一种多功能LED工矿灯,其特点是:包括控制器,所述控制器的输出端数据连接有蜂鸣器以及远程报警模块,该控制器信号连接控制电源模块,所述电源模块的输出端数据连接电路保护模块以及电源故障报警模块,该 电源模块信号连接控制照明模块,所述照明模块的输出端数据连接灯光调节模块。与现有技术相比,本发明具有运行时长,在电源故障以及照明故障的时候能够及时反映给工人,提前做好准备,并且在发生特殊情况的时候蜂鸣器还可以自动报警,使搜救人员能够听到报警声音进行搜救,同时井底发生故障还可以进行远程报警,本发明操作简单,制作成本低廉。

本发明涉及一种工矿灯,更具体的讲涉及一种多功能LED工矿灯。
背景技术
LED工矿灯,适用于工厂企业、工矿企业、石油、化工、冶炼等易燃易爆场所作投光或泛光照明,LED工矿灯是采用超高亮LED白光作为发光光源,外壳采用铝合金(客户可选),外罩采用了高效率透镜(客户可选),散热采用铜片导热加铝合金条散热自然空气流通使得散热更加完美,结合客户的不同需求外形也会不断改变,LED工矿灯功率仅为钠灯的20%,相当于100W的LED工矿灯可以顶替250W的钠灯,特别符合国家所提出的"绿色低碳"。在一些特殊环境比如在矿井底下作业的时候,工矿灯的作用尤为重要,目前市场上的工矿灯功能单一,难以满足井下作业的需求,因此,本发明提供一种多功能的LED工矿灯。

本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种多功能LED工矿灯。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种多功能LED工矿灯,其特点是:包括控制器,所述控制器的输出端数据连接有蜂鸣器以及远程报警模块,该控制器信号连接控制电源模块,所述电源模块的输出端数据连接电路保护模块以及电源故障报警模块,该 电源模块信号连接控制照明模块,所述照明模块的输出端数据连接灯光调节模块。
优选的,所述控制器包括信号数据分析器以及数据异样输出器。
优选的,所述照明模块采用LED工矿灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有运行时长,在电源故障以及照明故障的时候能够及时反映给工人,提前做好准备,并且在发生特殊情况的时候蜂鸣器还可以自动报警,使搜救人员能够听到报警声音进行搜救,同时井底发生故障还可以进行远程报警,本发明操作简单,制作成本低廉。
