本发明涉及一种加湿制氧装置,包括机架和静电负高压线包,静电负高压线包安装在机架内部,所述机架呈长方体形状,在所述机架的顶面设有进风口,室内的空气通过进风口进入,在进风口的一侧有一个金属过滤网,金属过滤网的下方设有静电除尘器,在所述静电除尘器的下方依次设有负离子发生器和三氧发生器。本发明所述布氧仪操作简单、绿色环保,通过分子筛蒸发技术,除去水中的钙、镁离子,通过水幕洗涤空气,在加湿的同时还能对空气中的病菌、粉尘、颗粒物进行过滤净化,再经风动装置将湿润洁净的空气送到室内,从而提高环境湿度和洁净度。

技术领域
本发明属于环保设备制造技术领域,具体涉及一种加湿制氧装置。
背景技术
现代快节奏生活的人们,轻微活动就会感到心慌、气短、心率变快,呼吸困难。高生活压力人群,如白领;脑力劳动者,如学生;老年人等都会经常感到乏力、疲劳、失眠、头疼、皮肤暗淡无光泽、注意力不集中、记忆力下降等,这些都是缺氧造成的。尤其现在室内室外的空气质量都很差,一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一甲苯二甲苯、装修材料常年释放的甲醛等含量严重超标,加上密不透风等产生的各种微生物,对人体造成不同程度上的伤害。目前,市场上以普通的吸氧机为主,虽然也可以补充氧气,但是减压、保健效果不明显,而且机器较重,在家移动不方便,耗电量也要在 100瓦以上,同时这种吸氧机如果控制不好就会造成氧气中毒,不仅达不到减压、保健的效果,而且还会危害人体健康。常年使用吸氧机也会寄生了大量的细菌和微生物,需要定期维护与清理而且耗电量大,效率底,浪费能源,成本高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提出了一种加湿制氧装置,所述一种加湿制氧装置操作简单、绿色环保,通过分子筛蒸发技术,除去水中的钙、镁离子,彻底解决“白粉”问题。通过水幕洗涤空气,在加湿的同时还能对空气中的病菌、粉尘、颗粒物进行过滤净化,再经风动装置将湿润洁净的空气送到室内,从而提高环境湿度和洁净度。湿化杯采用无毒ABS塑料,ABS有优良的力学性能,其冲击强度极好;耐磨性优良,尺寸稳定性好,又具有耐油性;电绝缘性较好,并且几乎不受温度、湿度和频率的影响,可在大多数环境下使用。ABS不受水、无机盐、碱及多种酸的影响,ABS的热稳定性好,不易出现降解现象。
本发明的技术方案为:一种加湿制氧装置,包括机架和静电负高压线包,静电负高压线包安装在机架内部,所述机架呈长方体形状,在所述机架的顶面设有进风口,室内的空气通过进风口进入,在进风口的一侧有一个金属过滤网,金属过滤网的下方设有静电除尘器,在所述静电除尘器的下方依次设有负离子发生器和三氧发生器,所述静电负高压线包分别为静电除尘器、负离子发生器和三氧发生器提供电力,在三氧发生器的下方设有活性炭网,在所述机架的侧面设有湿化杯推口,所述湿化杯推口通过一个卡扣与前门相连接,在所述活性炭网的下部设有横流风机,在横流风机的上部设有出风口,所述出风口配有可旋转风门,在所述机架的正面右侧设有触摸式显示屏,在触摸式显示屏的下方设有控制模块,在控制模块的左侧设有一个电磁阀,电磁阀与一个氧气管道相连接,在所述湿化杯推口的右侧设有净化型湿化器,所述控制模块通过控制线分别与触摸式显示屏、电磁阀、负离子发生器、横流风机、三氧发生器和净化型湿化器相连接。
静电除尘器利用高压电场使烟气发生电离,气流中的粉尘荷电在电场作用下与气流分离,从而达到除尘的效果。
负离子发生器利用针状电极和金属网电极之间的高电压作用产生不均匀电场,使空气电离,当针状电极上加负高压脉冲时,就会将针状电极周围的空气电离,电离产生的正离子被负电极吸收,而负离子空气通过金属网正极,在横流风机作用下,送到室内。
三氧发生器能快速消除空气中的异味、烟尘,具有空气消毒杀菌的功能。
所述净化型湿化器包含湿化杯、加湿口和观察口。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明结构简单,使用方便,美观实用,能够对人体起到调节作用。

具体实施方式:
参见附图所示,本发明包括机架16和静电负高压线包,静电负高压线包安装在机架16内部,所述机架16呈长方体形状,在所述机架16的顶面设有进风口2,室内的空气通过进风口进入,在进风口2的一侧有一个金属过滤网1,金属过滤网1的下方设有静电除尘器15,在所述静电除尘器15的下方依次设有负离子发生器7和三氧发生器12,所述静电负高压线包分别为静电除尘器15、负离子发生器7和三氧发生器12提供电力,在三氧发生器12的下方设有活性炭网10,活性炭网则进一步的过滤了进入布氧仪中的空气,活性炭是一种很细小的炭粒 有很大的表面积,而且炭粒中还有更细小的孔——毛细管。这种毛细管具有很强的吸附能力,由于炭粒的表面积很大,所以能与气体(杂质)充分接触。当这些气体(杂质)碰到毛细管被吸附,起净化作用。在所述机架16的侧面设有湿化杯推口13,所述湿化杯推口13通过一个卡扣与前门14相连接,可打开前门14,可对金属过滤网1、静电除尘器15、负离子发生器7、三氧发生器12等进行清洗,保证它们正常工作,延长使用寿命。
在所述活性炭网10的下部设有横流风机8,横流风机8外壳采用铝制材料,为精密模具冲压成型,电泳处理,外观精美,结构稳定。风轮经严格的动静平衡测试,动转平稳,风量大,风压高,且震动小、噪音低。配备耐高温的高效率马达,直连式安装,性能稳定,风机可拆卸,便于清洗,增加了风机的使用寿命。在横流风机8的上部设有出风口9,所述出风口9配有可旋转风门,可旋转式风门安全、健康、便捷,风门方向按自身需求利用遥控器或触摸显示屏可自行调整,使用便捷。在所述机架16的正面右侧设有触摸式显示屏3,在触摸式显示屏3的下方设有控制模块5,在控制模块5的左侧设有一个电磁阀6,电磁阀6与一个氧气管道4相连接,在所述湿化杯推口13的右侧设有净化型湿化器11,所述控制模块5通过控制线分别与触摸式显示屏3、电磁阀6、负离子发生器7、横流风机8、三氧发生器12和净化型湿化器11相连接。触摸式显示屏3可显示补氧、加湿等数据,让人们可以根据需要自身的需要来设定数值,触摸式显示屏3可以在不使用遥控器的情况下直接操作,简单方便;即使遥控器丢失也不会影响布氧仪的正常使用。控制模块5设有双面单层的驱动板,驱动板根据布氧仪传递的各种信息来控制布氧仪的运行数值,从而保证布氧仪更好工作。静电除尘器15利用高压电场使烟气发生电离,气流中的粉尘荷电在电场作用下与气流分离,从而达到除尘的效果。

1.一种加湿制氧装置,其特征是:包括机架和静电负高压线包,静电负高压线包安装在机架内部,所述机架呈长方体形状,在所述机架的顶面设有进风口,室内的空气通过进风口进入,在进风口的一侧有一个金属过滤网,金属过滤网的下方设有静电除尘器,在所述静电除尘器的下方依次设有负离子发生器和三氧发生器,所述静电负高压线包分别为静电除尘器、负离子发生器和三氧发生器提供电力,在三氧发生器的下方设有活性炭网,在所述机架的侧面设有湿化杯推口,所述湿化杯推口通过一个卡扣与前门相连接,在所述活性炭网的下部设有横流风机,在横流风机的上部设有出风口,所述出风口配有可旋转风门,在所述机架的正面右侧设有触摸式显示屏,在触摸式显示屏的下方设有控制模块,在控制模块的左侧设有一个电磁阀,电磁阀与一个氧气管道相连接,在所述湿化杯推口的右侧设有净化型湿化器,所述控制模块通过控制线分别与触摸式显示屏、电磁阀、负离子发生器、横流风机、三氧发生器和净化型湿化器相连接。
