液晶屏显示接入电源电压数值。
7.根据权利要求5所述的地坪机电源监控装置,其特征在于,所述电源指示灯和工作指示灯分别设有红、绿灯。
