Abstract

本发明公开了一种冷藏柜。本发明箱体固定在基座上,基座四周设有通风散热纱窗,箱体上表面设置推拉门,通过推拉门取放物品,推拉门设置在滑道上,滑道设置在箱体上表面内侧,内胆设置于箱体内,在箱体与内胆之间放置蒸发盘管;箱体采用发泡保温层,推拉柜门采用真空玻璃;两个横流式冷风机风幕布置在内胆与箱体后侧壁的夹层上方,在箱体与内胆之间的夹层中设置进风口和回风口;推拉门两端处设置感应元件,在箱体内侧前侧壁、左侧壁和右侧壁上方分别设置冷光光源,感应元件分别连接冷光光源控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕控制电路。本发明的真空玻璃在室外温度更低时才结露,真空玻璃的隔声性能优于传统玻璃。

节能冷藏柜
技术领域
本发明涉及冷冻冷藏设备领域,更具体的说,是涉及一种冷柜。
背景技术
作为食品冷冻冷藏链中的最后一个环节,超市陈列柜行业伴随着国内超市零售行业的兴起而逐渐发展壮大。
卧式陈列柜结构简单、便于顾客选购,是超市中较常用的冷冻商品陈列柜装置,主要用来存放和销售冻结食品。通常由制冷系统、风路系统、柜体以及柜内食品空间组成,顶部敞开,由风幕将食品与柜外环境隔开减少热空气的进入。但由于风幕风速较大,造成冷柜内外出现较大热质交换,冷风幕长时间运行产生冷柜内部额外热负荷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够减少冷量损失的节能冷柜。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种冷藏柜,包括箱体,其特征是,所述箱体固定在基座上,基座四周设有通风散热纱窗,箱体上表面设置推拉门,通过推拉门取放物品,推拉门设置在滑道上,滑道设置在箱体上表面内侧,内胆设置于箱体内,在箱体与内胆之间放置蒸发盘管;箱体采用发泡保温层,推拉柜门采用真空玻璃;两个横流式冷风机风幕布置在内胆与箱体后侧壁的夹层上方,在箱体与内胆之间的夹层中设置进风口和回风口;推拉门两端处设置感应元件,在箱体内侧前侧壁、左侧壁和右侧壁上方分别设置冷光光源,感应元件分别连接冷光光源控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕控制电路。
所述滑道为上下阶梯滑道。推拉门上设有推拉门把手。
由冷光光源控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕控制电路组成的控制元件位于冷藏柜前箱体。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果是:
1.本发明冷藏柜,柜门采用真空玻璃层,真空玻璃柜门的传热系数比传统玻璃成倍降低,保温性能明显优于传统玻璃柜门,而厚度也成倍减小,由于真空玻璃内部无气体,所以不会产生“内结露、结雾”,而且真空玻璃热阻高,其防外结露结霜性能也相应提高,与同类传统玻璃相比,真空玻璃在室外温度更低时才结露,真空玻璃的隔声性能优于传统玻璃。
2.本发明冷藏柜,柜门设有感应元件,所述感应元件连接到冷风机和冷光光源电路,通过柜门开闭可控制柜内风机启停和光源开关。
3.本发明冷藏柜,开门取放物品时,冷风幕运作,减少了箱体内冷空气与外部热空气之间的换热量,闭门时冷风幕静止,减少了能量消耗。

具体实施方式
通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本实验新型技术方案作进一步详细说明。
本发明节能冷藏柜示意图如图1、图2所示,基座1四周设有通风散热纱窗10,箱体2固定在基座1上,箱体2包括推拉门5,通过推拉门5取放物品,推拉门5上设有推拉门把手11,通过推拉门把手11实现柜门开闭,推拉门5设置在滑道12上,在滑道12内滑动,内胆3用来存放冷藏物品,在箱体2和内胆3之间放置蒸发盘管4。
感应元件7设置在箱体2推拉门闭合处,连接在冷光光源8控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕6控制电路,本发明节能冷藏柜采用三处冷光光源8分别布置在箱体内侧前侧壁、左侧壁和右侧壁2上方,两个横流式冷风机风幕6布置在冷藏柜内胆3与箱体后侧壁2夹层上方,横流式冷风机风幕6通过箱体2和内胆3之间的夹层设置的进风口13抽气,回风口14进行回风。
控制开关9设有总电源开关,光源手动开关。
通过推拉门5可以看到冷藏柜所放置物品,通过冷光光源8可以在光照条件下观察。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种优选方案,在本技术领域不超出权利和不脱离本实验新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形。

1.一种节能冷藏柜,包括箱体,其特征是,所述箱体固定在基座上,基座四周设有通风散热纱窗,箱体上表面设置推拉门,通过推拉门取放物品,推拉门设置在滑道上,滑道设置在箱体上表面内侧,内胆设置于箱体内,在箱体与内胆之间放置蒸发盘管;箱体采用发泡保温层,推拉柜门采用真空玻璃;两个横流式冷风机风幕布置在内胆与箱体后侧壁的夹层上方,在箱体与内胆之间的夹层中设置进风口和回风口;推拉门两端处设置感应元件,在箱体内侧前侧壁、左侧壁和右侧壁上方分别设置冷光光源,感应元件分别连接冷光光源控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕控制电路。
2.根据权利1所述的节能冷藏柜,其特征在于,所述滑道为上下阶梯滑道。
3.根据权利1所述的节能冷藏柜,其特征在于,由冷光光源控制电路和横流式冷风机风幕控制电路组成的控制元件位于冷藏柜前箱体。
