The invention provides a vibration impact isolator for cassette crystal oscillator and an assembling and adjusting method thereof, wherein the vibration impact isolator for cassette crystal oscillator comprises a shell component, a vibration isolation component, a buffer component and a damper component are arranged in the shell component, the vibration isolation component comprises a crystal oscillator bracket for fixing the cassette crystal oscillator, and the periphery of the crystal oscillator bracket is connected with an outer frame through a plurality of vibration isolation springs; the damping assembly comprises a damping sleeve connected with the crystal oscillator bracket, a first buffer pad and insulating clamping rings symmetrically installed around a box-type crystal oscillator central shaft are arranged in the damping sleeve, the upper parts of the insulating clamping rings are in contact with the crystal oscillator bracket, and the lower parts of the insulating clamping rings are connected to the base through the first buffer pad and the damper assembly in sequence.
