Abstract
本发明公开了一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,用于音频信号传输,其特征在于:包括多组音频信号传输单元,每组音频信号单元由多股绞合线、屏蔽层、中被层依次组成,所述屏蔽层由内层和外层构成,内层为铝箔、铜箔、锡纸的任一一种,外层为编织或缠绕在所述内层外侧的金属丝,所述屏蔽层的外侧包裹有由聚醚酮制成的中被层,多组所述音频信号传输单元由外被层包裹。增加了屏蔽层,屏蔽层为导电金属材质,不但可以保证线材产生稳定的线性阻抗,保证了信号传输的稳定性,还可以提高线材的抗拉性,同时还可以作为排流线使用。中被层由聚醚酮制成,使得线缆有很好的耐高温性能,拉伸性能,增加了电缆的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线。
背景技术
信号在传输的过程中,如果传输路径上的特性阻抗发生变化,信号就会在阻抗不连续的结点产生反射,造成信号失真。因原有技术采用电信号,现有的技术越来越多的采用模拟信号,现有技术的音频线缆一般采用不具备屏蔽层的普通线缆,在高电压或高磁性的场所使用普通音频线缆时,会出现杂音,使得语音通话会严重受到干扰。
再者,为了方便携带使用,音频线缆需要频繁将其收纳和展开,由于不断反复的拉伸,现有技术中的音频线缆非常容易损坏,使用寿命低。
发明内容
为了解决以上所述的技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,用于音频信号传输,包括多组音频信号传输单元,每组音频信号单元由多股绞合线(1)、屏蔽层、中被层(4)依次组成,所述多股绞合线为同轴线结构,所述屏蔽层由内层(2)和外层(3)构成,内层为铝箔、铜箔、锡纸的任一一种,外层为编织或缠绕在所述内层外侧的金属丝,所述屏蔽层的外侧包裹有由聚醚酮制成的中被层,多组所述音频信号传输单元由外被层(5)包裹。同轴线的结构,能有效传输模拟信号,致使信号不会在此结构中造成信号完全失真。
进一步,所述外被层为热塑性弹性体材质,使得耳机线具有良好的弹力,从而保护产品寿命较之一般PVC产品的寿命更长
进一步,所述音频信号传输单元为四组,四组音频信号传输单元的截面成正方形排列。
进一步,在四组音频信号传输单元的中央设有防弹丝(6),所述防弹丝为芳纶丝。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
1、增加了屏蔽层,屏蔽层为导电金属材质,不但可以保证线材产生稳定的特性阻抗,保证了信号传输的稳定性,还可以提高线材的抗拉性,同时还可以作为排流线使用;同轴线的结构,能有效传输模拟信号,致使信号不会在此结构中造成信号完全失真;
2、中被层由聚醚酮制成,使得线缆有很好的耐高温性能,拉伸性能,增加了电缆的寿命;
3、防弹丝的设置,使得耳机线具备了防弹特性;
4、新型结构的应用,使得耳机线数据不仅仅可以传输电信号,还可以传输模拟信号。

如图1所示,一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,用于音频信号传输,包括多组音频信号传输单元,每组音频信号单元由多股绞合线、屏蔽层、中被层依次组成,所述屏蔽层设在所述多股绞合线的外侧,所述屏蔽层由内层2和外层3构成,内层为铝箔、铜箔、锡纸的任一一种,外层为编织或缠绕在所述内层外侧的金属丝,增加了屏蔽层,屏蔽层为导电金属材质,不但可以保证线材产生稳定的线性阻抗,保证了信号传输的稳定性,还可以提高线材的抗拉性,同时还可以作为排流线使用。所述屏蔽层的外侧包裹有由聚醚酮制成的中被层,多组所述音频信号传输单元由外被层5包裹。所述外被层为热塑性弹性体材质。所述多股绞合线为同轴线结构。同轴线的结构,能有效传输模拟信号,致使信号不会在此结构中造成信号完全失真。
所述音频信号传输单元为四组,四组音频信号传输单元的截面成正方形排列。中被层由聚醚酮制成,使得线缆有很好的耐高温性能,拉伸性能,增加了电缆的寿命。
在四组音频信号传输单元的中央设有防弹丝6,所述防弹丝为芳纶丝。防弹丝的设置,使得耳机线具备了防弹特性。

1.一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,用于音频信号传输,其特征在于:包括多组音频信号传输单元,每组音频信号单元由多股绞合线(1)、屏蔽层、中被层(4)依次组成,所述多股绞合线为同轴线结构,所述屏蔽层由内层(2)和外层(3)构成,内层为铝箔、铜箔、锡纸的任一一种,外层为编织或缠绕在所述内层外侧的金属丝,所述屏蔽层的外侧包裹有由聚醚酮制成的中被层,多组所述音频信号传输单元由外被层(5)包裹。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,其特征在于:所述外被层为热塑性弹性体材质。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,其特征在在于:所述音频信号传输单元为四组,四组音频信号传输单元的截面成正方形排列。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高屏蔽实用性耳机线,其特征在在于:在四组音频信号传输单元的中央设有防弹丝(6),所述防弹丝为芳纶丝。
