本发明公开了一种油管快换接头,包括油管接头、油管堵头、密封圈和卡簧,油管接头中部设有卡接凸台,卡接凸台的外圆上设有内卡接槽,卡接凸台的底面设有卡接锥部。油管堵头内设有卡接孔,卡接孔内设有锥孔,锥孔内设有密封孔,锥孔与密封孔之间设有密封环槽。卡接锥部设置在锥孔内,卡接凸台设置在卡接孔内,并且密封圈设置在密封槽与油管接头之间,保障了油管接头与油管堵头之间的密封性,卡簧保障了油管接头与油管堵头的连接稳定性,并且卡簧能够快速装卸,从而快速安装或者拆卸油管接头与油管堵头的连接,做到了快速切换,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于设备维修、发动机试验的技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种油管快换接头。
背景技术
在发动机试验、公共设施维修中,需要冷却油循环,冷却油由管道输油连接,传统的油管连接头的切换时间长,操作复杂,不适用于发动机试验过程中所需要的快速切换,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中上述的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、操作使用方便、效率高的油管快换接头。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的解决方案是:一种油管快换接头,包括油管接头、油管堵头、密封圈和卡簧,油管接头中部设有卡接凸台,卡接凸台的外圆上设有内卡接槽,卡接凸台的底面设有卡接锥部。油管堵头内设有卡接孔,卡接孔内设有锥孔,锥孔内设有密封孔,锥孔与密封孔之间设有密封环槽。油管接头设置在密封孔内,卡接锥部设置在锥孔内,卡接凸台设置在卡接孔内,密封圈设置在密封槽与油管接头之间;油管堵头外圆上设有外卡接槽,外卡接槽与卡接孔导通,外卡接槽与内卡接槽对齐,卡簧卡接在外卡接槽与内卡接槽内。
优选地,卡簧包括卡接部一和卡接部二以及连接卡接部一和卡接部二的连接部,卡接部一的端部向上延伸形成上支腿,卡接部二的端部向下延伸形成下支腿。
优选地,卡接部一和卡接部二卡接在外卡接槽和内卡接槽内,上支腿和下支腿卡接在油管堵头外圆表面。
本发明的有益效果是,卡接锥部设置在锥孔内,卡接凸台设置在卡接孔内,并且密封圈设置在密封槽与油管接头之间,保障了油管接头与油管堵头之间的密封性,卡簧保障了油管接头与油管堵头的连接稳定性,并且卡簧能够快速装卸,从而快速安装或者拆卸油管接头与油管堵头的连接,做到了快速切换,提高了工作效率。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
参照图1-图6,本发明提供一种油管快换接头,包括油管接头10、油管堵头20、密封圈30和卡簧40,油管接头10中部设有卡接凸台11,卡接凸台11的外圆上设有内卡接槽12,卡接凸台11的底面设有卡接锥部13。油管堵头20内设有卡接孔21,卡接孔21内设有锥孔22,锥孔22内设有密封孔23,锥孔22与密封孔23之间设有密封环槽24。油管接头10设置在密封孔23内,卡接锥部13设置在锥孔22内,卡接凸台11设置在卡接孔21内,密封圈30设置在密封槽与油管接头10之间;油管堵头20外圆上设有外卡接槽25,外卡接槽25与卡接孔21导通,外卡接槽25与内卡接槽12对齐,卡簧40卡接在外卡接槽25与内卡接槽12内。卡接锥部13设置在锥孔22内,卡接凸台11设置在卡接孔21内,并且密封圈30设置在密封槽与油管接头10之间,保障了油管接头10与油管堵头20之间的密封性。
本实施例中,卡簧40包括卡接部一41和卡接部二42以及连接卡接部一41和卡接部二42的连接部43,卡接部一41的端部向上延伸形成上支腿44,卡接部二42的端部向下延伸形成下支腿45。卡接部一41和卡接部二42卡接在外卡接槽25和内卡接槽12内,上支腿44和下支腿45卡接在油管堵头20外圆表面。卡簧40保障了油管接头10与油管堵头20的连接稳定性,并且卡簧40能够快速装卸,从而快速安装或者拆卸油管接头10与油管堵头20的连接,做到了快速切换,提高了工作效率。
本油管快换接头用于发动机试验、公共设施维修中,将快换接头与油管连接后使用,操作步骤为:
1、拉动卡簧40,可以取下油管堵头20,油流畅通;
2、盖上堵头,压下卡簧40,油道密封。
采用本实施例的油管快换接头,安装简便迅速,性能可靠,应用范围广泛。

1.一种油管快换接头,其特征是:包括油管接头(10)、油管堵头(20)、密封圈(30)和卡簧(40),油管接头(10)中部设有卡接凸台(11),卡接凸台(11)的外圆上设有内卡接槽(12),卡接凸台(11)的底面设有卡接锥部(13);油管堵头(20)内设有卡接孔(21),卡接孔(21)内设有锥孔(22),锥孔(22)内设有密封孔(23),锥孔(22)与密封孔(23)之间设有密封环槽(24);油管接头(10)设置在密封孔(23)内,卡接锥部(13)设置在锥孔(22)内,卡接凸台(11)设置在卡接孔(21)内,密封圈(30)设置在密封槽与油管接头(10)之间;油管堵头(20)外圆上设有外卡接槽(25),外卡接槽(25)与卡接孔(21)导通,外卡接槽(25)与内卡接槽(12)对齐,卡簧(40)卡接在外卡接槽(25)与内卡接槽(12)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油管快换接头,其特征是:所述的卡簧(40)包括卡接部一(41)和卡接部二(42)以及连接卡接部一(41)和卡接部二(42)的连接部(43),卡接部一(41)的端部向上延伸形成上支腿(44),卡接部二(42)的端部向下延伸形成下支腿(45)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油管快换接头,其特征是:所述的卡接部一(41)和卡接部二(42)卡接在外卡接槽(25)和内卡接槽(12)内,上支腿(44)和下支腿(45)卡接在油管堵头(20)外圆表面。
