本发明属于照明灯具领域,具体公开了具有散热功能的LED照明灯,包括LED灯本体和散热座;散热座上设有供LED灯本体装入的凹孔,LED灯本体与凹孔的侧壁之间均匀设有隔片,隔片固定在凹孔内,隔片将LED灯本体与凹孔之间的空间分隔成独立的通风腔,LED灯本体与凹孔的底壁之间留有通风间隙,通风间隙与通风腔连通;散热座外设有嵌入地面的外壳,外壳包裹住散热座,外壳与散热座之间设有支撑柱,外壳与散热座的侧壁之间的间隙成为进风腔,散热座的底部设有通孔;通风腔上设有倾斜的挡片,挡片的下侧固定在凹孔的侧壁上,挡片的上侧靠近LED灯本体。本发明针对现有LED照明灯用作藏地灯时,散热效果不好的技术问题,提供一种具有散热功能的LED照明灯。

具有散热功能的LED照明灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具领域,具体涉及一种具有散热功能的LED照明灯。
背景技术
目前的LED照明灯,通常采用整体密封、整体散热的技术,即多颗小功率LED按一定间隔直接焊接固定在一块线路板上,然后固定在一块散热板或者灯具整体的散热外壳上,从而实现LED的散热;为了防潮防水,灯具正面再加一个玻璃(或其它透明材料)面罩。
散热外壳主要是设置铝质的翅片来达到散热功能的。当LED照明灯用作藏地灯的时候,此时LED照明灯通常是安装在广场或者草坪的地底,空气对流差,散热效果差。
因此,LED照明灯还是会出现温度过高的情况。针对现在LED照明灯用作藏地灯时散热效果差的问题,现在急需一种散热效果好的LED照明灯。
发明内容
本发明针对现有LED照明灯用作藏地灯时,散热效果不好的技术问题,提供一种具有高效散热功能的LED照明灯。
本发明提供的基础方案为:具有散热功能的LED照明灯,包括LED灯本体和散热座;散热座上设有供LED灯本体装入的凹孔,LED灯本体与凹孔的侧壁之间均匀设有隔片,隔片固定在凹孔内,隔片将LED灯本体与凹孔之间的空间分隔成独立的通风腔,LED灯本体与凹孔的底壁之间留有通风间隙,通风间隙与通风腔连通;散热座外设有嵌入地面的外壳,外壳包裹住散热座,外壳与散热座之间设有支撑柱,外壳与散热座的侧壁之间的间隙成为进风腔,散热座的底部设有通孔;通风腔上设有倾斜的挡片,挡片的下侧固定在凹孔的侧壁上,挡片的上侧靠近LED灯本体。
本发明的工作原理及优点在于:LED灯本体发热主要是上表面和侧面。上表面是因为LED灯在工作过程中本身会发热,侧面是因为LED灯在工作时电源会发热。在LED灯本体工作时,外壳是嵌入地面的,当LED灯本体工作时,LED灯的侧面发热。LED灯本体与凹孔的侧壁之间均匀设有隔片,隔片固定在凹孔内,隔片将LED灯本体与凹孔之间的空间分隔成独立的通风腔,这样会使得通风腔内温度上升,空气的温度上升后体积会膨胀,在烟囱效应的作用下,通风腔内的空气向上运动。
通风腔上设有挡片,挡片的下侧固定在凹孔的侧壁上,挡片的上侧靠近LED灯本体,挡片设计成这样的形状是为了约束从通风腔内出来的气流,让气流刚好能够运动到LED灯本体的正上方。通风腔内的空气在挡片的作用下,会运动到LED灯本体的正上方,此时由于LED灯本体的上表面也发热比较严重,因此,这部分空气会被再次加热,然后向上运动,形成一股向上升起的热气流,带走LED灯本体的热量。并且挡片还具有分隔通风腔出来的气流和进入进风腔的气流的效果。
在通风腔内的空气向上运动的过程中,通风腔底部的气压会降低,散热座的底部设有通孔,因此,会将进风腔内的空气吸入进来。由于进风腔内的空气与LED灯本体之间为直接接触,因此进风腔内的空气温度还是较低的,进风腔内的空气压强也较大,能够让进风腔内的空气顺利进入到通风间隙中,通风间隙内空气能够对LED灯本体的下面进行散热。
当进风腔内的空气进入到通风腔中之后,进风腔内的气压相较与外界气压也降低,进风腔将外界的空气吸入,外界的空气温度相较与进风腔原来的温度肯定较低,这样能够对进风腔进行持续冷却的作用。根据流体的流速越快压强越小的原理,在LED灯本体上表面形成上升的热气流之后,会让其他地方的冷空气向下运动到进风腔的附近,这样的设计能够方便进风腔将冷空气吸入。
在下雨天时,雨水会从进风腔中进入到外壳与散热器之间,在LED灯再次工作时,水份受热开始蒸发,能够带走较多的热量。
本发明具有散热功能的LED照明灯,利用通风腔形成的烟囱效应,让通风腔内的空气形成气流,挡片约束从通风腔内出来的气流的运动方向,让从通风腔内的气流对LED灯本体的上表面进行冷却,从而达到在LED灯用作藏地灯时,提高散热效果的目的。
进一步,进风腔上设有防尘网。防尘网能够防止树叶、灰尘进入到进风腔中。
进一步,LED灯本体上设有用于容纳隔板的安装槽,隔板与LED灯本体榫卯连接。这样的设计可方便对LED灯本体进行维修、更换。
进一步,LED灯本体的下表面设有倒置的锥形的散热块,散热块上均布有散热槽。散热块的设计,让LED灯本体的热量通过散热块散发到通风间隙中,能够提高散热效率。
进一步,散热座与支撑柱螺纹连接。能够将散热座与LED灯本体一起取出,方便对外壳进行清理。
进一步,LED灯本体涂抹有防水胶层。防水胶层能够防止雨水进入到LED灯本体中,对LED灯本体起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:LED灯本体1、散热座2、隔片21、通风腔22、通风间隙23、外壳3、支撑柱31、进风腔32、通孔33、挡片4。
实施例1
基本如附图1所示:具有散热功能的LED照明灯,包括LED灯本体1和散热座2。LED灯本体1选用的是现有藏地灯,散热座2的材质可选用铜或者铝,本实施例中选用的是铝,虽然铝的导热性不好,但是率的价格便宜,节约成本。散热座2是无盖的圆盒的形状。
LED灯本体1涂抹有防水胶层。防水胶层的型号选用的是达思牌DS-H300的防水胶。
散热座2上设有供LED灯本体1装入的凹孔,LED灯本体1与凹孔的侧壁之间均匀设有隔片21。隔片21的材质也选用的是铝。隔片21固定在凹孔内,隔片21将LED灯本体1与凹孔之间的空间分隔成独立的通风腔22,LED灯本体1与凹孔的底壁之间留有通风间隙23,通风间隙23与通风腔22连通;散热座2外设有嵌入地面的外壳3。外壳3的材质选用的是硬质塑料,这样可节约成本。
外壳3包裹住散热座2(如图2所示),外壳3与散热座2之间设有支撑柱31,散热座2与支撑柱31螺纹连接,外壳3与散热座2的侧壁之间的间隙成为进风腔32,散热座2的底部设有通孔33;通风腔22上设有倾斜的挡片4,挡片4的下侧固定在凹孔的侧壁上,挡片4的上侧靠近LED灯本体1。
在使用时,可以向外壳3内加入水分以达到较好的散热效果。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,不同之处仅在于,进风腔32上设有防尘网,LED灯本体1上设有用于容纳隔板的安装槽,隔板与LED灯本体1榫卯连接。防尘网的材质为金属网,金属网的质地比较坚硬。
实施例3
与实施例2相比,不同之处仅在于,LED灯本体1的下表面设有倒置的锥形的散热块,散热块上均布有散热槽。散热块的材质为铝,散热槽是用手砂轮在散热块上切割出来的。

1.具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,包括LED灯本体和散热座;散热座上设有供LED灯本体装入的凹孔,LED灯本体与凹孔的侧壁之间均匀设有隔片,隔片固定在凹孔内,隔片将LED灯本体与凹孔之间的空间分隔成独立的通风腔,LED灯本体与凹孔的底壁之间留有通风间隙,通风间隙与通风腔连通;散热座外设有嵌入地面的外壳,外壳包裹住散热座,外壳与散热座之间设有支撑柱,外壳与散热座的侧壁之间的间隙成为进风腔,散热座的底部设有通孔;通风腔上设有倾斜的挡片,挡片的下侧固定在凹孔的侧壁上,挡片的上侧靠近LED灯本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,进风腔上设有防尘网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,LED灯本体上设有用于容纳隔板的安装槽,隔板与LED灯本体榫卯连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,LED灯本体的下表面设有倒置的锥形的散热块,散热块上均布有散热槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,散热座与支撑柱螺纹连接。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的具有散热功能的LED照明灯,其特征在于,LED灯本体涂抹有防水胶层。
