Abstract

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,用以解决现有技术中工艺要求高,密封性和力矩无法调整的缺陷。包括碟盘、入口接管嘴、阀体、执行结构、出口接管嘴,还包括y形弹性阀座,所述y形弹性阀座的固定部分设置在入口接管嘴和阀体之间,y形弹性阀座的自由弹性部分与碟盘接触并密封。y形弹性阀座具有较好的加工工艺性,普通的车床即可完成加工,通过调整阀座调整垫的厚度可调整y形弹性阀座与碟盘的压紧量,从而调节y形弹性阀座与碟盘密封副的密封性和所需转动力矩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,尤其涉及一种利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀。
背景技术
目前的蝶阀阀座结构通常有以下几种:Z形阀座、勾形阀座、C形阀座和U形阀座,上述阀座结构均具有较好的弹性,但是对加工工艺要求高,尺寸和形位公差要求高,同时装配完成后密封性和力矩无法进行调整,很难同时满足密封要求和碟盘驱动力矩要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,用以解决现有技术中工艺要求高,密封性和力矩无法调整的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,包括碟盘、入口接管嘴、阀体、执行结构、出口接管嘴,其特殊之处在于:还包括y形弹性阀座,所述y形弹性阀座的固定部分设置在入口接管嘴和阀体之间,y形弹性阀座的自由弹性部分与碟盘接触并密封。
进一步的,所述y形弹性阀座和阀体之间设置有阀座调整垫。
进一步的,所述y形弹性阀座为聚四氟乙烯材料。
进一步的,所述y形弹性阀座与入口接管嘴之间设置有接管嘴调整垫。
进一步的,所述y形弹性阀座为弹性金属材料。
本发明的有益效果是:y形弹性阀座具有较好的加工工艺性,普通的车床即可完成加工,通过调整阀座调整垫的厚度可调整y形弹性阀座与碟盘的压紧量,从而调节y形弹性阀座与碟盘密封副的密封性和所需转动力矩。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明加以详细说明。
如图1-图2所示,实施例提供一种应用于某通风管路的DN180通径的蝶阀,采用y形可调弹性阀座结构后产品重量2.5kg,碟盘操作力矩约1-1.3N*m,最大漏率约12L/min,由碟盘1、入口接管嘴2、橡胶O形圈3、阀座调整垫5、阀体7、执行结构8、轴9、出口接管嘴10、堵头11、键12等组成。实施例还包括y形弹性阀座6,y形弹性阀座6的固定部分设置在入口接管嘴2和阀体7之间,y形弹性阀座6的自由弹性部分与碟盘1接触并密封。y形弹性阀座6与入口接管嘴2之间设置有接管嘴调整垫4。
y形弹性阀座6由聚四氟乙烯材料机加而成,也可以用弹性金属材料进行机加,y形弹性阀座6的密封面为伸出阀座本体的自由弹性部分,与碟盘1形成密封副。装配时先预装一个阀座调整垫5,对y形弹性阀座6与碟盘1的压缩量进行测量,保证合适的压缩量,当压缩量不满足要求时可对阀座调整垫5的厚度进行调整。y形弹性阀座6的压缩量调整完成后装配接管嘴调整垫4,保证入口接管嘴2既能正常压紧y形弹性阀座6又不至于压溃y形弹性阀座6。若y形弹性阀座6为弹性金属材料,可不用接管嘴调整垫4。

1.一种利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,包括碟盘、入口接管嘴、阀体、执行结构、出口接管嘴,其特征在于:还包括y形弹性阀座,所述y形弹性阀座的固定部分设置在入口接管嘴和阀体之间,y形弹性阀座的自由弹性部分与碟盘接触并密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述y形弹性阀座和阀体之间设置有阀座调整垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述y形弹性阀座为聚四氟乙烯材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述y形弹性阀座与入口接管嘴之间设置有接管嘴调整垫。
5.根据权利要求2所述的利用y形可调弹性阀座结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述y形弹性阀座为弹性金属材料。
