技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是涉及一种空气净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,空气污染问题越来越严重,而雾霾问题更是成为人们议论的焦点,每年因大气污染而死亡的人数比交通事故死亡的人数还多,而出门戴口罩、回家开空气净化器已成为很多人“抗霾”的方法,从而使得空气净化器的市场迅速膨胀,但目前市面上的一些主流空气净化器,其净化效率、空气净化的效果并不能很好地满足人们的需求,并且成本较高,不利于市场推广。
目前市场上主流的空气净化技术,主要以HEPA过滤网技术为主,具有安全可靠、单次净化效率高、无附产污染物的优点,不仅可以过滤头发、宠物毛发等较大颗粒,对于微细颗粒也具有十分出众的净化作用,因而被目前的大部分空气净化设备所采用,但HEPA得使用寿命相对较短,每个三个月到半年就要进行更换,耗材成本加大。
就光触媒而言,能迅速杀灭空气中的细菌,从而达到空气净化的作用,净化效果虽好,但也有其缺点。它使用时需要使用紫外线照射,而过多的紫外线对于人体有害。
总之,目前现有的空气净化装置,普遍存在使用成本高、耗能较高、净化效果不佳、净化效率低、使用过程中噪音较大、维护不便等问题,对于空气污染日益严重的今天,现有的大部分空气净化装置,已无法很好的满足人们的净化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种净化效率高、净化效果好、质量稳定、操作简单、性能出色、外型精致美观的空气净化装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种空气净化装置,包括净化箱,所述净化箱由顶板、底板、前面板、背板、左面板、右面板构成,所述顶板上端装置圆环形出风装置,所述底板底端装置万向轮,所述前面板上端左右两侧分别装置空气质量检测装置和触摸屏,前面板下端装置进风口,所述背板上装置维修门,所述左面板前端装置除尘门,所述右面板底端装置电源门;所述净化箱内部装置处理室、除尘室、过滤室、净化室、出风室、电源室;所述处理室、除尘室、过滤室由前往后依次装置在底板上端,所述净化室、出风室分别装置在背板内侧左右两端。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种空气净化装置,通过空气质量检测装置能准确地检测空气状况,并将其反映于显示屏上,便于人们及时了解当前空气质量状况。首先,采用活性炭滤网和活性炭滤棒,进行双重吸附过滤,能有效吸附空气中的大颗粒物,并且活性炭滤网下端设置有集尘盒,便于清理;通过紫外线灭菌和臭氧除味,能有效去除空气中的异味和大部分细菌,并且紫外线灭菌装置只会散射出微量的紫外线,并不会对人体造成伤害,并通过微静电过滤装置对空气进行净化,形成微静电矩阵强电场,对空气中的运动微粒具有较好的吸附效果,尤其是对PM2.5等颗粒污染物去除效果显著,并且送风装置设置为圆环形,能360度为人们输送净化后的空气,全方位的净化空气,并且真正做到高效净化,有效减少雾霾对人们身体健康造成的威胁,为人们还原洁净空气。

本发明的工作原理:一种空气净化装置,净化箱内部装置有蓄电池组,电池容量较大,可充电使用,无需时时插电,不受电源线的限制,并且底端装置有万向轮,移动方便,能自由移动至任意角落;可通过空气质量检测装置对空气进行检测,检测结果经微处理器处理后,反映于触摸屏上,便于人们时时查看空气质量状况,并可以事先通过触摸屏设定具体的空气质量洁净区间,当空气质量检测的结果低于洁净区间最低值时,设备自动开启,进行空气净化;净化一段时间后,自动检测空气质量状况,当空气质量状况合格后,设备自动关闭,自动化程度较高。设备进行空气净化时,集风室内部的微型吸风机将外部空气从进风口吸入后,经除尘室的活性炭滤网初滤,再进入过滤室经活性炭滤棒进行二次过滤,并依次经紫外线灭菌装置、臭氧发生装置进行灭菌、除味处理,最后进入净化室,经微过滤装置净化后,净化后的空气通过出风室内的送风装置从送风管送至圆环形出风装置。其中,活性炭滤网吸附较大颗粒后,污染物直接掉落在集尘盒内,可通过除尘门及时清理集尘盒、活性炭滤网,保障空气净化效果;净化箱背面还设置有维修门,便于设备的维护和维修;出风装置的圆环形设计,能保证净化后的空气全方位的扩散,使净化空气扩散无死角,从而使洁净空气的覆盖范围更广,为人们及时还原洁净空间。
