Abstract
The invention discloses a portable carrier module detector, which comprises a detection mainboard, a display, a keyboard, a power supply and a panel, wherein the detection mainboard comprises a processor, a storage chip, a crystal oscillator circuit and a JTAG switching terminal; the processor is provided with a first serial port to a third serial port, and the first serial port to the third serial port are detachably connected with a 09-version three-phase carrier module, a 13-version three-phase carrier module and a single-phase carrier module through JTAG switching terminals respectively. The invention utilizes the processor to simulate the point reading principle of the concentrator to send a data request, and judges whether the device to be tested has a fault according to whether the processor or the intelligent electric meter to be tested replies data. The invention is compatible with 13, 09 version three-phase carrier modules, and is suitable for carrier modules of concentrators with faults detected off line and carrier modules of intelligent electric meters with faults detected on line and off line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metering devices in the power industry, and relates to a carrier module for offline detecting a faulty concentrator and online and offline detecting a faulty intelligent electric meter, in particular to a portable carrier module detector.
Background
With the development of the smart grid, the smart electric meter is more and more widely applied. The manufacturers for producing the intelligent electric meters in the market are increased, simultaneously, carrier communication modules used by the manufacturers and modulation modes of the carrier communication modules are different, so that the carrier modules of the same manufacturer are required to be replaced by the carrier modules of the same manufacturer with the concentrator if the intelligent electric meters in the same region need to communicate normally, but the carrier modules are often inconsistent in model in actual distribution work, so that a lot of troubles are brought in installation, overhaul and maintenance links, and a lot of workload is increased. With the popularization of the smart meters, a certain number of smart meters can not be separated from the whole metering system and communication interruption due to various problems, but the detection means is single, and the meters are frequently changed forcibly or placed as the case may be. Therefore, an instrument is urgently needed to assist field personnel to find the cause of the problem and quickly and efficiently solve the problem.
At present, carrier module suppliers selected by manufacturers of electric meters used in electric power systems mainly comprise Dongsu, Qianlong, Dingxin, Xiaocheng, Mimi and Ruisikang. Although carrier modules of various manufacturers cannot be used universally due to different frequencies, the carrier modules have uniform characteristics in terms of hardware, and terminal definitions, power supply sources and external dimensions of the modules of different manufacturers are completely compatible. At present, each manufacturer has a handheld device (an additional control box) for detecting the running electric meter using the module of the manufacturer, and the handheld device cannot be used universally, so that the handheld detection devices of all manufacturers need to be equipped for users, the operation is quite troublesome, and the phenomenon of serial port line damage frequently occurs to tools with very high use frequency. Therefore, if one detection instrument can detect the ammeter and the concentrator which are provided with carrier modules of different manufacturers, the working efficiency of the people can be greatly improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a portable carrier module detector which can detect concentrators and intelligent electric meters configured with carrier modules of different manufacturers.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a portable carrier module detector comprises a detection mainboard, a display, a keyboard, a power circuit and a panel;
the power input ports of the detection mainboard, the display and the keyboard are respectively connected with the output port of the power circuit;
the display signal output port of the detection mainboard is connected with the display signal input port of the display, and the write-in signal input port of the detection mainboard is connected with the write-in signal output port of the keyboard;
the detection mainboard comprises a processor, a memory chip, a crystal oscillator circuit and a JTAG switching terminal;
the processor is provided with a first serial port, a second serial port, a third serial port and a third serial port, wherein the first serial port is detachably connected with a 09-version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal, the second serial port is detachably connected with a 13-version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal, and the third serial port is detachably connected with a single-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal;
the storage signal input port of the storage chip is connected with the storage signal output port of the processor;
the panel is provided with a display window, a key area, a 09 version three-phase carrier module connecting window, a 13 version three-phase carrier module connecting window and a single-phase carrier module connecting window.
As a limitation: the portable carrier module detector also comprises a UPS;
the UPS comprises a UPS switch and a UPS indicator light, and an output port of the UPS is connected with an input port of the power circuit;
the panel is provided with a UPS switch button, a UPS indicator light window and a UPS charging window;
and the panel is provided with an external power supply window and a power supply switch.
As a second limitation: it also includes a code scanner;
the processor is provided with a fourth serial port, and the fourth serial port is connected with the code scanner through a JTAG switching terminal;
and a code scanning instrument interface is arranged on the panel.
As a third limitation: the portable carrier module detector also comprises a power indicator light and an operation indicator light;
and the panel is provided with a power indicator light window and an operation indicator light window.
Due to the adoption of the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical progress that:
(1) the invention can support the detection of carrier modules of different manufacturers and different types, and has strong compatibility;
(2) the invention adopts two energy supply modes of the UPS and the external power supply, and is convenient and practical;
(3) the intelligent ammeter address scanning input method supports two modes of keyboard input and code scanning instrument scanning input, and is complete in function;
(4) the invention has small volume and is convenient to carry;
the invention is suitable for detecting the concentrator with faults and the carrier module of the intelligent electric meter on line and off line.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Embodiment portable carrier module detector
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the device comprises a detection main board, a display, a keyboard, a power circuit, a panel, a UPS, a code scanner, a power indicator and an operation indicator;
wherein:
the power input ports of the detection mainboard, the display and the keyboard are respectively connected with the output port of the power circuit;
a display signal output port of the detection mainboard is connected with a display signal input port of the display, and a write-in signal input port of the detection mainboard is connected with a write-in signal output port of the keyboard;
the detection main board comprises a processor, a memory chip, a crystal oscillator circuit and a JTAG switching terminal;
the processor is provided with a first serial port to a third serial port, wherein the first serial port is detachably connected with a 09-version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal; the second serial port is detachably connected with the 13-version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal; the third serial port is detachably connected with the single-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal;
the storage signal input port of the storage chip is connected with the storage signal output port of the processor;
as shown in fig. 2, the panel has a display window, a key region, a 09-version three-phase carrier module connection window, a 13-version three-phase carrier module connection window, and a single-phase carrier module connection window.
The UPS comprises a UPS switch and a UPS indicator light, and an output port of the UPS is connected with an input port of the power circuit;
the panel is provided with a UPS switch button, a UPS indicator light window, a UPS charging window, an external power supply window, a power supply switch, a power supply indicator light window, an operation indicator light window and a code scanner interface;
the processor is provided with a fourth serial port which is connected with the code scanner through a JTAG switching terminal;
in the embodiment, the processor adopts a chip STM32F407V8T6, and the memory chip adopts a chip M24C 32; the power supply circuit adopts a high-frequency switching power supply chip LH15-10B12 to convert 220V alternating current into 12V direct current, adopts a chip 7805 to convert the 12V direct current into 5V voltage, and adopts a power supply conversion chip REG1117-3.3 to convert 5V voltage into 3.3V voltage.
Detection principle of intelligent electric meter carrier module: selecting a 09 version three-phase carrier module or a 13 version three-phase carrier module which is spliced on a JTAG switching terminal and matched with the intelligent electric meter to be tested according to needs, then starting to test the intelligent electric meter on line, inputting the address of the intelligent electric meter to be tested into a portable carrier module detector by using a keyboard or a code scanner, clicking a 'test' key to start testing, simulating the principle of point reading of a concentrator by using a processor, sending a data request to the intelligent electric meter to be tested through the 09 version three-phase carrier module or the 13 version three-phase carrier module which is spliced on the JTAG switching terminal, if the intelligent electric meter to be tested replies data, displaying the current electric quantity data of the intelligent electric meter to be tested on a display of the portable carrier module detector, proving that the intelligent electric meter to be tested is normally operated, eliminating the faults of the intelligent electric meter to be tested and the carrier module thereof, and inquiring the upper end, Reasons for cable looseness, VPN setup errors, etc.); if the intelligent electric meter has no data reply, the carrier module can be detached, the intelligent electric meter is inserted into a JPAG switching terminal from a single-phase carrier module connecting window of a portable carrier module detector, a 'test' button is clicked to start testing, the processor simulates the principle of point reading of a concentrator and sends a data request through a 09 edition three-phase carrier module or a 13 edition three-phase carrier module which is inserted into the JTAG switching terminal, the data request is sent to the processor through the single-phase carrier module to be tested, the processor simulates the intelligent electric meter to reply the data request, if the processor replies data, data information which simulates current electric quantity data and is sent by the processor can be displayed on a display of the portable carrier module detector, the actual operation of the single-phase carrier module to be tested is proved to be normal, and if the processor has no data reply, the single-phase carrier module to be tested is proved.
Detection principle of concentrator carrier module: the concentrator carrier module is a three-phase carrier module, the detection mode of the concentrator carrier module is just opposite to that of a single-phase module, the good single-phase module is used for testing the quality of the three-phase module, the single-phase module of a certain manufacturer is used for inserting the concentrator carrier module to be tested, the test is carried out, if the test is successful, the concentrator carrier module is good, and if the test is failed, the concentrator carrier module is bad.
In this embodiment, portable carrier module detector is equipped with portable UPS, can use UPS power supply to accomplish test work when external power supply is unchangeable, preferentially uses external power supply when having external power supply to keep physics and get the electric interface, can be under the battery feed condition, directly get the electricity from the power line side, increase the flexibility.
The "power" indicator light is normally green indicating that the device is in a powered condition; the "running" indicator light is normally green to indicate that the equipment can operate normally; the 'UPS indicating' indicating lamp is normally green to indicate that the UPS works normally.

the processor is provided with a first serial port to a third serial port, the first serial port is detachably connected with a 09 version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal, simulates the point reading principle of the concentrator and sends a data request to the smart meter to be tested through the 09 version three-phase carrier module connected with the JTAG switching terminal through the first serial port in a plug-in mode;
the second serial port is detachably connected with the 13-version three-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal, the processor simulates the point reading principle of the concentrator and sends a data request to the intelligent ammeter to be tested through the 13-version three-phase carrier module inserted into the JTAG switching terminal connected with the second serial port;
the third serial port is detachably connected with the single-phase carrier module through a JTAG switching terminal, the processor simulates the principle of point reading of a concentrator, sends a data request to the intelligent ammeter to be tested through a 09 edition three-phase carrier module or a 13 edition three-phase carrier module which is plugged in the JTAG switching terminal, receives the data request sent by the single-phase carrier module to be tested according to the data request, and then simulates the intelligent ammeter to reply the data request;
the storage signal input port of the storage chip is connected with the storage signal output port of the processor;
the panel is provided with a display window, a key area, a 09 version three-phase carrier module connecting window, a 13 version three-phase carrier module connecting window and a single-phase carrier module connecting window;
and the display window displays according to the detection result data sent by the processor.
