Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a circuit technology, in particular to a water heater control method and device and a water heater.
Background
Compared with an electric water heater, the heat pump water heater product is energy-saving, and more families and people paying attention to environmental protection with larger water consumption begin to use the product.
The current family of china uses the core structure as the owner, and the family population is at 2 ~ 4 people, and the bathing water consumption is not too much at ordinary times, but when relative friend comes home to make a visitor or need bubble bathtub, the water consumption will be many, therefore people often can select a product that capacity is on the large side when purchasing the water heater in order to guarantee the needs of will now. A200L heat pump water heater can be purchased by families of 2-3 people. However, if the capacity is chosen to be larger than the capacity of the hot water, the hot water is not used at ordinary times, and the heat is wasted.
For this reason, there are three solutions in the prior art to solve the above-mentioned problems: the first scheme is as follows: and (4) timing on and off (for example, timing period 9:00-11:00, 9:00 on, 11:00 off). Only at 09: 00-11:00, water is boiled in operation, and water is not boiled in other time, so that waste caused by water boiling in unnecessary time of the machine is avoided.
Scheme II: scheduled water (e.g., scheduled time 17:15 on) combined with medium temperature incubation. The water is boiled in the time period with the highest energy efficiency at noon every day, the water is boiled to the set temperature, when the water temperature is reduced to a certain temperature, the machine automatically starts to boil the water to keep the water temperature, and the water temperature is heated to the set temperature before the scheduled time point 17: 15.
The third scheme is as follows: the temperature difference of the boiling water is set. The user sets two temperature points A ℃ and B ℃ (A < B), the machine starts to boil water when the water temperature is lower than A, and stops to boil water when the water temperature is higher than B.
However, in the first scheme, the energy efficiency of the machine is different due to different temperatures in winter and summer, and the time required for boiling water is different. It takes 2 hours to heat water at 20 c to 40 c in summer and 4 hours in winter. The time required for boiling water is different in different seasons, weather and time points, and a user cannot calculate how long time is required for boiling water by himself, so that long-term experience is required for groping.
In the second scheme, even if water is boiled at the most energy-saving time in the noon, one tank of water is also boiled, the number of people in the family is small, the water in the tank is still inexhaustible, the water temperature is reduced at night, water can be repeatedly boiled again the next day, and hot water is wasted.
In the third scheme, the temperature difference setting of the machine needs to be adjusted repeatedly according to the experience of the user, and is troublesome. In winter, the water temperature required by a user is higher, the energy efficiency of the machine is not good, the machine cannot reach the set water temperature, the machine can continuously run and heat, and the electricity is consumed.
Therefore, when the capacity of a water tank of a water heater is large, how to provide a water heater control method which can meet the water demand, save energy and facilitate the operation of a user is provided.
