本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种节能环保管材。
背景技术
建筑节能是我国的一项基本国策,而作为建筑节能中非常重要的一环,长期以来,住宅供水主要采用钢、铁镀锌管,因其内壁易生锈、结垢、滋生细菌和微生物等有害杂质,使自来水在管道输送中造成“二次污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种节能环保管材,包括由金属基底制成的内芯,内芯的外部设有环保涂层。
进一步地,所述环保涂层是由机硅树脂、固化剂和无机填料组成,其中有机硅树脂为涂层的主体部分,无机填料为有机硅树脂的填充物,所述的无机填料由莫来石、黏土、硅藻土、玻璃硅酸盐材料组成。
进一步地,所述无机填料在有机硅树脂中以离散的方式分布,所述无机填料在所述有机硅树脂中包含粒径在1mm以上的粗粒区域与粒径在1mm以内的微粒区域构成。
进一步地,所述环保涂层的涂抹厚度为1.5mm~2mm。
进一步地,所述环保涂层的涂布方式为分3~4遍涂刷成膜,每遍干燥后才可涂后一遍,相邻两次涂布之间间隔6~12小时,每遍的涂刷方向应与上一遍的涂刷方向相互垂直。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种节能环保管材,包括由金属基底制成的内芯1,内芯1的外部设有环保涂层2。
进一步地,所述环保涂层2是由机硅树脂、固化剂和无机填料组成,其中有机硅树脂为涂层的主体部分,无机填料为有机硅树脂的填充物,所述的无机填料由莫来石、黏土、硅藻土、玻璃硅酸盐材料组成。
进一步地,所述无机填料在有机硅树脂中以离散的方式分布,所述无机填料在所述有机硅树脂中包含粒径在1mm以上的粗粒区域与粒径在1mm以内的微粒区域构成。
进一步地,所述环保涂层2的涂抹厚度为1.5mm~2mm。优选地,环保涂层2的涂抹厚度为1.5mm;或者环保涂层2的涂抹厚度为1.6mm;又或者,环保涂层2的涂抹厚度为2mm。均能获得较好的效果。
进一步地,所述环保涂层2的涂布方式为分3~4遍涂刷成膜,每遍干燥后才可涂后一遍,相邻两次涂布之间间隔6~12小时,每遍的涂刷方向应与上一遍的涂刷方向相互垂直。

1.一种节能环保管材,其特征在于,包括由金属基底制成的内芯(1),内芯(1)的外部设有环保涂层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保管材,其特征在于,所述环保涂层(2)是由机硅树脂、固化剂和无机填料组成,其中有机硅树脂为涂层的主体部分,无机填料为有机硅树脂的填充物,所述的无机填料由莫来石、黏土、硅藻土、玻璃硅酸盐材料组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能环保管材,其特征在于,所述无机填料在有机硅树脂中以离散的方式分布,所述无机填料在所述有机硅树脂中包含粒径在1mm以上的粗粒区域与粒径在1mm以内的微粒区域构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保管材,其特征在于,所述环保涂层(2)的涂抹厚度为1.5mm~2mm。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的节能环保管材,其特征在于,所述环保涂层(2)的涂布方式为分3~4遍涂刷成膜,每遍干燥后才可涂后一遍,相邻两次涂布之间间隔6~12小时,每遍的涂刷方向应与上一遍的涂刷方向相互垂直。
