Abstract

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法。该方法通过三维立体图像制作和三维立体图像纹板制作两步生成了三维立体纹板,生成的三维立体纹板采用提花机提花机织造后得到的织物能够体现出三维立体的效果。该方法为三维立体成像织物的发展提供了技术基础。

一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法。
背景技术
如今,三维立体成像技术充斥着我们的生活,那些栩栩如生的立体影像,如3D游戏、3D 动画、3D 影视我们的生活变得更加精彩,但是,在织造领域,作为一个传统的行业,却在这方面发展缓慢,鲜有织物能够呈现立体的效果,同时也缺少相关的三维立体的设计方法。这也限制了织造领域的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法。
本发明通过多个软件对图案进行设置,生成了三维立体的纹样设计,生成的纹样设计可以用于三维织物的织造,使得织造领域也享受到了三维立体成像技术,为三维立体织物的发展提供了基础。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、三维立体图像制作:
(1)三维立体图像Texture制作:采用Photoshop打开一张图片,选取图片大小为640*480,然后修改图像的大小,将图片改为800*600的图片,在图片上精确地选取一个循环,在同样的像素点拉一条参考线;建立一个Texture所需图像大小的空白图像,为110*620,在垂直方向建立两条参考线,分别为10pix和100pix,然后在水平方向建立两条参考线,分别为20pix和600pix,再将刚刚建立的那个完整的循环复制到此图像中来,并对齐到参考线;将垂直参考线10pix左侧的图像用矩形选矿工具选中,复制到垂直参考线600pix的右侧空白处,合并图层;同理将水平参考线600pix下的图像复制到水平参考线20pix之上的空白区域中;选取水平参考线600pix以上和垂直参考线10pix右侧部分,用矩形选框工具选中,复制到一个新建图像100*600中,便得到了一个所需的四方连续的Texture;
(2)三维立体图像Mask制作
对于文字的Mask,采用Xara3d6D,对于制作图像的Mask时,选用Photoshop制图软件;
选用Photoshop软件,首先建立一个Mask所需大小的空白图像,将其背景色改为黑色,将打开的Mask图案文件中的图像用多边形套索圈出,并复制到新建好的背景为黑色的图像中来,调节图像,达到合适的画面大小,当前图像的色彩模式为RGB格式,将其图像色彩模式调节为索引模式,打开其颜色表,将其颜色逐一替换,具体为将白色部分替换为黑色,其他颜色替换为灰色,利用加深减淡工具对得到的图像进行处理,得到最终的Mask;
(3)三维立体图像合成制作
当Mask和Texture都制作完成后,将两者合成制作为三维立体图像,首先将3dmrc打开,分别导入Mask和Texture文件,再对各项参数进行处理,生成三维立体纹样;
步骤二、三维立体图像纹板制作
(1)三维立体图像配色
将打开的三维立体纹样导入Photoshop软件中,根据织造时用到的提花机的参数设置像素,基于采用两台2400针的提花机拼合而成的4800针的提花机,将单幅图片像素改为2400pix*1800pix;
具体为:首先将图像颜色模式改为索引模式,调板选用局部可感知,这样便得到12个颜色;基于最后的配色为4个颜色,故打开其颜色表,将其他颜色逐一替换为色块所需的颜色,再将色彩模式还原为RGB模式;
(2)三维立体纹板制作
三维立体图像配色完成后,一共有四个颜色,此处采用重纬组织,甲纬颜色为#BDAB34,乙纬为#A78233,经线颜色选择#EAE9E6;
首先将2400*1800的彩色*.bmp图像在Photoshop中打开,使用魔棒工具,将所要填充的色块选中,在选中时,容差设置为0,取消消除锯齿和连续,对不同的色块用不同的组织进行填充,其中在填充组织时,要考虑到色块的颜色和经纬纱颜色,将其进行配合,使得色块需要表达多的颜色在上方,所以利用纬二重组织设计的方法,得到色块组织配合,使得各色块颜色能够很好的表达,达到理想的设计效果;
继续在Photoshop中完成纹板的制作,新建一张4960*1800的空白图像,在垂直方向建立参考线,分别为2pix,32pxi,96pix,2496pix,4896pix,第1-2列填充选纬针,3-32列填充空纬针,33-96列填充左边针,中间97-4896填充主纹针,4897-4960列填充右边针;
将图片导入Jcad软件中,将其分色,1号为白色,2号为黑色,再进行小样参数的设置,并建立投梭,设置样卡,最后生成格式为Jc5的纹板文件,用于织物的织造。
作为优选方案,三维立体图像Texture制作时,选用不规则图案的图像。如果采用规则的图像,在生成三维立体图像后变形较大。
作为优选方案,不规则图案的图像为不规则的散点式排列。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:提供了一种三维立体纹样的设计方法,为三维立体织物的织造提供了基础,能够通过本方案的方法,设计出能够应用于织造三维成像的织物织造的纹样。丰富了人们织物的产品。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
如果无特殊说明,本发明的实施例中所采用的原料均为本领域常用的原料,实施例中所采用的方法,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、三维立体图像制作:
(1)三维立体图像Texture制作:为了保证生成的三维立体纹样没有明显的接缝,所以对于Texture来讲,一定要四方连续的,那么就要用到Photoshop这款软件来制作四方连续的Texture;采用Photoshop打开一张不规则的散点式图片,此处一定要选择不规则图片,如果选择规则图片,在生成三维立体图像后变形较大,如图1所示。选取图片大小为640*480,然后修改图像的大小,将图片改为800*600的图片,在图片上精确地选取一个循环,在同样的像素点拉一条参考线;如图2所示,选取一个完整的循环,在同样的像素点拉一条参考线。
建立一个Texture所需图像大小的空白图像,为110*620,在垂直方向建立两条参考线,分别为10pix和100pix,然后在水平方向建立两条参考线,分别为20pix和600pix,再将刚刚建立的那个完整的循环复制到此图像中来,并对齐到参考线,如图3所示;
将垂直参考线10pix左侧的图像用矩形选矿工具选中,复制到垂直参考线600pix的右侧空白处,合并图层;同理将水平参考线600pix下的图像复制到水平参考线20pix之上的空白区域中,如图4所示;选取水平参考线600pix以上和垂直参考线10pix右侧部分,用矩形选框工具选中,复制到一个新建图像100*600中,便得到了一个所需的四方连续的Texture;
(2)三维立体图像Mask制作
对于接下来就是制作mask来讲,就要借助其他软件,对于文字的Mask,采用Xara3d6D,对于制作图像的Mask时,选用Photoshop制图软件;
选用Photoshop软件,首先建立一个Mask所需大小的空白图像,将其背景色改为黑色,将打开的Mask图案文件中的图像用多边形套索圈出,并复制到新建好的背景为黑色的图像中来,调节图像,达到合适的画面大小,如图5所示;当前图像的色彩模式为RGB格式,将其图像色彩模式调节为索引模式,其实际颜色数为12个,打开其颜色表,如图6所示,将其颜色逐一替换,具体为将白色部分替换为黑色,其他颜色替换为灰色得到的颜色图表如图7所示,得到的效果如图8所示,利用加深减淡工具对得到的图像进行处理,得到最终的Mask,如图9所示;
(3)三维立体图像合成制作
当Mask和Texture都制作完成后,将两者合成制作为三维立体图像,首先将3dmrc打开,分别导入Mask和Texture文件,再对各项参数进行处理,生成三维立体纹样,如图10所示,
在三维立体图像制作完成后,对其基本参数的设置,如图11所示,重复周期和填充深度分别为80像素和95%,可以使得图像内元素既能完整的表达,又能使立体元素能尽量更大些。3D深度系数为80使得三维立体画中的立体元素获得更好的立体效果。采样值、模糊半径的值分别设置为2和0可以使得图像的画面更为清晰。图片质量保存为原图像的80%。将立体图类型设置为纹理,就可以讲我们建立的Texture运用于图像中。纹理填充效果使用简单最能讲图像中的立体纹样表达出来。渲染算法选择从中心,使得图像的边缘较为整齐,使得在接四方连续的时候图像的接缝变的不是特别明显。如果选从左到右会使得一边的接缝特别明显,图图12所示。
颜色比特率设置为8bits。而图像的大小选择为1280pix*960pix,既使得图像的大小与原Mask的图像成比例,使得图像不会变形,又使得图像在拼接的过程中,接缝不明显。如果Texture和Mask的高度和宽度不相匹配,也会导致中间部分有明显的接缝;如图13所示。
接下来还可以替换不同的Mask、Texture或者是两者都进行替换,得到不同效果的立体图像,如图14所示,通过改变Texture,得到图像,同样得到清晰的立体效果。如图15所示,是将Texture和Mask都进行改变得到的立体图像,其Mask是文字的,也是可以的,如图16所示。
在完成三维立体图像的制作后,采用如下几种三维立体画的观察方法进行观察:
1.放松眼睛,模糊地看着图像,就好比虽然看着一件东西,但脑子里却在想别的事情一样。这样,在上面的样板画下边起初你可以看到4个黑点,慢慢地调整你眼睛的松弛度,4个点会渐渐变成3个,此时,保持松弛,缓缓地将眼光上移至图片全局,就可以神奇的三维效果了。
2.先将你的脸贴近图片并且眼光好象穿过图片,然后缓缓地拉开距离,不要使眼睛在图片上聚焦,但又要保持你的视线,边拉开边放松视觉,直到三维效果显现出来。
步骤二、三维立体图像纹板制作
(1)三维立体图像配色
将打开的三维立体纹样导入Photoshop软件中,根据织造时用到的提花机的参数设置像素,基于采用两台2400针的提花机拼合而成的4800针的提花机,将单幅图片像素改为2400pix*1800pix;
具体为:首先将图像颜色模式改为索引模式,调板选用局部可感知,如图17所示,这样便得到12个颜色,如图18所示;基于最后的配色为4个颜色,故打开其颜色表,将其他颜色逐一替换为色块所需的颜色,得到新的颜色表如图19所示,经过颜色替换后,新的图像的颜色也发生变化,立体图像如图20所示。再将色彩模式还原为RGB模式。再将色彩模式还原为RGB模式;
为了观察在拼接过程中,接缝是否不很明显,新建一个4800pix*3600pix的图像,分别在竖直方向和水平方向建立2400pix和1800pix的参考线,将先前替换过颜色的图片复制到新的图层当中,并再复制三个相同的图像,将其都对齐到边缘和参考线。得到的图像进行观察比较如图21所示,确定接缝是否明显,是否能够达到理想的效果。
(2)三维立体纹板制作
三维立体图像配色完成后,一共有四个颜色,此处采用重纬组织,甲纬颜色为#BDAB34,乙纬为#A78233,如图22所示,经线颜色选择#EAE9E6,如图23所示;
在制作纹板时我们可以采用jcad用传统方法制作,但我们也可以采用photoshop来进行制作。
这里采用photoshop制作,首先将2400*1800的彩色*.bmp图像在Photoshop中打开,使用魔棒工具,将所要填充的色块选中,在选中时,容差设置为0,取消消除锯齿和连续,对不同的色块用不同的组织进行填充,得到的图像如图24所示,其中在填充组织时,要考虑到色块的颜色和经纬纱颜色,将其进行配合,使得色块需要表达多的颜色在上方,所以利用纬二重组织设计的方法,得到色块组织配合,使得各色块颜色能够很好的表达,达到理想的设计效果,各色块组织如图25所示;
继续在Photoshop中完成纹板的制作,新建一张4960*1800的空白图像,在垂直方向建立参考线,分别为2pix,32pxi,96pix,2496pix,4896pix,如图26所示;第1-2列填充选纬针,3-32列填充空纬针,33-96列填充左边针,中间97-4896填充主纹针,4897-4960列填充右边针;填充辅助针的组织如图27所示;其中这里用到布边的设计,与正身组织有关,要求紧度稍大于正身,结构紧密。填充后的完成的纹板如图28所示。
将图片导入Jcad软件中,将其分色,1号为白色,2号为黑色,再进行小样参数的设置,并建立投梭,设置样卡,最后生成格式为Jc5的纹板文件如图29所示,用于织物的织造。
经织造后,得到的织物具备三维立体效果。在用此纹板文件进行试织,得到了适合用作墙布的面料。其织物实物效果图如图30所示,应用效果模拟图如图31和图32所示。

Claims (3)

1.一种织物的三维立体纹样设计方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、三维立体图像制作:
(1)三维立体图像Texture制作:采用Photoshop打开一张图片,选取图片大小为640*480,然后修改图像的大小,将图片改为800*600的图片,在图片上精确地选取一个循环,在同样的像素点拉一条参考线;建立一个Texture所需图像大小的空白图像,为110*620,在垂直方向建立两条参考线,分别为10pix和100pix,然后在水平方向建立两条参考线,分别为20pix和600pix,再将刚刚建立的那个完整的循环复制到此图像中来,并对齐到参考线;将垂直参考线10pix左侧的图像用矩形选框工具选中,复制到垂直参考线600pix的右侧空白处,合并图层;同理将水平参考线600pix下的图像复制到水平参考线20pix之上的空白区域中;选取水平参考线600pix以上和垂直参考线10pix右侧部分,用矩形选框工具选中,复制到一个新建图像100*600中,便得到了一个所需的四方连续的Texture;
(2)三维立体图像Mask制作
